Paul Cox: I scheduled an estimate for my 45 sq ft bathroom(s) (identical bathrooms each side of mid century duplex) during the "buy one get one" in 2020. $27,000.00 was the estimate for the tub to shower conversion. The representative said they only do "wet spaces" but they would install a new sink and toilet if I provided the sink and toilet (evidently these fixtures with their own water supply are not "wet spaces"). This estimate also did not include paint or flooring! Every time I see a commercial for this sale I laugh.Edit: Owner's reply obviously skirts the issue of the $27,000 quote for a basic 45 sq ft bathroom. Why reply?

Brad Robertson: I called and requested a video consult. Of course I got a call from Phillip, he left me a voicemail and told me to call if I had any questions. Within less than 24 hours Phillip called back 3 more times. This reeks of desperation and is non professional. People work have thing to do before returning voicemails or having a video consult. Even after sending him directly to VM he still would not let up. This is why I will not be using them.To the owner, I would check you employees methods from time to time, this just cost you multiple bathrooms.

Kevin McAbee: As a contest winner via the South Bend Tribune, I was excited to convert my 1960's cast iron tub and tile shower into a modern shower! The initial consult with the salesman (whom I don't recall) helped choose the pieces to create my vision, however was rather misleading on the bottom line cost. The gentleman seemed new to the trade, or perhaps was the stress from the onset of COVID-19 and the challenge that has been for us all. After we settle on specifics and price ($5k winnings and still $2k out of pocket for the basic version of the upgrade), the order is placed and we wait until materials arrive to schedule. I will gladly say the approximate timeframes for shipping, as well as install times were very accurate, and Bee Window customer service were a real pleasure to work with in keeping informed on the status of this project.Once the install began, Joe and Omar were nothing short of amazing! In a world where exposure and using masks and gloves, and adapting to the challenge of all this and having to enter private homes and perform construction work, Joe and Omar were true professionals. They did their part to minimize their footprint in the house, as well as respecting my wishes on the situation. They kept me informed throughout the process, and the finished product speaks for itself! Thank you Bee Window and the South Bend Tribune, but most of all thank you Joe and Omar!

Stephen Denney: The shower is fine, and the installers were great. Whoever is running the show at the office however, seems to be dropping the ball quite a bit. First, we were given a date for the install, then the night before were were told they had just checked our stuff and what we had ordered wasn't in there. About two weeks later the correct stuff had arrived and the installers went to work. They were very careful and their work was fine. However at one time when I walked in, I saw they were installing a new toilet, which I did not order. I guess I should have kept my mouth shut and I'd have had a free toilet. But I asked about it, and after several phone calls they decided it was for another job. So they uninstalled it and put the old one back in. There were no further incidents, and the final product is great. If I could split this rating up, I'd give the installers 5 stars, but the the front office 1.

Whiskey_Bent_Indy: Wildly expensive. I just had a quote for a roughly 3.5 ft x 3.5 ft tiled shower needing redone. Take one more second and read the dimensions. I was quoted $18,980 for this small part of my bathroom. For that kind of money you’d be a long way into redoing a whole bathroom. Jaw dropped. Fortunately, a neighbor behind us just chimed in their very similar shower was just redone for less than half of that. Glad to see some aren’t trying to gouge simply because there is a demand for their services.

I called Indy Reno. and asked if it could be done before Christmas. The general I spoke to said they would try to figure out something. Jarod Lipson: We called them to replace all the tile in our shower because there was a leak, causing the floors in the house to buckle. After months of waiting (and not being able to use our shower), they eventually replaced all the tile. As soon as we started using the shower again, the floors went right back to buckling. They sent someone out a week or two after we called and told them, and that person blamed the water heater that we had put in 6 months before they came (with no issues in between) and left. They have basically been dodging us for over a month since. Meanwhile, we’re still not able to use the shower we paid to have fixed and still have warped floors because we believed the issue had been fixed. They’ll try and make it seem like they’ll fix any issues that arise, but I guarantee they will not or will wait months to do so. Use another company.

David and Dave were the main contractors on the job for my bathroom remodel after an upstairs leak caused water damage to the walls and floor. Dave and David tore out the bathroom using drop cloths and lots of TLC to be sure the rest of my condo wasn't destroyed in the process. David replaced the shower and updated some plumbing to fit the new fixtures. He's really a true professional and is passionate about doing great work. I'd go so far as to say he's meticulous in his approach to getting the job done right without cutting corners. Jim came through and did an excellent job on the drywall repair and ceiling texture matching. Most of all, I appreciated that they not only got back to me in a timely manner when I called or texted about progress and timelines but also that they let me be absent from my place with doors left unlocked for them to work while I went about my summer days and lived life uninterrupted. That was HUGE to be able to come and go without any worry about what was going on with the remodel job during the day. Thanks a TON for a job well-done!

RiBrown74: Our glass block enclosed shower seemed to be leaking around the base, and we decided to have Indy Renovation take it out and have a new frameless glass shower installed. Turned out there was a lot of leaking under the shower pan, and so there was wood rot and other issues to correct. The work crew showed me the damage, talked through how they would correct it before the new shower would be put in. Once the flooring, drain and new shower pan were installed, they recommended we have have a separate glass professional put in the frameless glass, since there were more cuts than they felt comfortable doing. I appreciated this advice, and Indy Restoration subtracted the estimate for the shower enclosure from their bill. I appreciated their honesty and hard work. We are extremely pleased with the final product, 4 months after installation.

Kilrak Bloodfang: Replaced an old step in tub with a walk in shower. Quality of materials is great. Installation was very good, with only a minor concer on caulking. Clean up was average, as the basement area was not swept at all. Knew there would be a fair amount of dust in the bathroom, and installation crew of 2 swept up a lot of it, but was merely average on overall cleanup. Aaron Crowley: We had our old bathtub replaced over a year ago! They have replaced the shower and liner once already. We are leaking water on the outside of the doors. They have sent a few people to look at for a resolution, with all of them able to recreate the water on the outside of the doors - we still have no resolution. They have stopped responding and offering to make sure the issue is resolved. They said this is uncommon, but they know of at least one other shower that is doing this. Our bathroom is STILL unfinished because we need a resolution so that we can actually finish it all. Their commitment to finishing the job to the completion and a happy customer is a joke! I only know it was Jim because that is the name he wrote on the quote; he never introduced himself to us. When my wife greeted him at the front door, he walked in without saying a word. When she said hello a second time, he responded stiffly with, "You need a quote on a shower door?" We took him up to the bathroom, where he seemed annoyed to answer basic questions, took his measurements, and went outside to write up his quote. When he returned, he handed my wife the quote and offered no explanation. We told him thank you, and he left without a word. We threw the quote away without even considering the price. Jim gets 1 star only because he arrived on time. That's the only positive thing I can say about this very strange experience.

A lady in the office called and told me that I needed to be home sooner because the guys finished another job early (I received the call at 10:30 am, so barely any notice)... I explained my appointment was between 1-2 pm. She started yelling at me on the phone and said over and over again that they’re a “construction company and there’s no guarantee on appointment times.” I asked three times what her name was, but she continued to raise her voice and refused to tell me. She told me I had until noon to get to my house or they’d leave... I explained to her that it took me a month to get it scheduled. She said “it’s your fault because you’ve made it difficult to schedule.” I repeated myself and said I prefer Mondays, but any afternoon would work so I had quite a bit of availability. She simply said ok then started raising her voice again about telling me I needed to either get home or the installers were leaving. I called the office back several more times... was told her name was Abigail- who knows if that’s true. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who said he was an estimator for the company and said the owner, Bill, would call me regarding my terrible experience. I received a call from another lady, believe it was Linda, from their office. She apologized about my experience and said Bill would call me. I’ve never heard from anyone.It was a terrible experience and I highly recommend using a different company. I know I’ve learned my lesson and I certainly will. It was a headache and I was treated poorly for absolutely no reason.Save yourself from what I experienced... and take your hard earned money to a company that will appreciate you as a customer.

Jay HR LLC: Doctor Shower Door delivered a Framed shower door, when our customer ordered a "Frameless". Customer Service Manager Denise refused to correct, we paid for the door in full before installation was completed and could not receive a credit for their wrong delivery. What to do next? Go to Contractor Board and file a complaint because Doctor Shower is refusing to cure this situation with our customer. Customer now has a half installed shower, due to wrong product delivery.

David J. Fryman: I have done a handful of projects with this team. They are always professional and great to work with. Their installers are respectful of the homes and always take care of my clients the way I would.

Richard Rhoads: Lee Cook replaced our hall bath/tub and our master walk in shower on Thursday and Friday. He even came back after he left to shim the header because the header track was not paralel with the top of the header. Lee did an excellent job. We do have a slight issue with the dry wall on the left lower part of the walk in shower. Sending a picture.
