So I guess Jesus saw Jeff charge me $200 for a set of these tires "Pirelli SL 26 Scooter Tire - Front/Rear - 90/90-10 , Position: Front/Rear, Tire Size: 90/90-10, Rim Size: 10, Tire Type: Scooter/Moped, Load Rating: 50, Speed Rating: J 0531000"Copy the quoted text and google it you will see they sell for $38 - only those are brand new - not 7 years old.The tires he sold me have a 2015 date code as well so considering I’ll have to replace them in 3 years - within the recommended 10 year window for replacing motorcycle/scooter tires he should have given me the tires free with the installation.The tires are speed rated for a 50cc scooter not the bike he worked on which is 250cc Vespa GTS.He later said because I own a Vespa I must be rich. He also charged me $120 for installation. Which at the time he told me was the shop rate of $65 per hour.Did not call any other shops, and didn't get a quote from him either. His only response is a personal attack because everything I wrote in this review is fact!

Dwayne Duncan: I spent a arm and a leg here just to have my scooter not working anymore, I was told that I could bring it in for a full body repair inside and out for 300 now, my moped doesn't start and if it does, it doesn't stay on. How could I pay all of that for repairs and restoration and have these problems. I do not recommend this location to anyone, it's all a scam.

David Hall: Called close to (if not after) closing time, about a possible scooter purchase. The Gentleman that answered was not only kind and knowledgeable, but refreshingly -honest-. I learned more about scooters (don't call them mopeds ;) in five minutes than a google search. While my monetary means prevents me at the moment to purchase from this business, it will otherwise be my first stop. Thank you.
Jeremy Lewis: Really looking to buy a scooter, but this is the 2nd company that I have read reviews on that the owner just wants to blame everyone else and not take any responsibility! All his answers are "we don't put up with people trying to scam us", if they were trying to scam you then it would only be a couple but every person that has given you 1 star and said that you were rude that was your answer. Definitely going to believe 10 people over the owner that are all saying pretty much the same thing, then the owners responses are the same to everyone of them thinking they are trying to scam him when in reality the owner is more than likely scamming everyone!

Nick Schmutte: I took my '16 GTL in to see about trading on a new RT last year. The salesman said he was not interested in my GTL, it was a "boat anchor", that he had two on the floor he could not sell because they were on recall and he could not get the parts from Motorrad. I told him I had not seen a recall notice on my bike, so he wanted the VIN and confirmed it was not on recall. He then offered me $9K, $4K less than book trade in, and $3k less than a Harley dealer offered. I left and did not look back. I will take my bike out of state for service.

Was told to bring my bike in on a Wednesday for a tech to work on it on Friday but no one looked at it until the next Tuesday in which they contacted me on a possible solution but never contacted me after that. I had to go in on the Saturday to see what was going on. Returned my bike back to me on Tuesday. So it was there two weeks.
Brett Hollifield: So difficult to get ahold of over the phone. They never answer the phone during business hours. I've dealt with many different BMW dealers and this is the first one with poor service like this. It's not what BMW as a brand represents and as such has me hesitant to do any business with Tom Wood. It's sad but we are going to be going to Cincinnati for service and bike purchases from now on. I'd suggest others do the same for their BMW needs. Even the Chicago BMW dealer where we bought our recent BMW told us to steer away from Tom Wood. We should have listened to them sooner.

Shelby Huddleston: Called to ask about a certain bike and the price. Rather than tell you the actual price (which is what was asked for) they specifically gave me only the msrp price and make it seem like that’s the price you’re paying and leave out the 2700$ in extra charges. For example, the destination charge, mandatory protection plan, etc. Those could’ve at least been disclosed rather than making it appear that the price is the msrp value. Seems a little shady to me.
levi marks: Drove 3 hours to get my motorcycle. Carlos had the bike and paperwork ready and I was back on the road in an hour with my new motorcycle. The parts department was helpful picking out a helmet, gloves and tie down straps. It was the best buying experience I have had and will return for every other purchase I make.

Isaac Werst: Absolutely fantastic customer service. Anderson and Carlos both were incredibly helpful in helping me informing me and purchasing my new Ninja 650. I highly recommend buying from Dreyer. I initially looked at a Ninja 650 at Tom Wood Power Sports in Anderson. The experience there was terrible. They barely talked to me or would give me any information about the bike, probably because I’m only 21, but Dreyer is definitely the dealership to go to, in my opinion.

They have sometimes not even wanted to hear what it is for. If you say anything that is not what they are used to they are not willing to look even if you have a part#. Need to work on customer service skills across the board. That is why it I harder to give local businesses your business and people would rather buy online now a days.

James Roseman III: The staff here make this place. Although their selection may be limited compared to other dealerships, you're going to get quality customer service at Dreyer. The staff are very friendly and I got a great deal for my new bike and a good offer for my trade in too. The buying process is very transparent and it is made very clear that they want to be as open and honest as possible about thier pricing. I was quoted a price and it was pretty on point for an OTD price since the bike wasn't on the floor for sale yet. If you want a Japanese bike this is the place to go.

David McAllister: Service department ruined my experience after purchasing a brand new side by side. I am changing my review based off the fact after I made a 1 star review someone finally took the initiative that should have happened in the first place. However Collin after being notified did get right on it and made the service department get on it. It ended up being a ground issue which is not easy to find. Just feel like the service department could have been more pro active and acted like they wanted to help. It was a brand new machine bought from there and did not get put at the top of the list to get me back on the road until I made a bad review.

Julie Morgan: We have had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. There is an issue with the boat we purchased from them and they absolutely refuse to get back with us and correct the issue. We have called, left messages, sent texts, reached out thru facebook and contacted the service department and they have made no effort to resolve the issue. We have been trying for the past two months and it has been extremely disappointing and discouraging - we would love to have a manager from there actually reach out to us and resolve the issue.
Moe Audits: Very bad customer service I wanted to buy a jet ski I seen on their website so I called them and told them I wanted to put a deposit on it ,the sales rep told me that the price was wrong and told me he’ll call me back to tell me the correct price I waited about 3 hours and called back and they told me it was a sold.they kept changing the prices!!!I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had my 2021 Tiger 900 serviced at a Honda dealer in Cincinnati, but they could not turn off the service light (I am buying ECU programmer Soon). I sent Triumph Indianapolis a message on there website and told them my issue. I told them I was going to be on a trip and I would be able to stop in, if they had time to turn it off. I received a quick reply and I stopped by this past Friday and they turned it off for free! and put some air in my tires!Very friendly staff and they had the Expedition Panniers for my bike in stock, so I got a set !!!!! Enviro Geologist: Our firm needed to order a Royal Enfield Himalayan and had spent the morning calling dealerships. Most dealers gave us vague promises - and made statements they could not back up (I am a scientist and ask logical follow up questions). Speed City Cycle Shop is 3 hours away - thats a 6 hour round trip.... however Mike was so reasonable, honest and knowledgable, we placed our order with him. Moreover, since I was a little unsure about buying the new Himalayian, he said "if you dont want it when it comes in - no problem" and said he would refund my deposit. I was impressed.
Adam: Just rode my new Genuine Roughhouse 50 home and I couldn't be more excited. Helpful staff made it happen. This is a neat little shop in speedway it's definitely worth a look if you like scooters.
