We were completely ignored the entire time we were in there even though there were multiple employees around. The selection was poor and the prices were high. We were at the Lambeau Field pro shop on Thursday and this experience was the complete opposite. Very disappointing. We made a small purchase just because we were there and were not even offered a bag.

I live in the United Sates and it is supposedly in the Netherlands. I have asked me to cancel my order and resend me a new jersey. Rosemarie Poetz: I ordered a Matt Ryan shirt in March of 2022 I also ordered a Matt Ryan shirt for my husband my husband received his first even though mine was ordered 2 weeks prior I got an email stating it was being delayed because of covid shipping delays which I understood he gave me an option to get my money back I wanted the shirt so I said no I'll wait it is now August 15th of 2022 and I have waited several times and been fine with that but today I got an email that said they just canceled my order didn't give me an option stated they refunded my money but yet I can go online and see shirts for Matt Ryan and their women's so I'm quite confused I contact customer service all I was told was its on back order she doesn't know why it was canceled is this all I can do for you I absolutely wasted my time by contacting customer service help I wasn't escalated nothing said she couldn't her supervisor was standing right there that was all she could do I will never shop at the Colt pro shop again and that hurts me to say since I'm a huge colts fan but I can't even get my gear

Marina Fabre: Disappointing experience. I bought 3 products and got a confirmation email. A week passed the ETA, the products hadn't arrived. I had to contact them and they told me the products were out of stock. It would have been GREAT to receive the items or at least be contacted by them telling me they weren't going to send me anything. Hope I can get my money back.

Shame on you charging such prices with zero customer service or gratitide.

I gave him the size I needed and he assured me it was in stock along with a coupling to extend the length. When I get there not only could I not find it but the person I asked to help me looked for about 2 minutes and then just walked away to help someone else. I will not return to home depo again and I suggest that the 13 million people that look at my reviews don't either. What terrible customer service!!!!
