danielle sheckler: Dr Gupta was not my dog's vet my dog ate a battery I called Dr Gupta to do this surgery and they were very accommodating they took him the same night his own vet couldn't even do it until the next day he got the surgery done quick and I am very grateful to him he's definitely getting a new doggy patient
Heather Gilley: This was the worst vet I have ever been to. I took my 200 pound St Bernard 5 hrs old with no health issues with a left leg issue to them. It took me and three other males to get him into my vehicle for care. I was told once we were there they had no idea BUT the specialist would be there in a week and to come back after a 8-9 hundred dollar X-ray. SO WE DID! When we got there the specialist was not there. He was texted but didn’t recall the X-rays and was told to come back again!!! I spent 900 on X-rays for them to tell me nothing. What they did do was walk out behind us while my dog was limping and crying and it took the kindness of two male humans in the parking lot to feel sorry enough to help me get him back in the car while the vet techs just watched that took 30 mins We did our research and asked the dr to treat for lyme disease that they didn’t even test him for so they did for 29 days. They treated and didn’t check for it in the blood work I was billed for. I asked for them to send him more anti inflammatory medication to make the ride to the vet and the lady was rude. Super rude! I ended up having to put my dog down at the animal hospital in Fort Wayne that was more then caring, and wish I would have brought him there to begin with. I still don’t know what was wrong with him because the vet was incompetent and his staff was ignorant. It’s not easy to move a dog of that size to a vet appointment every week to see a specialist that they promised was there but never was and then get charged for it and then see how bad he was in pain to get him there and back. A year later they have hackled me about a 40 dollar bill then hang up on me three times when I tried to explain that I shouldn’t owe anythjng because of their negligence! I was new to the area and was ignorant to this place. Worst vet experience EVER!!!if I could do a negative zero review I would. This place doesn’t deserve a address let alone 1 star!!

Debby Klein: The worst..... Had blood work done doctor never goes over anything with you. Constantly get the run around and never any answers or communication with the doctor. Had to go to a different facility to read the blood work,to find out my animal has issues that needed to be addressed.
Ashli Allen: They did an amazing job with our post surgery suture removal. Both the tech and veterinarian went out of their way to keep our cat calm during the procedure.

Matt Cooper: Had an appointment at 3:20 pm. Walked in to check in and was asked if my dog was dangerous and if he gets along with other animals. I said yes he gets along just fine. The counter staff looked down at my bulldog with a bewildered look and then asked if I could wait outside. Watched and waited for 55 minutes and other people were allowed to wait inside just fine. My dog has never been aggressive to any other pets. Dont need these kinds of people looking after my dog. Will be going elsewhere.
Tammy Rumsyre: There is no better place than Aboite Animal Clinic. Dr. Gupta and his staff care about the animals as though each and every one of them were their own. We came to Aboite Animal Clinic for help when no one else could. We brought Tolo in, Doc watched him walk and sit. He told us exactly what was wrong with him. (Of course he did tests to confirm)Tolo has had surgery on both ACL’s and he’s doing great. Everyone is always excited to see Tolo when we come in (he’s pretty popular!) and when he’s not with us Dr. Gupta still comes out to see us to ask how Tolo is doing.They give you all the time you need and answer every question. They are just simply amazing, I trust them all completely. If you are looking for that one special veterinarian to take care of your furry family member, Dr. Gupta and his team at Aboite Animal Clinic are no doubt the best choice.

Jocelyn Eckhout: Absolutely the best my Simon has been at the vet. Front desk treated him with kindness took care of his needs. Ms sofia at front kept checking on simon because he was scared. Dr gupta very intuitive with interactions. Overall go to them if you need help especially for bigger breeds. Absolutely satisfied with experience!

Angela McDonald Sendo: Receptionist Michelle magically left me in the car waiting g for our appointment for 2 hours. Said she tried calling but it said it was long distance. They didn’t have a problem calling me the day before to remind me of my appointment. She’s rude every time we go in. She cannot handle the stress of being in a busy office and be professional and nice at the same time. It’s so sad.
Jennifer Ward: Our 100 pound Chesapeake Bay Retriever began limping and moving like an old dog when he was just 3 1/2 years old. Holding him back from doing all the dog things he loves was really diminishing his quality of life. He had torn ligaments in his rear leg and he was in some pain. We weighed surgical options all over town, but our own vet, Dr Gupta at Aboite Animal Clinic, went out of his way to offer the best care. He brought in a tibial plateau leveling specialist from Ohio State University to perform the complicated surgery. We had to wait months for this in demand treatment, but the specialist came to Dr. Gupta’s clinic to perform the procedure and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our Odin is enjoying daily fetch games again. His gait is gorgeous. He feels great. We are so grateful to have Odin back to good health for the rest of his long dog life. ❤️

Bri Graler: Dr. Gupta has gotten our fur family through a lot this year. The compassion and knowledge he provides has kept us coming back in spite of moving further away from the clinic and the staffing issues that caused some stress during the pandemic. He explains things in ways you can understand and he answers questions no matter how dumb or minuscule you think they might sound when you ask. As for pricing, he has saved me around $5000 this year between 2 surgeries (cancer and emergency bladder blockage). You are provided with all options to choose the best treatment for your pet that can also help your wallet. Both my bills ended up being less than what I was initially quoted. Every time someone asks for a vet recommendation, this is where I tell them to go, and I will continue to do so.

Lilee Nguyen: I have been to 2 other Vet clinics. Dupont is by far my favorite. Staff are so friendly and kind. I can see how they treat my kitties when I take them in and it's clear to me they love their job and care about every patient they have.

Muddly: took my dog there today and waited about 30 for the vet to come in (I got there pretty early so no biggie). the vet was quick and nice, told me my dog is healthy for a 14yr old Yorkie. cost was $96 for a parasite check and regular checkup. overall pretty good I think. everyone there was nice and patience.
Kayla: Came in for the first time this week since we moved to OH this winter, and could not be happier with the team here.We have a couple of very accidental litters about to be born and the wonderful humans here were not only not judgmental, but our appointment for both of our girls was extremely affordable, the appointment estimate for the pups is ALSO extremely affordable, and everyone from our vet, to the vet assistant and the front desk ladies were all so so kind, and went above and beyond for my girls. Dupont will be our vet going forward for all of our critters, and I'm SO thankful we found them!

Chelsey Conroy: Best vet around! I had been coming to Dupont Vet with my previous dog and they treated her great! She had kidney failure in July and I couldn’t have ask for more support, both during the treatment and her end of life time. Dr. Reitdorf and the staff was so empathetic, helpful, supportive, and kind. I could have asked for more kindness for her. She really honored Bella and I. I recently got another puppy and I wouldn’t take her to anyone else! Dr. Reitdorf and the staff really care for their furry patients.

Melissa Lamberty: I have to say, I am truly pleased with our services today! We have a bearded dragon and it is very difficult to find a doctor that is specialized or at least comfortable in seeing exotic animals. When I called a few places, they were the only ones able to see us same-day, as a walk-in, ON A SATURDAY! We brought our little guy because he was very ill and they saw us in less than an hour! We understood that wait times could have been much longer, but we took the chance, given the circumstances. Dr. Rademaker was gentle, knowledgeable and took the time to provide education, showed us tricks to feed a new formula due to the nature of his illness and even involved our 6-year-old that was very worried about our pet (he was curious about everything and was telling the doc details of our beardie's recent behavior, lol). He did a very good checkup on our beardie, ruling out all possible reasons why our beardie was ill. He gave us information to take home on general care and instructions for feeding. Even showed us how to do it properly without hurting him (since he was refusing to eat). Gave us the supplies we needed to be able to care for him during his temporary change in diet. He even gave us a backup plan in case his health didn't improve. I am so very pleased with our services and will definitely come back for any needs concerning my Beardie! Thank you!

Alexis Hazel: 4 stars because other veterinarians are cheaper for spay neuter ect. but my older small dog did have an extensive tumor removal surgery here and the vets are kind considerate understanding and answer all questions honestly. she came out of anesthesia just fine healed up within mere weeks. also a clean place with kind veterinary assistants too. never had rude service yet. the benefits of careful and safe veterinary care outweigh the costs.

The staff is always very accommodating of our reactive dog, which makes her visits much less stressful. The veterinarians are very knowledgable, and have been a great help in managing our dog’s allergies. We appreciate everything the clinic does to keep our pup happy and healthy!

She got diarrhea on Thursday before the appointment we got instructions over the phone and took in a sample for testing on Friday had a diagnosis and meds on Monday.

Haley: I fortunately have only had to take my pets to St Joe for routine wellness. However, this year my 85lb dog tore his CCL. St Joe can’t do the surgery he needs, but has been so helpful in taking time to call me back to answer various questions I’ve had through the process of weighing two different surgeries. Also, helping with any medications I need leading up to his surgery. They are truly great to work with! Thanks Dr. Schiller!

Valerie Jeffrey: Longest wait time I have ever experienced. No one comes into to talk to you- made to wait in a cold room without pet for numerous hours. Sad that this is the only available place to take your pet- ridiculously priced but what can ya do?!?

I also like the appointment procedure, calling when you get there, waiting in your car until they come out and get you. I'm sure my dog appreciated not being in a chaotic waiting area with other animals!

Phyllis Grindle: The vets are very caring but I also use the grooming services and they are the best. Look no farther.
Carolyn Sorg: My dog was placed in a room promptly, and the vet assistant took all the information. I told her what was wrong and she relayed the information I told her. They take the dog to the back room, while I waited in the exam room. The vet did all the necessary procedures and then they brought the dog back to me. Then the vet came in and told me the results from the exam that she did. Overall was pleased with their service.
Marie Macher: St Joe's is great! I moved here from Florida and saw they were fear free certified which was a selling point. They are so caring and wonderful with your dogs. I have a dog that has severe epilepsy and Dr KT has been amazing with her. She has gone the extra mile when helping us get her and my other dog the best care possible. Dr KT also does acupuncture through KNIVES rehab and always makes sure my pup is comfortable during it. They also did my male pups neuter surgery and kept me updated during the day. So thankful we found this vet office when we moved here. Everyone I have interacted with has been great.
