George Ruiz: Not worth the trouble, especially during the lunch rush. The quality of the ingredients are good, and the good stops there. A burrito and fountain drink will easily run you $6+ more than the Qdoba the street over with portions that are pitiful and whose employees are literally trained to skimp on the meat (the main ingredient of your burrito). A colorful menu with decent ingredients isn't worth a long wait, a sky-high Downtown Indy price, and very little food to show for it. If you have the cash to burn, go crazy, but if you don't, save yourself the trouble and go to Qdoba if you're really craving a burrito.Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options that oddly enough are not any cheaper than their meaty counterparts.

Emily Cornett: I think they gave me some else’s orders when I got home. 50 minutes away I found out. Called to get a refund. I was given the run around by a women on the phone she said she was transferring me and she straight hung up! I got no refund and i’m very upset. I love going to chipotle but I don’t like being treated like this!!!
Laila Mosley: I placed my order through the app for delivery and my delivery guy had to text me and say “ they are out of food and are not making your order” Chipotle themselves did not contact me at all and didn’t answer my calls and mind you this was an hour before they closed so there is no reason that they should be completely out and not answering there phone. Also my friend ordered just a few minutes before me and her bowl was full and everything i wanted besides the meat. In conclusion it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate for them to not at least reach out and even the lady through door dash said they have to handle it on their end as well.

Viktoria Kroeger: This place is REALLY skimpy on ingredients. I had to ask to add cheese 3 times because the guy put 5 strings of shredded cheese originally and kept adding 5 more each time I asked. Husband had to ask to add steak as again they barely put anything originally. Can’t imagine what you get if you order online.
Karina Caro: Horrible service. Went in there and the white girl serving the food was trying to serve everyone fast so she was putting small servings on everyone’s order when I asked for more meat she looked at me like I was crazy. Then the cashier girl asked me once if I wanted any drinks or side with my order, I was looking at the drink options so I didn’t respond so she just read me out my order total. I was just like okay whatever no drink i guess so I pay, grab my chipotle bowl and leave. When I get to my office job I realize they didn’t give me any utensils or napkins so I can’t even eat my food! We are paying 15$+ for our meals we shouldn’t be robbed of our portions and have missing utensils/napkins because staff wants to rush our orders. Terrible service.
Andrew Downs: This was one of the best Chipotle experiences that we have had. We tried the new chicken al Pastor bowl and burrito and guacamole. It was fantastic. Everything was fresh and served quickly. The only complaint was that the guacamole wasn't smashed up enough and we had rather large chucks of avocado, if that's a bad thing. This location has always been better than most around it.

Marissa Norrgard: After being constantly disappointed with the new location on 116th, I went to this place and was amazed. The workers were nice, having fun, but were still speedy. The food was some of the best Chipotle I’ve had. The other location is closer to work for me but I will definitely be going the extra few miles for this place in the future.
Dennis Lunsford: Good option for Mexican food. Much better than Taco Bell or other fast food options. Still having staffing issues like everyone else. Hopefully that will be resolved soon.
John Goodyear: Dirty, poorly managed restaurant with rude employees. It seems like the tables and floors rarely get cleaned. I’ve seen employees in the kitchen handling things like lettuce in an unsanitary manner.

The food was marginal and several containers on the line were empty, the staff was arguing on the line while taking and preparing orders, the staff member who was fulfilling online/carryout cut into the prep line during each of our orders delaying ours for several minutes, and the tables and dining area were quite dirty. All of this when only 5 people were in line and no one was in the dining area. The first long table seemed to be a work area for management between interviews?We got our bowls built and stood around for a while at the register for someone to check us out. We finally got done paying and couldn't see where the drink and utensil station was. We found it on the other side of a wall on the far end of the dining room. Yaay.The dining room was filthy with garbage on the floors and not one clean table was available. So we set our tray down on the cleanest dirty table and headed for forks and hot sauce. 3 empty bottles of hot sauce adorned the utensil station. Drink dispensers mostly empty too. Thankfully there was plenty of forks and napkins.I got a bowl and it was yummy. I love the guac!! My hubby, however, was not impressed with the chicken al pastor. He said the flavors were off and tasted nothing like it should. He missed the sweetness of the pineapple. Per him, "just say no!".After we ate we headed to the garbage to dump our trays...garbage was overflowing. Had to use a tray to push garbage down to fit ours.It was def not my best Chipotle experience. Cleanliness really needs to be higher on the priority list for this location. No excuse for tables to be covered with sauces and old food and the garbage overflowing.Might be an off-day though. We will try again here in the future.

Charles Baxter: The absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I have tried several times and every time there is some issue. Either short lettuce, beans, or chicken. Staff is generally rude with rushing or passing off customer request. This is the second time that we have come and they have locked the doors with a sign that says online orders only. Jim Arvin: Orders are consistently wrong, rice is rarely cooked correctly, chicken is rarely seasoned correctly (i.e., like at every other Chipotle in the USA), never trust the store that they will actually add guac when you order online. Kiana Graham: Food is hit and miss on 90%of the time the white rice is burnt and the brown rice is undercooked. Staff is extremely rude and not in any urgency to get you taken care of in a precise manner. I try again every couple of months to see if things have gotten better and they haven’t .

Esther Anderson: Zero star rating here. First thing we noticed was filthy tables. ☹️ Looks like nobody cleans them. Never saw anybody come out and clean any tables while we ate inside and saw lots of people order after us. Thankfully had wipes with us and cleaned our table myself. Secondly, we ordered food WITHOUT rice and WITHOUT corn because we avoid those foods and found bits of corn and rice in two of our three orders! ☹️ Apparently one of the sauces we ordered has been contaminated ☹️ Two of the three orders asked for fajita veggies and they were left off. Went up and talked to an employee and apparently they are out. BUT I think they should have stated that when they gave us our order instead of expecting us to ask them why it wasn't on our food. Food we ordered tasted good, but overall not impressed. Don't recommend this location.Kid-friendliness: Not an adult atmosphere, but definitely no kids play equipment or coloring pages.
Sarah Batt: The sofritas salad was delicious for dinner, and as leftovers the next day. The music was a little loud, and the restaurant was very cold. Service at the counter was lackluster and not very fast.Vegetarian options: Love the sofritas! You can do vegan burritos, bowls, or salad without feeling like you're missing something.
Mr. Wiley: Visited 2/25/23Today, we were craving some Chipotle and decided to stop by the restaurant. Upon entering, we noticed the restaurant was visibly understaffed, as many of the food dispensers were empty and the tables were dirty.Despite this, we proceeded to order; 2 chicken bowls and a veggie bowl. We were disappointed to learn they had run out of grilled peppers and onions, which are a staple when ordering a chicken bowl.When we went to pay for our food, I asked for a towel to clean a table, but the cashier kindly offered to clean it for us. Despite the restaurant being busy with a steady flow of customers, the cashier was still friendly and helpful.While the food was tasty, the understaffing and lack of cleanliness in the restaurant were concerning.In the future, we hope that the restaurant can improve its staffing and cleanliness.
Andrea Rall: I’m not one to leave a review, but the management needs to be aware of their staff. When I came in for my pickup order, loud inappropriate music was blasting so much that they couldn’t hear me ask for a cup. The water machine was broken and when I told the staff they smiled and laughed. There were no napkins and utensils spilled everywhere. My bowl order was also wrong, missing several ingredients.
Pat Griffin: Faucet in ladies room busted and Manager did not care. Restaurant was trashed and no attempt to tidy or clean up during our visit. Both my hus6and I became sick after eating there. Nausea, cramps, etc. Still sick 24 hours later. Worst dining experience of my life.

Chelsea VanScyoc: This location is terrible. Always locking the doors and closing early. If you do manage to get inside, the service and attitude of the employees is absolute trash. Either close the location entirely or hire new staff.
Kyle Kutgraz: Every time I go to this location it’s the worst. Not a care givin in the world about the food, feel, or flow of this restaurant. I remember when chipotle was the place to go, this is now the last place I wanna go. Don’t believe me? Take a look at some of these photos. The Team director needs to be held accountable for this. 0 effort of holding chipotles what use to be high standards. The need to bring back some top performing people to clean this mess up. 40 buck and you get to clean your own table. Non of this was taken during peak time so there isn’t a single excuse. Jermey Ferguson hold yourself and your people accountable. Pain is privilege.
Stanley Jones: Young lady working front counter obviously doesn't give a damn about her job burritos were so sloppy and very skimpy. Employees in back talking very inappropriately and loudly. Dining area was filthy over heard other customers commenting about the cleanliness. I will definitely not be back. This store is poorly managed and operated.

Katie Euliss: I ordered carryout on the Chipotle app - This was the only location accepting orders. I get to the establishment, and the doors are locked. I got in the drive-thru to pick up my order. Service was okay, but... for some reason, instead of actually making my tacos - with everything I wanted on them... I was given one small tortilla and a quesadilla container with only some of the toppings I requested. I'm not sure why the store did it like that, but I won't be returning. It wouldn't be as bad if I was given all of my toppings and three tortillas, but... Definitely dropped the ball on that one, Chipotle. Thanks for reading my review. Have a great day!

Sarah Hood: Filled our pickup orders without any protein (we paid for double!). We ordered on the app for pick up and when we got there our chips and guacamole weren’t in the bag. We went inside to ask about it and they told us they were out of chips. We then asked if they could comp us with anything else and they told us to “come back another day and tell them what happened” for free chips and guacamole. Okay, we took our food home.We got home and none of our three meals had any protein on them- two of which we ordered with double steak. And the salad we ordered was missing the dressing.We understand being understaffed or running out but at least offer a different protein instead of just filling the orders without any!! We spent over $60 and tipped 10% to get a sad excuse for what we ordered and no help in-store. We will not be re-visiting this location.The good thing is the chipotle app/ text bit was great and we got immediate “rewards” for 3 entrees and 3 chips & guac.

Will Smith: Whoever owns this Chipotle is missing out on a lot of money. Emerson Ave is beyond busy with nonstop traffic- keeping this store exclusively to "online ordering" will be the demise of this store. For the sake of who ever invested in this store- I hope you read this review and every other one like it and understand there has to be a change. Listen to your community, or dont and watch your franchise investment fail. :)Edit: Also the burrito was poorly assembled and bland at best.
