Skip Weinreich: We were on our way home from Indy at 4:45pm when our tire started leaking. They got us right in and fixed fast. The waiting room was clean as were the bathrooms. A changing table in the bathroom would of been nice but that's our only small complaint. All in all a good experience on what could of been a very bad day.Service:Tires

Greg K: I Love these guys and they got me out of a jam Fast!! My Alternator went on my INTL 4400 and I was 2 hours away from my shop. I stopped in and being as busy as they were, they were able to diagnose my Check engine light, Find an alternator, Pick it up, Install it, and test it afterwards, all in about 3-4 hours time. Austin Snider: I dropped my truck off about 7 or 8 weeks ago and was told by Don it would be worked on within 1-2 weeks. About a month later, I was told by their bookkeeper that they were very busy and I ought to consider taking it somewhere else. A few weeks after that, I was told by Don that they’d look at it and a week later I was told they still hadn’t worked on it yet and to consider taking it somewhere else again which I will do now. Dropping it off there was a complete waste of time and fuel. Don said he’d work on it on two separate occasions and didn’t. The most they did for me was let me use their outlet to charge my truck and recommend me somewhere else to take it.

Tammy Doty: Extraordinary company that treats you like a person! I have been driving for 25+ years and have never encountered a truck repair business with more integrity. They were able so fit me in on short notice and diagnose the issue. I needed a new transmission. They worked on it all day and THROUGH THE NIGHT to get it repaired. They handed me the keys at 6:50am and I was back on the road. They stood behind their service! They did exactly what they said they would do. This company is exceptional and these techs were awesome as were ALL the employees. They actually CARED and it showed! They went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND!Thank you!--Wayne
Austin Cox: My peterbilt blew the radiator and these guys were close and appeared reputable... appearances can be deceiving. Yes they got it in and done pretty fast but that's the only part I can compliment. Things went from bad to worse. READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW. FIRST I paid a lot to have them install a new radiator and after only 50 miles ALL my coolant suddenly dumped onto the interstate because they forgot to tighten the bottom main hose to that new radiator, luckily I was able to get it shut down and stopped before overheating. Truck Maintenance did dispatched a truck to attach the hose and refill the system but it gets worse. 3 weeks later the new radiatior failed completely stranding me and this time I took it directly to a peterbilt dealer/shop where they replaced the NEW radiator with a NEW radiator for HALF THE LABOR /SHOP COST OF TRUCK MAINTENANCE and also commented that the radiator truck maintenance installed was likely a visibly damaged radiator before installation or damaged during their installation! So I definitely WILL NOT recommend these guys or use them again. Shoddy work, defective part and over charged me by double! STAY CLEAR

Bob Laroy: I've worked for 3 different companies in the last 6 years in the Building Materials Trade as a Truck Driver utilizing Boom Trucks, Moffett Trucks, and Various Flat beds both Commercial and Non Commercial, and TMI had always been there on Call to help Diagnose and Repair the Problems as well as doing inspections and anything else to make sure your Vehicle is Road Worthy. I'd give them 6 stars if I could just because of the way they Treat you Everytime you come in with a Headache to pass onto them haha.

Alan Falls: When coming home my car died on the road in front of this shop late one night. I came back the next day thinking it was the alternator. I explained to the shop manager Nate what happened and even though they don’t typically work in light duty vehicles, he kindly offered to use his tool to run a scan to see what codes may come up. No codes showed up. To my embarrassment even though my gas gauge showed 1/4 tank I got a gas can and out in a few gallons and it started right up. Thankfully I didn’t waste money on towing or repairs thanks to Nates help at truck maintenance. Thank you!
