Jimmy D: Delivery here and up the road all the time.This place receives usually the bigger truck tires.Both places are good but this place is always a bit faster with unloading because they have less volume coming in.Always out within an hour.

Ibrahim Hassan: Dishonest shop. Will charge you insane amount of money and can't prove what they actually did on your trailer. Make sure they give you price upfront before leaving your equipment or your will get a hefty bill.

David Henley: If your professional driver needing service on your trailer do not repeat do not go to this place! They tell you come on in and when you get there the fridge full of bull so much if you can't even swallow it. Customer service is lacking professionalism is nowhere to be found. I'm sitting at Hoosier trailer truck equipment six miles away these people are very polite very professional and they're able to put two hinges on a door in just a matter of an hour or two. Isaac's had a shop of 6 guys and they didn't want to do the work or probably too incompetent to do the work. Save yourself a whole lot of stress and don't waste your time with Isaac's

This evening after the call we went and picked up the trailer took it to up the road to a shop that will have it fixed this week!!! I’d suggest if you need your trailer to work like we do, don’t go here for any repairs. They are liars or they work on what they choose to put priority not how it comes in. They just don’t know they lost 2 major accounts today cause they didn’t wanna do the work in a timely manner. Doesn’t take almost 30 days to replace some side panels!!!

Austin Snider: I dropped my truck off about 7 or 8 weeks ago and was told by Don it would be worked on within 1-2 weeks. About a month later, I was told by their bookkeeper that they were very busy and I ought to consider taking it somewhere else. A few weeks after that, I was told by Don that they’d look at it and a week later I was told they still hadn’t worked on it yet and to consider taking it somewhere else again which I will do now. Dropping it off there was a complete waste of time and fuel. Don said he’d work on it on two separate occasions and didn’t. The most they did for me was let me use their outlet to charge my truck and recommend me somewhere else to take it.

EB 1991: Here is one star that these people don’t even deserve, just so I can warn others. Beware of “hidden fees and diagnostics” , first time they told me I would owe a little over $600 for my truck repair, and then second time when I called to see if my truck is done , they said $1,050. When I came up there , they gave me a third quote of $1,784. You’re supposed to reach out to a customer and let them know what OTHER problem you found , not proceed to upcharge and fix things I am not aware of beforehand. On top of the rip off, this is HORRIBLE customer service. The woman at the front desk was as rude as can be. No one should be treated this way. Unprofessional, but it’s okay, rude or not, you got your well deserved negative review for all your lies.Service:Electrical

Joseph Bentz: We just picked up our farm semi yesterday and invoice stated “checked all fluids”. They did not fill it back up after service. They did make things right by brining out coolant to the semi. Check everything before leaving! Everything else was great!

Reese Yunker: Terrible customer service. My Equiptment is top notch and I am super picky. I told them I would be pulling my truck around to the bay and stand back there while they pulled it onto alignment rack. He told me if I was that picky I could just go somewhere else. A big reason why I wanted to do that was due to the few horror stories I’ve heard about frame service over the years. One time they forgot to set the brakes on a truck and rolled out into US33 and got banged up pretty bad. Other people have told me how ram rod like they are when it comes to driving other peoples trucks. I went back outside and called McMahons and they got me in immediately AND they even let me drive around and pull onto the rack MYSELF. Definitely recommend going there instead you will not be disappointed with McMahon. Frame service is a joke. I can’t believe you would turn a customer away in such a rude manner for something so minuscule to them but it was a big deal to me. Never coming back !

It’s so nice to find a place like this-so refreshingly honest and reliable compared to some shops. I wish they were open later or on weekends, but I think that’s why they have great people working there and how they keep the work top quality. I still go to two other shops for dealer specific and engine specific repairs, but for everything else-I’ll be sticking with these guys.

They were able so fit me in on short notice and diagnose the issue. I needed a new transmission. They worked on it all day and THROUGH THE NIGHT to get it repaired. They handed me the keys at 6:50am and I was back on the road. They stood behind their service! They did exactly what they said they would do. This company is exceptional and these techs were awesome as were ALL the employees. They actually CARED and it showed! They went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND!Thank you!--Wayne
Austin Cox: My peterbilt blew the radiator and these guys were close and appeared reputable... appearances can be deceiving. Yes they got it in and done pretty fast but that's the only part I can compliment. Things went from bad to worse. READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW. FIRST I paid a lot to have them install a new radiator and after only 50 miles ALL my coolant suddenly dumped onto the interstate because they forgot to tighten the bottom main hose to that new radiator, luckily I was able to get it shut down and stopped before overheating. Truck Maintenance did dispatched a truck to attach the hose and refill the system but it gets worse. 3 weeks later the new radiatior failed completely stranding me and this time I took it directly to a peterbilt dealer/shop where they replaced the NEW radiator with a NEW radiator for HALF THE LABOR /SHOP COST OF TRUCK MAINTENANCE and also commented that the radiator truck maintenance installed was likely a visibly damaged radiator before installation or damaged during their installation! So I definitely WILL NOT recommend these guys or use them again. Shoddy work, defective part and over charged me by double! STAY CLEAR

I'd give them 6 stars if I could just because of the way they Treat you Everytime you come in with a Headache to pass onto them haha.

Alan Falls: When coming home my car died on the road in front of this shop late one night. I came back the next day thinking it was the alternator. I explained to the shop manager Nate what happened and even though they don’t typically work in light duty vehicles, he kindly offered to use his tool to run a scan to see what codes may come up. No codes showed up. To my embarrassment even though my gas gauge showed 1/4 tank I got a gas can and out in a few gallons and it started right up. Thankfully I didn’t waste money on towing or repairs thanks to Nates help at truck maintenance. Thank you!
