Theresa Crowe: I ordered several candles at Christmas that I’ve been enjoying when one didn’t want to burn and after not quite half of it it would no longer light so I trashed it. Then it happens again but only 1/4 burned so I went to return and the girl was hateful and started rattling off their return policy. I’ve shopped here for years, I’ve never had to do a return but now I want even go back in there after treating an obviously disabled senior and embarrass them when I’m already dealing with chemo brain! I’ve lost all respect for your company when your employee was allowed to speak to me that way! You hit your candle I paid for I left it!

Danielle Hogue: I prefer this location out of all the ones I could chose to go to (Greenwood Mall, Avon, and East Side). They always have a really good selection/shelves are always full. I also prefer this location due to the simple fact that you can access it without dealing with going inside a mall/trying to find parking at the mall.

Susan Burke: BBW is always a pleasant experience, although sniffing the products is a lot more difficult when wearing a mask for Covid protection. Staff, as usual, were pleasant & helpful. Plenty of products for selection. No issues. These folks never lose their cool, no matter the time of year or length of check-out lines.

Bonnie Tucker: What's not to love about this place. The day after Thanksgiving sale was buy 3 get 3 free on the entire store. I spent 80.00 dollars and got 300.00 dollars worth of merch. It pays to use the coupons sent to the house in the mail . Highly recommend that you sign up for the mailers if you haven't already. It's free.

R B: Very stuck-up store.... to say the least. Will treat you very different if you don’t have “the look”. I wasn’t treated very nicely and almost felt unwelcome. The older lady, dressed very snazzy, behind me was greeted entirely different than I was. I decided to leave and go spend my money at the Greenwood mall store, where I was very welcomed. Spoke with a friend of mine about the very same store and they indicated they had the same experience just a few days ago. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and will not go back!!!

chamar folson: Took me and grandma some time to find the right gift, we just couldn't agree and ended up getting a little bit of everything. This store is dangerous if you don't have a gameplan!!! But I wouldn't have it any other way. I love the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Grandma found them a little too helpful but I assured her they were just doing their job.

One sales person seems worked there forever, I remember her awesome customer service whenever I visited. I moved away from the area but when I visited over the holidays, she is there and just how I remembered, very welcoming and always helpful. I think her name is Karen, and I highly recommended this location!

Ellé: Customer service is not great. When inquiring about products or sales, know before you go. I asked a question today and the young lady in front responded to me as if I went to the morning store huddle. I followed up with another question, and it was confirmed by her condescending response that she was irritated. I used to shop there often, until I decided to purchase all natural products like OSEA. I went in today to exchange a gift for stocking stuffers. I really do not like the vibes in the store, from management down.

Candice Caitlyn: This location was having a sale on body lotions and so I decided to stop in to find some for gifts. Upon checking out, I realized what I grabbed were “creams” and not “lotions”, so the sale did not apply. I never knew there was a difference, but my cashier, Jessica, stated “there’s a difference” in the most sarcastic and rude tone possible. I had a wonderful shopping experience until Jessica rang my items out. Gave me attitude when I asked about the mail coupons, was extremely pushy when I wasn’t sure what items I wanted to purchase after the sale miscommunication, and overall a terrible customer service employee. To add onto the mail coupon question I had, she proceeded to rip up the ones she had in front of her. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

The girls are always so patient with me when I show up with a bunch of gift cards to use and they are always willing to help me find my favorite wallflower plugs and refills. I love their lotions and the scents are to die for. The aisles in the store are wide enough for me to navigate with my rollator (a walker with wheels and a seat) around each display and if I need to sit down they always help me find a spot to sit and rest a few minutes where I can be out of the other customer’s way. The store is always neat and tidy and all the shelves and bins are stocked completely. Sometimes I think things are too easy to find but that’s ok I love my Bath & Body Works store so much if I could stay all day I would, but alas I haven’t won the lottery yet so I have to go home sometime. The prices are very reasonable especially during the semi-annual sale they have twice a year, but I go there other times as well for the wallflower plugs and their lotions. The sales girls are not pushy or bothersome, in fact I find them very helpful & kind. Thank you Bath & Body Works!!!

Clevis Marshall: I purchased something online to come to find out two days later it's automatically canceled because I didn't come and get it immediately this is a poor poor reason to cancel someone order you don't know if a person has to work if they have personal business they have to attend to I can understand if you don't come and get it initially within a week 2 weeks but 2 days is unacceptable I will never purchase from bath & body works ever again because this policy and they wouldn't under the sale price that I initially bought the things for they wouldn't reimburse me to repurchase them at that price so to all beware if you don't pick up your things within a 48 hour time period it will automatically be canceled horrible customer service

They discontinued it!🤷‍♀️ And never bring it back. Then I find it on Amazon or someone's website for five times the cost!🤦‍♀️ Which is ridiculous. If it sells off-the-shelf, Keep it !! Would love to have more variety @ washes/lotions and plugins for this smell. 🤞 by the way I found, the desert Wildflower fine fragrance mist. Which is selling for $35 to $45 dollars on websites. 😳 No Thanks!!. Robbery. My husband did break down and buy some body wash and lotion for me. On a website he paid a little over $100 for six pieces. But that was on the star gazing meditation body wash and body lotion.I am going to be 59 soon 😎and Hard to find what works well for me. It always makes me feel good, when somebody hugs me and says you always smell wonderful. And when they smell that smell they think of me.❤ great selling tool!🤔📊$$$$I am sure you have had requests for certain fragrances. 🤔Thank you for considering of maybe bringing these back.🤞✌

LadeeBugZ714 Z: We visited this place a couple of weeks ago and they were having a sale buy 3 get 3 free. We also had a 25% off coupon to use on all purchases. They had a wide variety of different fragrances and body products. They were very well stocked. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. They weren’t overbearing and didn’t follow us around like a lost puppy. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about products we had questions about. I happen to love the sand and salt body scrub. It gets rid of dead skin and makes your skin feel oft and fresh while smelling great. The only negative aspect is the pricing of the products. It’s a little pricey. 17.50 for 1 body scrub when I can get a comparable product for 7-8 dollars.
