Mark Tasch: Everyone in this office was very friendly and highly professional. Dr. Tran clearly explained my vision issues and the findings of my eye exam. The selection of eyeglass frames and lens options was great. Jacqui was very helpful in narrowing my choices to the two I bought.
Trinity Pippin: Wonderful Staff, Jacqui handled both my husbands and I glasses order. Explained how the different add ons worked she was very helpful and nice!

My first experience was very good so today I got to pick up my contacts and the lady clearly asked the young lady behind me can she help her as if I was never standing there. zahory garcia: Never had an issue with them until after covid. The staffed changes so much. I went in for my annual eye exam last year and when I was ready to order glasses the lady was completely disengaged and was too busy talking to her coworkers and too busy about leaving early for her hair appointment. Needless to say I did not order glasses. Decided to give them another shot this year so I called them again today to schedule an appointment but was put on hold for about 20 minutes. Trying a different eyeglass place because this one has definitely gone down hill on service.
Kerly: Took time to explain different insurance options available. Return time on glasses is 7-10 days. Lots of different frames and prices.
Terry Basaldua: The choices were good. The quickness in making glasses was great. However, I never saw anyone clean equipment touched by my face. And some of the equipment underperforms, not giving clear photos.
Michael Morgan: Never had any issues with americas best until I came to this location. Started with them not being able to pull my insurance, so we paid out of pocket for 6 months of contacts, which would have been no problem, if they ACTUALLY ORDERED THEM. I called a week later and they tell me that I had only paid for the trial pair. WHY WOULD I ONLY WANT A TRIAL PAIR. I have the paperwork and everything saying that I had purchased 6 months. What a scam.

Victor Hibbler: 100% recommend! I was taken care of from beginning to end. Special shout out to both my doctor, Dr. Tran and Ms. Jackie that checked me out. Dr. Tran was so professional in her examination. Even though she knew I have gotten eye exams before, she explained each procedure and made me feel secure in her competency. Ms. Jackie checked me out after. She was incredibly sweet and patient while I made a lengthy call to my HR Department to find insurance information. She was also proactive in searching her database for the information and found it before my HR could. Absolutely loved my experience. Left out happier than when I came in!

Ken Piper: My family and I have been going to this location for around 20 years. My wife and I and all four of my children use contacts and glasses. We have always appreciated the savings club that America’s Best offers. I don’t know what prices are like at other places, but this place always seemed reasonable and was a lot less than the place my wife used to go.The staff and doctors have changed over the years, but we have often seen the same people for many years. They usually are friendly and I feel we get all our needs met. (We can see! 😃). The rare issues we have had always been dealt with to my satisfaction. I would recommend if your new to glasses and contacts or need to find a new place, this would be a good place to check out.
Rae Henderson: I cant thank the staff enough. I left feeling relieved that a hole wasn't torn in my pocket with the purchase of new glasses. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, I learned something new from each employee I interacted with. I am picky about my glasses and I found a decent amount of frames that suited my taste. Jacqui was honest about what frame looked good on my face and took time to explain why. The smile on my face when I left was undeniable. If you need new glasses these ladies will take care of you. Thank you Dr. Tran, Jacqui and all of the staff at the 38th street location in Indianapolis.

Micah McMahon: This location seems to always find a way to pleasantly surprise me everytime I visit (& that’s not all that often, which says a lot). Michelle & Dr.Long were exactly the energy I needed on my Monday afternoon lunch break. I wasn’t able to wait for someone to assist after my exam and communicated that with Michelle, she was very understanding and made sure when I was back after my work shift, everything was ready and so was she. Highly recommend this Eyeglass World!
PhantomMafia “PhantomMafia” Alpha: Ordered contacts at their location on 82nd. What ever courier services you are using it is unacceptable. Will never purchase contacts through here again. Let’s hope the glasses I’ve been waiting for over a week are good to go and not damaged either. Very expensive place as well and do not have good customer service skills. I’ve met one person in there with decent customer service levels everyone else is unprofessional, and have a lack of care for clients walking in.

Rebekah Mazanowski: I have had many eye exams here, so I am an existing patient. I had an eye irritation/infection and called in the morning to get an appointment. I was told I could be seen at 1:10. I arrived on time and waited until 2:00 pm when I had to leave to pick my kids up from school. It’s frustrating to make an appointment, wait, not be seen and leave in pain and discomfort. I would not recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of time.
New Money: I was racially profiled, as I entered into the building I asked if I could be seen to do a quick lens repair and that my information and insurance was on file I was told from one representative of the store that I may have a better chance receiving assistance at the East Washington store because there's a lot of people of color there. I'm guessing by the look of the clothing that I was wearing gave off the image that I was a colored person that was poor or in other words a poor afro-American and that I would only get assistance at a commonly black eyeglass world this was very offensive. The assistant that said it looked at me as if I was not welcome at all. so I said thank you and walked out I do look forward to reporting this to the better Business bureau on top of corporate as well.Be careful entering into the store because even with them having colored/black people working them. The assistance are Caucasian and can come off very disrespectful not all but the ones that I ran into. I have no problem showing that they still believe in Confederacy.

I was in and out in less than an hour. They have a bogo sale that is really affordable that allowed me to get two for one essentially...if that wasn't good enough, my two new pair of glasses will be ready same day. They even adjusted my old pair to fit my face better. God bless you all!

Nicole Richmond: I’d say it’s a good place to get frames for your glasses since they have good deals and cute glasses. The customer service from the staff was nice they were fast and helpful but I would not recommend getting an exam from them. Immediately upon leaving with my “new prescription” I still couldn’t see far away and I let them know just for them to tell me to let my eyes adjust to the new glasses I thought maybe they do need to adjust so I wait a few weeks and still can’t see. I came back just to be told I have dry eyes and should use eye drops because when I blink my sight is blurry for two seconds.. sure. However eye drops are not going to help me see the highway signs when I’m driving. They couldn’t figure out the correct prescription and keep asking me to come back which I don’t even live on that side of town so the 20-30 minute drive is not easy especially when I have to have my daughter every other appointment. The last time I went I could feel the frustration coming off the person running my exam as though it was my fault they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the prescription. I’ve never had these issues with an eye exam and very disappointed that I wasted time and money on this place. I will not be coming back so I don’t want an email or phone regarding this situation. It shouldn’t of took three visits with no explanation.

Aubrey Burns: Angie did our initial patient intake exams and she was awesome with my daughters! She is great at what she does and fast. Dr Claerbout was our optician and he was also great at everything! My youngest was very nervous about her first eye appointment, and he put any fears to rest. He made my daughters feel comfortable and interacted with each of them so well that I was surprised he did not have any children of his own. We will always come back to this place. The ladies at the front desk and checkout are also so friendly and helpful.

Dr Gould was to worried about going to lunch to take the time to dilate my eyes because of macular degeneration . Even after it was on my paperwork it's in my family and me saying I worry about it. He just said we will set it up for another day. He didn't even tell anyone to schedule it. Warren was great with purchasing but wish I could have stuck with Brooke since she helped me choose the frames. If your thinking of going here and want all your tests don't go at or around lunch time if Dr Gould is working.

Delanie: Every part of my experience here was wonderful. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The optometrist took time to explain what they were looking for with each part of the test. They took extra time on my toddlers test since it was his first time and they make him feel comfortable. Warren was excellent, very kind and helpful. There is a large selection, and various price points. They provided a copy of my Rx as well, in the event I need that for other pairs. Overall, would highly recommend. Thank you

I’ve had my pair from See for almost four years, worn daily, and they’re still in great shape. I was going to put in new lenses, but decided I’d get some new frames while I’m at it.If I’m going to be critical of anything, it was trying to make an appointment. I understand they’re appointment-only due to COVID safety, and there only seems to be one person working, but See should make it easier to make an appointment- either online or by phone.
Nicole Serak: I received my new frame today and Lisa was there to take care of my adjustments, Lisa is the sweetest, most caring and genuinely cared about my concerns. Am very picky about my adjustment and she nailed it the first time. I purchased glasses from your store before but I couldn’t get the frame adjusted after a dozen trip of 40 minutes each way. Lisa is the best I ever had for this and her CS skills are refreshing. Again Lisa thank you, I love your personality, please keep up the good work.
Frank Scarchilli: 0 Stars. Ordered $300 glasses that were a poor fit. Had to get them adjusted more than once (4 times) because they would feel alright initially but would eventually give me a headache or slide off of my face. The staff became progressively more annoyed and flippant and less helpful each time I came in even though I was very polite and apologetic. After the fourth visit I felt like crying because I felt very embarrassed when the staff looked at me as if something was wrong with me. I just gave up.

Nicholas Milli: This was an absolutely horrible experience and would never recommend. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like we were an inconvenience l. We had an appointment that was setup online for 5pm. Upon arrival we let them know who we were and were informed the Dr had to leave by 530 and couldn't do my appointment . The attitude and unwelcome feeling on top of being lied to after confirming and booking with a different location makes me very weary of this location and the way they treat their patrons. They had all our information and everything right in front of them to reach out and let us know before we took the drive there just to be greeted with in an unfriendly attitude and denied the service they let us set an appointment for.Thank you.

Terrible customer service, rude staff would not recommend going to here. also, if you have Medicaid or Medicare and were planning to go there, they don't accept it but online they tell you that they do.

The lady compared it to “buying expired medicine” my glasses are expired not my prescription. I’m pretty sure I could ask I doctor about a prescription I had 20 years ago if I wanted. I payed them to collect that information, and then I’m denied access to it? Literally had to sit in the parking lot and manually check over the little information I did get, only to find out they purposely cover up your pupil distance so you don’t have that information. Pretty sketchy, I think I probably have a winnable case but I’ll just warn others instead.

They didn't use any of my vision coverage so I had to pay out of pocket and didn't know about it, I waited over 30 minutes before anything to do with the exam. My husband and I both had exams that were rushed and seemed like the DR didn't care at all. The dr claimed I had a swollen optic nerve and that I should get blood work done but when I got a second opinion, they found nothing of the sort. There were customers yelling across the place & staff were hiding behind the desk that's misplaced in a back corner. Now I understand why there were so many people at the customer service center. My husband's and my Rx were both actually wrong. Will not be returning & I HIGHLY don't recommend. My husband wants to add: his DR gave off "real slippin' jimmy vibes"
Megan: I accidentally went to the wrong location. That location called and verified with this one that I was on my way (10 minute trip). It was never communicated to me that my daughter would not be seen at the first place. Instead I was told "too bad." The weather is terrible had I been told my daughter wouldn't be seen I wouldn't have driven in the nasty weather or wasting my gas. Never even tried to offer an a new appointment. Highly unprofessional
