Nick Schmutte: I took my '16 GTL in to see about trading on a new RT last year. The salesman said he was not interested in my GTL, it was a "boat anchor", that he had two on the floor he could not sell because they were on recall and he could not get the parts from Motorrad. I told him I had not seen a recall notice on my bike, so he wanted the VIN and confirmed it was not on recall. He then offered me $9K, $4K less than book trade in, and $3k less than a Harley dealer offered. I left and did not look back. I will take my bike out of state for service.

Was told to bring my bike in on a Wednesday for a tech to work on it on Friday but no one looked at it until the next Tuesday in which they contacted me on a possible solution but never contacted me after that. I had to go in on the Saturday to see what was going on. Returned my bike back to me on Tuesday. So it was there two weeks.
Brett Hollifield: So difficult to get ahold of over the phone. They never answer the phone during business hours. I've dealt with many different BMW dealers and this is the first one with poor service like this. It's not what BMW as a brand represents and as such has me hesitant to do any business with Tom Wood. It's sad but we are going to be going to Cincinnati for service and bike purchases from now on. I'd suggest others do the same for their BMW needs. Even the Chicago BMW dealer where we bought our recent BMW told us to steer away from Tom Wood. We should have listened to them sooner.

Savannah McIntosh: The staff at H-D of Indy is second to none!! The entire service department has techs with tons of experience. You can always count on quality work being performed on your bike. The service counter people are incredibly knowledgeable and happy to help find the right fit for you and your bike. Buying a Harley here is a blast from start to finish with everybody in the bike buying process. You can tell they love what they do and want to put you on the right motorcycle. Even just going in to buy a T-shirt is a blast because of the motorclothes ladies. They are a friendly bunch of people who make it fun to shop!If you ever get the chance to stop by when the dealership is hosting an event it is even more lively! Their bike nights are always fun! You always feel welcome when you step into H-D of Indy. Definitely worth a stop. :)

Shelby Huddleston: Called to ask about a certain bike and the price. Rather than tell you the actual price (which is what was asked for) they specifically gave me only the msrp price and make it seem like that’s the price you’re paying and leave out the 2700$ in extra charges. For example, the destination charge, mandatory protection plan, etc. Those could’ve at least been disclosed rather than making it appear that the price is the msrp value. Seems a little shady to me.
levi marks: Drove 3 hours to get my motorcycle. Carlos had the bike and paperwork ready and I was back on the road in an hour with my new motorcycle. The parts department was helpful picking out a helmet, gloves and tie down straps. It was the best buying experience I have had and will return for every other purchase I make.

I initially looked at a Ninja 650 at Tom Wood Power Sports in Anderson. The experience there was terrible. They barely talked to me or would give me any information about the bike, probably because I’m only 21, but Dreyer is definitely the dealership to go to, in my opinion.

They have sometimes not even wanted to hear what it is for. If you say anything that is not what they are used to they are not willing to look even if you have a part#. Need to work on customer service skills across the board. That is why it I harder to give local businesses your business and people would rather buy online now a days.

James Roseman III: The staff here make this place. Although their selection may be limited compared to other dealerships, you're going to get quality customer service at Dreyer. The staff are very friendly and I got a great deal for my new bike and a good offer for my trade in too. The buying process is very transparent and it is made very clear that they want to be as open and honest as possible about thier pricing. I was quoted a price and it was pretty on point for an OTD price since the bike wasn't on the floor for sale yet. If you want a Japanese bike this is the place to go.

When I later email he gave me a timely, accurate, and informative response. When purchasing Barbie was did the financing and was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I know it’s a tough time with high demand and low inventory but I felt like I was respected and treated like a person by the entire team at Dreyer.

I sent Triumph Indianapolis a message on there website and told them my issue. I told them I was going to be on a trip and I would be able to stop in, if they had time to turn it off. I received a quick reply and I stopped by this past Friday and they turned it off for free! and put some air in my tires!Very friendly staff and they had the Expedition Panniers for my bike in stock, so I got a set !!!!! Enviro Geologist: Our firm needed to order a Royal Enfield Himalayan and had spent the morning calling dealerships. Most dealers gave us vague promises - and made statements they could not back up (I am a scientist and ask logical follow up questions). Speed City Cycle Shop is 3 hours away - thats a 6 hour round trip.... however Mike was so reasonable, honest and knowledgable, we placed our order with him. Moreover, since I was a little unsure about buying the new Himalayian, he said "if you dont want it when it comes in - no problem" and said he would refund my deposit. I was impressed.

Lucas Bailey: It's an interesting place and hands down the best spot in all of Indy for used motorcycle parts. Came in with a vague idea of what lights I wanted to put on a goldwing, left with exactly what I needed and a good idea of how to do it. 110% would recommend as the first place to look if you need bike parts.
Brandon Becerra: Called them earlier in the day and asked if they had a Speedo for my 79 SUSUKI GS425.I walked in and they already had the speedo I was looking for on the counter. I couldn’t believe they had what I’ve been looking for for 2 years in their store. If you have an older Suzuki/Honda/Kawasaki I can bet they got parts for you. They also do a great job at rebuilding carburetors for a very competitive price. This place is a must if you are a motorcycle enthusiast looking for parts.

Main issue seems lack of help and takes two people to answer questions which leads to slow process. If you have lots of patients than givr them a try
