When I get there not only could I not find it but the person I asked to help me looked for about 2 minutes and then just walked away to help someone else. I will not return to home depo again and I suggest that the 13 million people that look at my reviews don't either. What terrible customer service!!!!

They helped us pick out the right tankless water heater, adapters and fittings for triple sinks with auto soap induction connections. They get tricky.Recently, Jennifer guided us though the selection of an entire shower assembly and pick out a whirlpool style bathtub (valves, jets, heater, lights, etc) for our master bath remodeling project.Without her professional guidance, l'm sure it would've been a long-term and very expensive lesson.The old TV warning "kids, don't try this at home" comes to mind.And no, Amazon isn't an option for projects like this either unless, it's plumbing for your hunting shack...

I found out more from Mary in two days than I did from my own contractor, distributor and designer over two weeks.I am quite impressed and will 100% try to use EPS for future needs when I can make it work, even from Colorado.

Brian McIntire: I worked with Brandon on a small Plumbing project associated with a light remodel in my master bathroom and some work I was doing with my sump in my basement. Brandon was extremely helpful at putting together a comprehensive list of things that I would need. He and the team at Economy Plumbing made it easy to pick up what I needed and when I needed to swap a few parts out for something that I thought might work better they made that easy too. Good quality parts and highly knowledgeable staff. Much easier for a do-it-yourselfer to get what he needs then going to a big box store, because they really know what they are doing they can help you make sure you aren't missing anything that will be required to complete your project.Pricing for one-off purchases is slightly higher than the big box stores but they are more than competitive if you are putting together a project. I spent about $1,700 in one day and felt that I got a great deal and will definitely be back.They also have a showroom with very high quality plumbing fixtures and tubs and lighting. it's my appointment only but if you have a bathroom project you are working on it's more than worth taking the time to make an appointment.I highly recommend this business.

John W Myers: Amazing service above and beyond. Discovered furnace malfunction at 4:15 pm on Christmas Eve. 12 degrees and falling outside. Called B&W and Tom Hicks arrived at 7:30 pm. A switch had failed and no power was available to the unit. Tom fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes at nominal cost. We were thrilled. B&W has always done quality work but this was a true test. Everything Home: We worked with Josh K on one of our clients renovations. They were able to draft exactly what we needed to meet the customers wants/ needs. Josh's responsiveness and knowledge is amazing. Pick Kohler next time you are in need.
Jennifer Hisgen: Went to this store for the first time to remodel our half bath. Donnie worked with us and met our budget needs along with some recommendations for designs. He was great! Mark Groce, our contractor could not have been better as well. He was timely, efficient, and easy to work with. If you want quality work, detailed finishes as a priority and to be completely happy with the end result, Mark is your guy! We are already working with him for another project to be completed this summer.
Tom Vertacnik: I placed an order at Kohler Signature Store in Indianapolis and paid $1,300 for a Riverby top mount sink on Aug 8, 2022. It is now January 18, 2023, and I do not have my sink, nor do I have any idea of when I will get it. They have pushed out the delivery date 5 times. The sink supposedly has a ~30 day lead time. It's going on 6 months now. Worst customer service I have ever experienced - no follow-up and no information provided.
James Quincy: I can't say enough good about my dealings with the associates at this store. If every store acted as they have there wouldn't be a dissatisfied customer in the country. To start if they say it's going to be there the next day...it is. If you have a problem they take care of it right away not in a few weeks even after the sale. I asked for help with tech support and they jumped thru hoops to help. Would I buy from them again...absolutely. Would I recommend them already have. My hats off to Josh and Donny for all the help.

Renee Wildermuth: I came across this store online when I was researching soaker tubs. That was my lucky day because Donnie Briggs answered the phone, and he knows most everything you will need to know or consider about tubs, and other bath/water fixtures. In the off chance he doesn't, he finds out very quickly. He can explain options clearly so that you understand them, even if you are an amateur like me. He makes great suggestions, and even knows how to install the fixtures he sells. I have called him more than once to ask questions for my plumber. I wish Donnie could be here to oversee the work. He is always very responsive and detailed. I have not experienced this kind of customer service in decades. Despite the fact that I purchased my tub and other fixtures 2 months ago, live 2.5 hours away one way and was never able to visit the store, he answers and responds to all questions in less than 24 hours...usually within minutes! I can't say enough about this type of service!

If u do your own work or have a business don't do Lowes go to menards they always have the parts for everything alot cheaper then lowes home depot for same exact product and in the end the rebate checks r by far better then the Lowes card

Mrz CPR: Purchased a new plant baby. I was disappointed with the indoor plant selection. Many of the plants seem neglected and either under watered or ridiculously over watered. They need to do better or Clarence them out so people can take the plants home and revive them

Jeff Hostetter: From the moment I walked in the door to the point of loading my cat with the shelving units, there was an associate there to help. The cashier was friendly as well. I was able to get everything I went there for and was in and out on Easter Sunday fairly quickly.
J C: The tool rental employee would rather do nothing and blame the customer rather than consider that the machine might be malfunctioning. When their machine was proven malfunctioned, they would rather roll their eyes than apologise. Other than that, I come here often.
allen ross: Worst experience getting unloaded took over 16 hours. Nobody answered the phone at night after calling and getting answered at 10am was told your next to get unloaded still at 320 getting unloaded talked with store manager and still took another 5 hours he act as if he scared of the workers. Will never return here I hope and pray thus store closes and these workers find a new job because this isn't it.

Melanie Balog: I purchased some mulch online and went to pick it up recently. Since I couldn't fit it all in my car, they let me come back another day to get the rest. I was waiting for 30 minutes to get 10 bags of mulch while customers in front of me were loaded. I would have been able to drive up and load my own except there's no room to drive around. I also found out that they had just received their shipment of mulch and had I been any earlier, I would have waited for nothing. Plant selection at this location is pretty lackluster as well. The gentleman loading the mulch was personable and helpful, though he could have used some help out there as he was the only one loading.

Let's call before we go. 3 calls cut off by being on hold twice too long. Drive to the store still on hold from 3rd call, go to apliance department. Can't find any assistance. Finally I ask a stock man to come down off his lift. Nope, he tells me go look in aisle 39. Oh I am still on hold from 3rd call.Lowe's, I am a Lowe's Card holder your customer service is non-existent.I hung up from 3rd call still on hold as I walked out front door and went back to Menards.Everytime I go to this store I have a horrible experience.LOWE'S WAKE UP YOU HAVE A CORPORATE WIDE PROBLEM.
Irfan khan: We ordered a patio door sales # S0288NUN 2263541 dated 03-01-23. We had a terrible experience with sales person Eric. First they delivered the wrong door. We were told they would deliver correct door the next day. We waited all day the next day, but the door never came. We were told they forgot to send the door out to be delivered, but it would be the first delivery the following morning. On the third day, they forgot to ship the door again! We spend so much money and time waiting for the door, and hired a contractor to install it. Contractor charged us for their time/ waiting. I am very offended by the customer service experience and all the excuses. I finally canceled my entire order. If the management is reading this they should put Eric back into training and not on the floor for misleading and poor customer service skills. I will not recommend Lowe’s delivery to anyone.

Aaron Chastain: Help is eager and readily available. Organized, clean, and they carry Craftsman brand tools. Craftsman tools did reduce their quality for a few years near the end of Sears run, but have sense come back up to the Craftsman level you would expect.
Hash Brown: Good people around, just gotta ask. I am working on an odd project, and they helped me out a lot. Otherwise, these places are cookie cutter.
Andrew McCurry: Never have a problem at Lowe's. When I need home improvement supplies I can usually find it here.

Miguel Aguirre: Do yourself a favor and avoid any project through Lowe's. I tried getting a garage door opener installed through Lowe's. The 3rd party they hired never showed up and would not answer calls/texts. Tried to reschedule, but was told it would take 3-5 days to even get a new date since they could not see the availability of their own installers. Incredibly inefficient. This is the 2nd project we've done through Lowe's with a less than satisfactory experience.
Ethan Hubbard: Drove a little over an hour to get to this store and bought a toilet. Got the toilet installed and it is leaking from a crack in the back of the tank. Tried to call to see what my options were and literally spent 30 minutes over 4 phone calls just trying to reach a person. Your voice prompted phone-bot is the most frustrating thing I've ever encountered on the phone. 100% never actually reached a living person and now I'm stuck having to drive over an hour just to do this in person. Extremely frustrating, and the laziest attempt at customer service I've ever seen. I bet you won't find a single person who actually likes phone services like yours.

We rented a paint sprayer from this location as it is the only location of the hardware stores in the region that rents paint sprayers.The sprayer was broken. The connectors were shooting out the primer all over our driveway. We had planned on painting our house. Everything was taped up and ready to go. They had no additional paint sprayers to rent either. The entire day was lost and no apology or anything. Should they not check the equipment that they rent out after it's been dropped off from the previous user? Simple due diligence would have prevented this issue in the first place and not have wasted our time.Very disappointed and lack of business responsibilities on their side. We will never go to this home Depot again.
