Taryn Stiltner: The young lady who helped me took time out to sign me up for rewards which gave me a discount. She did it very quick, well, and professional, and the store was packed. Very nice to see from the younger generation!

Amy Wallen: Wasn't greeted walking in, prices are to high for having plain clothes in the store, and I will never walk in that store again.
Emily Gerke: I was the only one in the store. When I walked in I couldn’t tell if anyone was working. Then I notice the two sales associates sitting on the counter. They didn’t say a single thing to me and just watched me walk around the store. I felt so awkward I left.

Sara T: Very clean store. I didn't speak with any associates while in the store. Only saw the one that was checking out customers. The store has very cute clothing for the younger generation. The only concern we have with American Eagle is we purchased a sweatshirt for our son for graduation pictures and within 2 washes the front pocket on the hoodie began to come off the sweatshirt. For the amount we paid, I had expected it to last longer than a couple of weeks.

K T: Only for the Aerie StoreThe dressing room is very interesting! The electronic button to the door is a nice surprise.The drawers and displays are sometimes messy. I understand customers come and go quickly, but I think the store could pay attention to their organization a bit more!Not sure if it’s the individual store, but the necessary switch to American Eagle to pay cash is a nuisance.The first time I went was very embarrassing as I had to walk to the next store with undergarments. The lack of care to help cover the few seconds in public made it feel unwelcoming.A few of the employees are very welcoming in terms of responding despite the lack of care to check on the customers.

A nice girl was trying to help me and had questions, I’m sure it was a manager or a want to be manager storms around the corner tells me what customer service told me to do “ didn’t make sense “ also told me my order numbers were wrong throws a bag at me and told me to send it back to customer service.. was on the phone with customer service and imagine that everything is figured out I have my jeans and the money back for the items that weren’t mine… granted it will have to go into snail mail but it’s totally worth the wait then to have to deal with Fort Wayne Glenbrooke Mall American eagle.So to the strawberry blonde heavier set cat eyed wanna be manager who thinks they KNOW everything, learn better customer service skills and leave your home problems at the door. I work in customer service and the way you acted was childish for someone who was asking for help. I’m sure one day someone won’t be as nice as I was to bite my tough and walk away..Other then that I love American Eagle and their jeans! Have a Great Day!

TaBi: Management is a$$. Speaking as a former employee, I’ve never left a job faster. Not only are most of the employees cliquey and judge you as soon as you’re hired, but the workplace is very unprofessional. I won’t bash on everyone because there were definitely some real ones in there..you know who you are. My boss treated me like garbage. She even provided underage employees alcohol after work. Disgusting. I really had high hopes for this place.

Everyone should sign up for the rewards if they want coupons instead of trying retailmenot bc they don’t take those. The staff is so great! Always suggesting items and offering online free shipping!! I love stopping in there just for fun!
Marissa Geimer: The customer service is garbage here. They are never helping or greeting customers and literally are all standing up front having loud conversations or laughing obnoxiously loud. The female manager is always the one participating or being the loud obnoxious one. Also if you buy clearance online and it doesn't fit too bad because those sales are final and they don't tell you until after you've bought it. Literally the only store who still does that. I once needed a shirt up top and what do you know no one around so I found a stick to get it myself and suddenly someone wants to come over and take it from me. This store needs new management that isn't children who don't know what customer service is or how to help people.
Voltron: I didn't get any help with any items. They were all just standing around and talking and being loud. Very unprofessional workers. I won't be back .

Jeanette Levin: My niece and her friend came in today to shop. When they went to the dressing rooms to try on clothes, the lady working that area directed them to the mens dressing room. When my niece stated that they were both girls the lady working told them “come back with longer hair next time”. I’m appalled and disgusted.They are 11 years old. Both with pixie cut hair styles. I couldn’t imagine being a grown adult and thinking it’s acceptable to speak to CHILDREN that way. And shame them based off of their haircuts.This location is truly the most judge mental location in the area. Rude employees who are stuck up, unhelpful, and roll their eyes.

jessica orr: Out of all the new discount stores popping up in Fort Wayne this is still my number one!I never go in expecting to buy a certain item because it’s not a department store it’s a discounted store if more people would realize it all depends on the shipments and some orders get delayed longer than others for reasons on the factory and shipping!Besides that sometimes I get amazing purses in the store or maybe the the pillow selection is amazing or the clothing is amazing!Really just depends on the inventory if you are shopping for certain items you can be disappointed but again it’s a discounted store it’s not kohl’s or macy’s that you go in that specific clothing options! It’s a store that is operated by the discounted items that are available for them to purchase that is always High Quality not that plastic junk you are buying to decorate your home❤️
