Kortney Sirk: I'm slightly baffled and put off by how operations work when it comes to the drive-through. We came through this evening and had two separate orders. We were told after placing and paying for the first order that they can't do multiple orders in the drive-through. So, after waiting for our food (I assume the attendant outside is to improve efficiency however we did wait longer than expected when the restaurant didn't appear to be in the middle of a rush) we then had to drive back around to place our second order. Very inconvenient.I guess, make it make sense for me.

Only minor "complaint" I would have is a handful of times I order online and add 1 or 2 extra toppings they are not on the sandwich. I have never made a big issue out of it because I know it would be corrected it brought up. Also it's not worth the hassle. Sandwich is still declious without the extra tomato I wanted. 10/10 would recommend. Also going to brag because I'm still a signature member on the app I go here so frequently.

Brandon Marlow: Other places can boast about how good their Angus burgers are; their cows are happy (until they're not), and they exclusively graze in the prettiest pastures, receive weekly massages, and listen to Mozart, but the Five guys burger is right up there with them. The bacon-cheeseburgers, one with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion and one with everything, were delicious.The toppings were fresh and perfectly chilled. I've had burgers from several local 'steakhouse' restaurants, and from both of the local country clubs, and the Five Guys cheeseburger is better in my opinion. I'm not a big fan of the fries; but that's not a deal breaker, as I came here for a good cheeseburger.I received the best customer service from Kristina, the manager at this location. She; and the staff here also, are professional and friendly. And the store is clean. Thank you.

Didn’t put the correct toppings that were requested on two junior bacon cheeseburgers that were order. We also requested another bunless burger, but when we received our food, it was not in the bag (gave us an empty container instead). We confirmed that to the cashier to have the bunless burger twice as well. Fries were not done well. Also cashier and his buddy were just unprofessional (smirking and talking to each other while we were placing our order). Pretty much had no excuse to have a bad experience like this since the location was well staffed. Probably will not go to five guys on Jefferson anymore and will only go to Northcrest location.

Alex Marshall: The food itself, a mixer with butter cake and peaches, and an order or cheese curds, was great as usual. However, the Saturday night crew, for April 8th in particular, was horrendous. I came at around 9:20, and while there were still customers lining up, three men, Dylan, Corbin, and another, were all screwing around goofing off while one employee ran a singular register himself. There were also two girls, one of whom had a yellow pin in her hat, that were also screwing around. I also saw the grill cooks screwing around too and cracking jokes. I work in a restaurant too, and if I goofed off as much as they did, IN THE PRESENCE of customers, I would lose my job. Considering Saturday is a busy time for y’all, I would suggest getting a staff that shows good work ethic and acts like they want to be there.

Kerry Coyne: Ordered a big Burford meal. First you talk to a drive up bot not a person. I ordered and bot got what I wanted. But you cannot ask questions or anything. Fries were amazing as usual. However the burger was a huge letdown. Picture shows lettuce tomato and onions. My burger was basically 2 patties with cheese. Found one really small tomato on the very back of burger. Nothing else.
E M: Closes @ 4am, I arrived at 3:30 am and still had my order taken with no excuses like most Restaurants near closing time. The young lady and the Guy that was there gave me great service. I wish I would have asked there names. But this is the best fast food service I ever had, the food was really made to order. Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE!!!!

The first time I sank my teeth into a Five Guys burger, I knew that I had found something truly special. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a heavenly experience that I will never forget.But there was one fateful night in late June that I will always remember, where I had the best burger of my life. It was raining outside, and I was seeking refuge from the downpour. As I walked into Five Guys, the aroma of sizzling beef and fresh buns wafted through the air. I ordered my usual cheeseburger with all the toppings, eagerly anticipating its arrival.When my burger arrived, I could hardly contain my excitement. I took my first bite, and my taste buds were instantly transported to another world. The beef was perfectly cooked, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and bursting with flavor. It was like nothing I had ever tasted before.As I savored every bite, I knew that I would never have another burger like this one. The combination of the rain, the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, and the sheer perfection of the burger created a memory that will stay with me forever. And even now, months later, I can still taste that same burger when I close my eyes and think back to that night.In conclusion, Five Guys truly makes the best burger in the world, and I doubt that anything will ever compare to that one fateful night in late June. Unicorn Sprinkles: It was bad tonight!!! The tables were dirty, and the hot food was mediocre. We then had a coupon for buy 1 double scoop sundae, and get 1 free. My grandson ordered 2 Turtle Sundaes. and only 1 was to be without pecans. I'm not sure how the employee mixed that up, but it was only 1 scoop in a kids cup, no hot fudge or caramel to be found, no pecans on both, and no cherries! I explained to the lady that delivered them what was wrong with them. She exasperatingly said fine I will fix it. Took them both on the tray and came back with the same exact tray and ice cream scoop with 4 pecans on the one and pretty loudly set the tray down. At that point I just said thank you. She left and so did we. Culver's used to be our #1 go-to for food, but we will be going elsewhere.

A simple place to sit down and eat with, for the most part, no disgruntled customer's in regards to kids.Parking: There is plenty of parking but most of it is a bit away from the door. Though most people go there for drive thru. So usually you can get a decent spot.
