Vanessa Gonzales: Horrible experience!! Whirlpool sent them to repair my dishwasher and they didn’t fix it. They also didn’t show up the second time. When I called to ask when they were coming, the lady said they weren’t coming cause the man couldn’t confirm with me over the phone. I explained to her, I never got a call or any voicemail. And it still didn’t matter. They told me the drain was clogged and left.
Dana Amones: Telrad Electronics was amazing! Not only did Jason repair my refrigerator quickly, but he did so in a professional manner and is such a personable positive person! The repair charges were reasonable and the owner was very pleasant on the phone! I would recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair! Great job, Jason!
Tom Riggs: This company was contracted through Geek Squad to work in our Samsung Microwave. First appointment was a no show no call. When asked they said they had vehicle problems. When I asked if the problem was they locked their keys in the car with their phone, because nobody called me, I was told that I was abusive. Then they tried to reschedule for 2 weeks out. I called Geek Squad back and asked if they could not use this company any more and they scheduled me another appointment for a few days out. When nobody showed up again I called back and they said the company they were sending was Telrad. Nobody listens which goes right along with the fact that nobody shows up anyway. Please let's leave enough bad reviews this company either improves or quits. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
Devin Giles: The technician came out and fixed my stove which was a warranty claim from Samsung. That was around 11:00 a.m. after arriving at my house at 4:00 p.m. I came to find trash from the repair all over the area and the gas line that hooks to the stove leaking profusely and the whole house is filled with propane now. They will not answer any of my phone calls and 20% of my propane tank is now leaked into my house.
B R: They showed up to the appointment 3 hours before the appointment window without calling. They said they would return using the window only to find that was a lie. They then reschedule the service a week later. When they showed up the second time they ordered the wrong part so we had to wait an additional week. It’s been 3 weeks since our initial appointment and the dishwasher has still not been fixed. Avoid them at all cost.Manufactures really need to rethink who they use as a factory technician.
Laura Oberholtzer: I received excellent service from Telrad. They were responsive and prompt. The scheduler that I worked with was so friendly and the techs that visited my home were respectful and knowledgeable. My new refrigerator was making strange noises intermittently and just by describing what I was hearing they were able to diagnose and fix the problem.
Marianne Bradbury: Scheduled an appointment with them through Maytag and they did not show up. Called the next day and they said they didn't have record of an appointment. If you do try to use them, I would suggest calling and verifying that they received the scheduled service appointment.
Staci Price: We recently contacted Telrad Electronics for icemaker repairs on our Samsung fridge. Jay was our Technician and was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional during the repairs. Telrad sends text alerts prior to appointments and communication with Erica in front office was always professional and courteous. We recommend Telrad Electronics to anyone in the Grant county and surrounding market as they are the only service providers for Samsung appliances. Telrad provided excellent customer service and we will be contacting them for any future appliance repair needs.
Kaylee Patterson: Avoid at all possible costs. They would text me information, then call my husband with different information. Then they never showed up because mysteriously my ticket got closed so the ‘shipped my part back and now it was on back order.’ They don’t even deserve one star at this point. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Kylee Brough: After reading all these horrible reviews I was definitely skeptical but Telrad definitely exceeded my expectations. The woman who called to schedule the services was so kind and even took the time to chat with my babbling 1 year old. The technicians Jay and Dave were fast, efficient and considerate. My TV required a new panel, it was ordered and completely repaired within a week of my initial visit. I received exceptional service and we are all so thrilled to have our TV repaired! I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone needing electronic repair services!
Sorek LLC: They don't even deserve a star. Do not use this company, they take for ever to show up, if they ever do. When there is an issue, they give excuses, and mysteriously your ticket gets closed. We have had to deal with them a lot because of BestBuy. They do a lot of work with BestBuy geek squad, I think BestBuy should look for another contactor. A&E is a lot better than this place. If geek squad sends this company Good Luck.

Aleisha Lawrence: My experience....... I run a License Daycare and Purchase a stove 10/20. 9 months later stove handle comes off. Contacted whirlpool, set up an appointment for repair .With Telrad. Person comes out fixes handle. 2 months later, handle falls off again. Contacted Whirlpool, Set up an appt. for 10/05/2021 with Telrad. A couple weeks later no show. I contacted Whirlpool again. They scheduled me 2 more weeks out, no explanation why the other appointment did not take place. In the interim of Waiting longer for my handle to get fixed, My STOVE Door EXPLODED!!!! It was all caught of video. My son happened to be in front of it checking on a pizza he was cooking. Thank God he was not injured. Immediately Contacted Whirlpool...... They could not get anyone in till 10/28/2. NOT OKAY. I have no Stove at all. Still WAITING! HORRIBLE

I asked what date will you be here to repair my t.v. they said we will contact you in the future when we can set up another appointment. They would not set up another appointment . I have had this appointment for 6 weeks. This place is the worst. This is not the first time this place has gave me the run around. Samsung needs to find another company for warranty work. The worst of the worst.

Lyndsey Cook: We have a manufacturers warranty with Maytag, they assigned Telrad to come repair our washer. Telrad messed up the date of our appointment not once, twice but THREE times. They eventually never came to physically look at the washer and claimed to have ordered the part they needed to repair it and said it was on back order. I asked them to come look at the washer so we were not waiting on a part we did not need. They said they would, but never showed up. I eventually called Maytag and had a different company assigned to service the washer. 0/10 would not recommend this company at all, take these reviews seriously and don't waste your time. This has been an on going issue since June and mind you... it's August -_-
Corey Herr: I have had to deal with this company numerous times for warranty work on Whirlpool products. Scheduling is very difficult, they tell you to ignore the scheduled time Whirlpool assigns when you initially make the claim. Then they schedule you themselves. Then they don't show up and say you were never scheduled, of course wanting to reschedule.Also you tell them all model info and tell them what is most likely wrong and what parts to bring (i'm know what i'm doing), then they show up two weeks after it breaks without any parts, just to determine it is exactly what you told them it was. Now wait two weeks for parts and go through more scheduling issues!There is a reason companies have to take 3rd party warranty work, because they are bad at business and can't get legit customers from word of mouth of good business, they have to take whatever they can get.I don't even use warranty to fix appliances anymore, I just pay a good local company to do it to avoid all of the problems.
Abby Greutman: Mike came out to see what was going on with my washer and had to order the parts. Tomas came and installed them and fixed my washer. Both were very friendly and professional. I received a text reminder of my appointment the day before and it included a picture of the tech in addition to his name and the visit details. I greatly appreciated Telrad's communication, professionalism, and especially Mike and Tomas!

I went there to check it myself and the phone was still broken :( . They should have called me and let me know at least , so I don't have to waste my time waiting.

Ryan Farver: I bought the Samsung z flip 4 about a month ago. My screen went out and had to have it replaced. I was told to go to UBreakIFix on Coldwater road. I arrived there on Saturday around 3pm. I was told that the repair should be done by Sunday at 2pm. No big deal. I arrive the next day at 2 and was told that the phone was almost ready and to come back in 10 to 15 mins. Not an issue either. I came back in after 20 minutes " which turned into 2 hours", then was told that the phone failed diagnostic testing and the phone needed to be calibrated. At this point I began becoming frustrated. The tech told me to come by on Monday and it'll be completed. I called this time on Monday before driving to ft wayne to see if it was ready. The tech told me they had to send the phone to other store on Jefferson to be calibrated because they didn't have a calibration machine or it needed parts or something. And that now my phone would take another day to repair and that I might be able to get it Wednesday at the latest. I arrived at the Jefferson location around 1pm Wednesday to see if it's ready, it wasn't. The tech at that location could not get it calibrated at all. He finally took the phone apart and realized that the other techs at the Coldwater location did not replace my 5G antenna after replacing the screen. Took them 3 days to figure it out and finally passing the diagnostictest. I will never go to the location on Coldwater again. The guys at the Jefferson location are legit and know what they're doing.
Tricia Dunbar: I had an appointment on Wednesday, February 22,2023 and Matthew G. was the person to assist me. I was having to use my Speaker to hear anyone when they had called me. I have an Iphone 11 and asked Matthew if anyone had problems hearing with this phone. He was honest and said that he had not heard of this problem with many phones so he suggested cleaning my phone/speaker. When he returned with my phone about 5 minutes later, he tested my phone and I could hear without using the speaker. I was so thankful and appreciated his honesty. I would recommend them to everyone.

Ni Sa: brought a device in for a screen replacement. 1 day after expected finish day I had to be the one to call and find out that my decive now needs a back glass replaced. I was then called to come and get the device only to be told that it needed another part replaced or it couldn't be returned to me. I authorized that repair too!! Only to be told the phone didn't pass a diagnostic test and now they can't do any of the repairs. The employees did not make any of these stipulations known before taking my device in.
