The sales person told us we had 30 days to return it if it didn’t run well and told us it should run for another 5 years or so. 6 days after we bought it we noticed some temperature issues with the freezer also it makes a noise. I called them. They said they don’t do returns AT ALL for used items. I don’t think it’s right for your workers to lie to customers of that is your store policy. I will not be going back.
Erik Schrader: They told us in person there’s a 30 day return policy through the store. We asked about it as the temperatures in the fridge we purchased aren’t consistent. Freezer stuff thaws occasionally. They did a great job with the delivery so I’ll give 2 stars.

Tj Tucker: The worse company to deal with. Sold me a washer that won't spin out. When I first called in to get someone to fix it. They kept telling me that a technician will call me and he never does. Finally after a week of calling they finally said they would come out today (March 15) at 3pm mind you I have to leave work early to meet him and he never shows. Tried calling them back and the store won't answer. They have the worse customer service and they sell junk I would recommend everyone to stay away
Stephen Storms: Bought a used LG clothes dryer from these guys and had a great experience. Good selection of new and used appliances for most budgets. The grandson answered all our questions, and grandpa and dad were there to help too. They hooked up the dryer, even got towels wet for us, and ran a cycle so we could see that it worked. We will return for an oven soon. Highly recommend these folks. Great service and solid appliances!

He was so kind and assisted us when we had no idea what we were doing. Fast forward to now, we’re looking for a new washer and dryer set. Thanks to the pandemic most stores are sold out or on back order. We needed one ASAP as our dryer broke and we have a baby who is incredibly messy. After running all over town we decided to try this store. They had the exact one we were looking for and had it all loaded for us within a few mins. They also helped us get the replacement part to fix our old dryer so we can find a new home for it. The best customer service in town.

David Crell: I recently purchased a Hot Spring Envoy. I got lucky and they had one on the floor that was available and they had it delivered and installed within 2 weeks. Most places had a substantially longer wait time. They also scheduled the electrician and coordinated calendars with him. I truly did nothing. It was fantastic. They've been friendly and helpful and my tub has been great. Given their performance thus far, I anticipate future warranty work to go well. I will provide future reviews when that happens. But so far so good!

Christine Sweigert: I had a really great experience with Stucky's repairs department. I have a built in microwave/convection oven that stopped working. They promptly sent techs out to look at it and they figured out the problem in a few minutes. He ordered the parts that day. Once the parts were in, he came back to get the microwave and took it to the shop to repair it. Jared had it working and reinstalled the next day, despite being short-staffed that week.They showed up when they were supposed to and my cost was less than what was originally quoted. On all 3 occasions, Jared called first thing in the morning to give an estimated time of arrival and also called just before arriving. I'd 100% recommend using Stucky's for repairs.

Do not go here...they will not stand up for their warranties and instead say the produce drawer wheels are "cosmetic." Stay away!!!

Kilgorski: Sears said my fridge warranty had expired, and I couldn't find my receipt! It would cost more than half a new fridge to fix, so I bought a new one from Stucky's. When I got home, Sears called and said they found my warranty and they will fix my old fridge for free. :o We are poor so were really worried about what to do. The new fridge wasn't to be delivered for 2 days. Stucky's EFFORTLESSLY AND POLITELY credited my debit charge. A few years ago I bought a wonderful dishwasher there, and I love their customer service. ALL MY FUTURE APPLIANCE PURCHASES WILL BE FROM STUCKY'S.

Jeff Zurliene: Our Salesman, Shane Fessenden greeted us when we arrived and immediately treated us like family his product knowledge was exemplary and answered all our questions promptly. Yes I would purchase again!
jennifer emmert: Bought swim spa a couple years ago. Within two years, it has broken down in multiple ways: huge crack on the top, lid broke, control panel broke TWICE, rubber liners loose. But most importantly: the water flows freely between the larger swim area and the hot tub so the hot tub doesn't stay hot. They offered no solution except to lower your water level super low. Yeah, that's a great idea. Not! My parents had a hot tub that would heat up really fast. Not this one... once the hot tub section is cold, you're screwed for another 24 hours.Because they couldn't fix the thing, they replaced the whole tub (wrecking my yard once again). Took SEVERAL MONTHS to replace it and when they did they forgot the lid /cover. Just inspected my brand new swim spa and the rubber liners are ALREADY LOOSE. Barely glued on. And they forgot the lid/cover LIFT. So STILL waiting on that. And our rep never returns calls or texts. They take your money, give you junk, and then run. Biggest waste of $25,000. DON'T GO WITH MASTERSPAS.
Pete Schrock: Respectfully kind: When I went shopping, I went to the full showcase at the Noblesville Fairgrounds. They helped assure me after I carefully weighed all the options. I never felt rushed or pressured. Then later on, months after installation, I received immediate care after reporting an issue with the folding bar. They sent a crew out to resolve the issue by installing a new crossbar free of charge.There are so many possible failure points in the whole process, and so far they've passed all of em.

Calamity: pourchased a master spa a little over a year ago. I was given the wrong color, and was told the correct panels were going to be shipped...never got them and have a brown tub instead of gray. I called for service because they had it set to run 24 hours straight, and it was overheating. technician from master spa showed up with a new pump to replace? the settings just needed set correctly. luckily I asked questions before he started working or it would have cost me hundreds. My tub now has a leak that appears to be a design flaw, as stated by my local technician. I called master spa to have one of their technicians come out, and they said they are "not servicing" at this time. Buyer beware. It was not a cheap tub...horrible....horrible...horrible....purchase a different brand!
Mike Hall: My Trainer 15D was delivered in November 2022 and it has been great! We did have an issue just this week and Master Spa sent a tech out the very next day to help diagnose the issue. It ended up being the circuit breaker had gone bad. I replaced the breaker and we are back in business!
HE Pennypacker: CHEAP!!! Poor quality, poorly designed hot tub. We have owned several other brands of hot tubs over the years, and decided to purchase a brand new Master Spa two years ago. Soon after receiving, I started realizing how cheaply made this spa is. The frame is constructed with different types of thin wood all pieced and patched together. There is no floor, only a sheet of plasticy paper-like material. The sides are a thin gauge plastic, which attach by screwing directly through them and into the frame. What a dumb design! There are no bolts or nuts (like every other hot tub manufacturer has used for years). So, every time you take the sides off of the hot tub, whether it be to inspect it or make a repair, or winterize, you need to screw directly into the frame, which means you will end up routing out the wood holes and creating wear and tear directly to the side walls. I’ve never seen such a cheap Charlie hot tub! 18 months into ownership, we had an ozonator line disintegrate, causing the hot tub to leak all over when the pumps ran. I called master spa’s warranty department, and they would not fix it because it was past the one-year warranty period (RED FLAG!!!). However, the customer service guy was nice enough to let me know that the quality of the hose was indeed poor, and it happens on many of their hot tubs! That was a $300 outside repair bill I had to pay to diagnose and fix that hose. Also, the skimmer does not function properly. It is designed to raise and lower based on the water level, but it doesn’t do that at all. It sticks and sits up high, not allowing water to go into the pumps when called for. If the pumps don’t get water they will burn up! It’s a horrible design. I’m sure all of these issues are ones that master spa is aware of. These are poor engineering decisions that I’m sure were done for cost-cutting purposes. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY A MASTER SPA!

Tom Rodenbeck: Salesmans promises versus what was delivered aren't even close. Make sure you read the contract because nothing will be done beyond. Don't expect customer service to return any phone calls.
William Conatser: Went to the expo and bought a 20k hot tub and was lied to. Was told it doesn't take almost no chemicals and it was damaged no cover. They told me to go buy a tarp and cover it. Water evaporates every 2-3 days had have to fill it up. Called customer service and they were very rude. It's been almost 5 weeks and still haven't received a cover. I wouldn't recommend using this company. Also I run the filter 3 times a day and added chemicals the sales person recommended.

TODD STEFFEN: We bought a five person spa a year ago one of the most expensive one's they have and in the first few weeks the upper opening and closing bar started to bend which they replaced with a heavier gage steel, then the chrome plate above the water fall began to tarnish which had to be replaced and now after draining it for our second time for cleaning pump three wouldn't prime and pump two is blown and leaking, we couldn't be more disappointed and would never recommend or buy here again the quality is very poor I would recommend buying a spa somewhere else.

We did purchase a used spa from them and had a couple issues in there very beginning. However, they were very responsive and had there experts out right away. After they fixed a couple items our spa was as good as new. They completely delivered on all of their promises and we have been extremely impressed with the service we have received from our first call to our last. We absolutely love our new spa. He did everything I asked PLUS more. He was so helpful and professional I gave him a $40 tip. Ive had repairmen out here before and none of them cared about the customer like Sam. Our dryer mysteriously pooped out on us, I called Advanced Appliance Service and spoke with Sam who was very friendly and kind on the phone. He was able to come out the next day (just three days before Christmas—of all times). He was punctual, able to diagnose the issue in just a few minutes (overheating), and has us back up and running. It's been less than an hour. He's been doing this for 30+ years and knows his stuff. Keep in mind though, if your appliances are super new, Sam might send your recommendations for services elsewhere. He sticks to more traditional units that don't require all of the tech repairs. If he can’t work on an appliance he will give you a reliable referral to who he recommends. Sam is just genuinely a nice person and someone you want to give your business to. Trust us, he’ll earn your trust too. He’s also a small business owner so give him a call if you’re needing work done and spread the word.

Wismans Appliance Svc Inc: what do users think?
Karen: I got my microwave here. They ordered it in for me and matched the price from Best Buy because I didn't want to get it there since they had ignored me and were rude. I much prefer to go with a small business and Wismans has always treated me kind and fair. My family and I have bought many appliances here over the years. We always look around, but no one has them beat for customer service. If you need a different appliance they will order for you. They go the extra mile!!

Mike McKinney: Called them in regards to my freezer not cooling. They said they would try everything they could to get someone out the same day. We were lucky as they were able to come out the same day to evaluate our issue. The employee did an evaluation and completely transparent with us and gave us all of our options. The company even provides you a little money toward a new appliance if you purchase through them. All around great customer service!!
Bruce Chwalek: My wife and I had a repairman come out today from Wisman's Appliance Svc. Inc. to look at our Whirlpool microwave as it was tripping our breaker which was also turning our refrigerator off. When Joe, Wisman repairman, came in I briefly explained what was happening and he said he knew what the problem was and even had a repair part in his hand. He had the microwave repair completed in about 20 minutes! We were really impressed with his knowledge and how he made the repair so quickly. He even passed along some other helpful information about using the microwave. We highly recommend Joe and Wisman Appliance Svc. for any appliance repairs you may need. This is the second time we have used this company.
