Everything Home: We worked with Josh K on one of our clients renovations. They were able to draft exactly what we needed to meet the customers wants/ needs. Josh's responsiveness and knowledge is amazing. Pick Kohler next time you are in need.
Jennifer Hisgen: Went to this store for the first time to remodel our half bath. Donnie worked with us and met our budget needs along with some recommendations for designs. He was great! Mark Groce, our contractor could not have been better as well. He was timely, efficient, and easy to work with. If you want quality work, detailed finishes as a priority and to be completely happy with the end result, Mark is your guy! We are already working with him for another project to be completed this summer.
Tom Vertacnik: I placed an order at Kohler Signature Store in Indianapolis and paid $1,300 for a Riverby top mount sink on Aug 8, 2022. It is now January 18, 2023, and I do not have my sink, nor do I have any idea of when I will get it. They have pushed out the delivery date 5 times. The sink supposedly has a ~30 day lead time. It's going on 6 months now. Worst customer service I have ever experienced - no follow-up and no information provided.
James Quincy: I can't say enough good about my dealings with the associates at this store. If every store acted as they have there wouldn't be a dissatisfied customer in the country. To start if they say it's going to be there the next day...it is. If you have a problem they take care of it right away not in a few weeks even after the sale. I asked for help with tech support and they jumped thru hoops to help. Would I buy from them again...absolutely. Would I recommend them already have. My hats off to Josh and Donny for all the help.

Craig Kixmiller: Found what we were looking for to finish our basement bathroom project. The staff was able to assist and work with our project schedule. This is probably going to be more of a 5-star review. I only gave it 4-stars because we made our order today and still some moving parts left to make an accurate recommendation. I'd say if you're in the market for new Kohler items, the showroom is a great way to see and feel what you're interested in.*** Be sure to call before you go, because you need to schedule an appointment.
Rolf Crozier: Mary was super helpful. The process was painless for me, I asked plenty of questions and Mary was very patient and full of information. After much research I went with Mary because of the time and effort she took to give me an the information I asked for. I could not be more pleased with my purchase!

Renee Wildermuth: I came across this store online when I was researching soaker tubs. That was my lucky day because Donnie Briggs answered the phone, and he knows most everything you will need to know or consider about tubs, and other bath/water fixtures. In the off chance he doesn't, he finds out very quickly. He can explain options clearly so that you understand them, even if you are an amateur like me. He makes great suggestions, and even knows how to install the fixtures he sells. I have called him more than once to ask questions for my plumber. I wish Donnie could be here to oversee the work. He is always very responsive and detailed. I have not experienced this kind of customer service in decades. Despite the fact that I purchased my tub and other fixtures 2 months ago, live 2.5 hours away one way and was never able to visit the store, he answers and responds to all questions in less than 24 hours...usually within minutes! I can't say enough about this type of service!
Joe Large: The amount and selections of bathroom fixtures, faucets, showers, tubs all pretty amazing. Shown in professional lighting and you are able to visualize high class items in your home. Mary Leonard is knowledgeable as well as professional knowing what you might need before you even know it. Great place to get your bathroom going

Andrew Palmer: Donnie and his crew are so welcoming and friendly. Every step of our project was a breeze thanks to them. We had many construction hiccups along the way that turned our 30-60 day project into a 5+ month project. Any issues that came up Donnie and his team took care of right away. We now have 2 completely awesome renovated bathrooms and an amazing kitchen sink setup thanks to Donnie.I recommend this place to everyone. Better prices & selection than any of the big box stores. It’s kind of bittersweet to have our project completed because we can’t take the boys up there to play with the showroom(playplace)! So happy to be back in our beautiful “new” home. George Blumb: We initially purchased a Kohler kitchen sink, then we saw the lighted mirrors and decided to upgrade our bathroom. We worked with Mary who is very professional, knowledgeable and full of ideas that helped make it what it is today -- a modern (we had a 20+ year old) bathroom with 3 side lite mirrors, beautiful oval hand sinks with fixtures and an efficient toilet.

E K: When I pickup plumbing supplies for our pizza shops, the guys at the front counter are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us pick out the right tankless water heater, adapters and fittings for triple sinks with auto soap induction connections. They get tricky.Recently, Jennifer guided us though the selection of an entire shower assembly and pick out a whirlpool style bathtub (valves, jets, heater, lights, etc) for our master bath remodeling project.Without her professional guidance, l'm sure it would've been a long-term and very expensive lesson.The old TV warning "kids, don't try this at home" comes to mind.And no, Amazon isn't an option for projects like this either unless, it's plumbing for your hunting shack...
