Muskan Singh Pawar: I ordered burrito and mentioned to change steak with chicken during the online order. I also called them after placing order to not put steak in it as I’m not allowed to eat steak. But they still put steak in it and they never provide any kind of sauces every time I place online order I add sauce with the order but when I receive the order there is no sauce. Absolutely disappointed today.
Melaura Lee Priest: Food was fine but service horrible. I filled out my order on kiosk, then went to pay as I has cash. The oder was on the other register cashier demanded I just tell her what I ordered. I said I filled it out with my specifications and didn't want the possibility of missing one. No cheese sauce no onions on anything. She was upset at having to open the other register to get my order and wasn't raised with the good manners not to let it show. This woman was well passed 40 not some stupid teenager. So no excuse.

Ellie Neuerburg: Super long wait, but food was overall very good. I went around 3 am, seeing as I work nights and had gotten off early. There were roughly 6 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and I was waiting in line to order for about 15 minutes. Once I got to the box to order, I waited in silence for another 5-7 minutes. Eventually someone came on and took my order, but it was an annoying wait for sure. After that, I waited for another 5 minutes or so to get my food. At the window, it did appear they were training someone new so I do give them grace for that, but it was still kind of absurd to have to spend 25+ minutes in a “fast” food drive-thru. The order was finally given to me and it was correct and fresh - which was nice after such a bad impression.

Hayley Smith: I don’t know who is running this Taco Bell, but please train your employees on how to properly make the food on the menu. And if this is how you are actually training your employees, corporate needs to be aware. Yes Taco Bell quality has gone down hill exponentially in the past 10 years but this is one of, if not the worst locations I’ve ever been to. No matter what you order, no matter what time of day, you’re getting a cold, almost empty tortilla.

Jasmin Fowler: I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered delivery through their app. There was 5 things. Power bowl, Crunchwrap (didn’t get either of these), cheesy fiesta potatoes and a nacho. They kept the most expensive things. When I called them to ask for a refund, they said there’s nothing they can do. So now taco bell is stealing and not refunding MY money, because they can’t do their job? I’m not finished with this. I will be continually going to the higher ups. I don’t care if it was only $14 worth, it’s stealing.

J E S: Stopped in this morning at 920...walking thru the doors I noticed how FILTHY every window was. I continued in and not a soul in the dining room. After standing at the counter for five minutes and non greets I ordered on the kiosk. Eventually a young lady came to the front to prepare my border...the other tow just stayed in the back and continued to do nothing.Filled my drink up and went to the lobby where trash and debris was everywhere and not ONE table was clean. I looked to the counter for help and shocker all there were in the back laughing and joking and again doing nothing. I brushed a table off to eat and found no straw in my sack, went to the fountain area and of course not straws there either. Went to the counter and yelled "Hello" with no replies probably because they were in the back doing nothing! Actually walked behind the counter and yelled "Where are your straws"? They laughed and the young lady gave me one and turned around and went back to her friends where they continued to do nothing. Work ethic like this starts with Mgmt and if they allow it they should be terminated. Not the first time I've given this place a 1 star but was optimistic it would be better. Obviously this TB is a sh#! show and their Regional Manager should do something. Oh wait, that would be leadership which I now see TB could give a rats a&& about fixing things! Won't be back.

DARRELL HEWITT: Food tasted terrible. I couldn't even finish it. Tacos hardly had any meat and cheese. The workers were very nice tho. The Mexican pizza had a weird after taste to it. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Sharon Spyker: Trapped in a single lane drive through for 40 minutes to get an incomplete and wrong order with no recourse to get it fixed because the dining room was locked and there was no sign on the door. I understand that staffing shortages and people calling off of work make times difficult. Ashlyn Fadley: We waited an hour in a the drive to move up two spots up to the speaker at 12:22am and then never gotten a greeting and a response when we said “hello” 5 times. They were cleaning while people waiting in line and people waiting by the window for their food. Tabitha Ketchum: Worst experience ever in my life, me and my son go and he love Taco Bell. Well we ordered a cravings box, hum where do I start the fries were not cooked all the way and were cold. So I don't understand were they pulled early and then sat on the counter for 20 minutes. My tacos were soaked in grease, as saying I ordered hard tacos and they were not hard they were orange and dripping. When my heart stops I hand them my hospital bills if thats what they want. So I call and the manager is a young boy, and would not tell me his name and then proceed to tell me that he knew the fires were cold so I can brung them back and he will replace just them. I would like my whole order replaced. Just saying called corporate and still haven't heard anything back. I recommend not going here its all children on 3rd shift and if they act like that I am going to assume they don't change there gloves and wash there hands. Very disappointing and disgusted with the service I received here. I would rather spend my money at Burger King and thats just as bad. My opinion tho, if you want find out for your self. Totally not worth your wait time or money.

I tried to order something else that didn't require a taco bell app and they told me they couldn't give me anything that contained potatoes until breakfast time. Joel Harris: This is the first time I've ever left a review of any kind. If you don't use the kiosk that takes 4 times longer the staff ignores you. My family and I were the only ones in the dining area and EVERY table was dirty. The floor was also very dirty with food debris. I had to ask the staff to wipe down tables. There were a couple booths with cloth seats and every seat was torn with exposed foam. Unfortunately, the burrito wasn't any better. Ihad to remove the bottom layer of my burrito due to it being saturated in grease.

Ben Gehring: Personally, it's one of my favorite Taco Bells in Fort Wayne! They always have a friendly staff and rarely have errors on my orders. As for the food itself, burritos are always full, and tacos are never unnecessarily messy. Quick tip, get the Taco bell app. It makes ordering a heck of a lot easier. There's a reward system and more menu options!Vegetarian options: Many recreations of favorites that include meat replacements. Mostly Black bean substitution options.
