J P: I ordered 12 pack of BR40 LED flood lights, waited a week for them to be shipped just to receive an email stating my order was canceled because they didn't know when item would be shipped. Can't think of a more lame excuse. I suggest that you purchase from a reputable business in your neighborhood, don't rely on third rate businesses.

Russell Roach: Looks good I got tooth pulled out at Same Day Dentist next door.. Needles in gum!! Ouch!! Dead root came out easy .New tooth in 3 months. $2 K who has a better price for the implant??

Burton Fisher: The space itself is clean and nice so nothing bad there. Just… come dressed to impress I guess. I was just there in my casual outfit and wasn’t approached by any staff whereas everyone else was. Just kind of off putting.Also in regards to stock, if you’re looking for something that has to be built into a home (chandelier, sconce, etc) this is a great selection. However I came in looking for a floor lamp and their selection reminded me of a retirement home. They had hundreds of options for chandeliers and sconces but around 20 or less floor lamps, all something out of the 80s or what a rich home thinks looks modern.All-in-all, disappointing as someone who tries to shop local rather than giving money to Amazon but if you’re shopping for floor lamps, look elsewhere.

Miranda Moore: Amazing showroom, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The sales team is not overbearing and don't push hard for sales. They genuinely want to see people happy with their lighting designs more than they want to make a sale. You will not feel like you are being pushed to make a purchase. I love to shop and not feel like I'm being followed around and rushed to make a decision.The showroom is BEAUTIFUL!! There is so much to know and learn about lighting, fixtures, bulbs, ceiling fans....etc..etc. These professionals know what they are doing both in the design/decor and the electrical/technical areas! They are very versatile and an amazing group of people!Ask for Cindy or Jeff!! They both helped me so much.

Ryan White: I called for a lighting part on 10-29-2020 I was told the price and that they had it in stock, when I got there to pick it up they tried charging me over three times the price quoted, I told the girl the quoted price and she called an older lady over that was unable to read a part number, they went to the back to verify price and then told me a different name for the part I told them they were looking up the wrong part and gave them the right name and they refused to look up the right part, the lady tried to argue with me about the part name and price to which I told her to take it up with they guy that originally quoted me the price, the older lady was very rude and I will never return here for anything further I will tell all my customers to never come here,
Saundra Badger: I went into the showroom to look at light fixtures for the home we purchased. I looked online for at least 10 hours trying to find the perfect fixtures. What I realized is that it is very hard to do without looking at the size of fixtures in person. I met Laura and Erin in the showroom and they were SO helpful! They especially helped me determine the size of the fixture I needed for the size of my rooms and helped me purchase the correct size fixture for over my dining table. They gave me such peace of mind and I am so grateful for their kind help. I encourage everyone in the market for fixtures to visit them because they make light fixtures easy.

Michal Schutz: We had a bulb burn out on a track light located on a cathedral ceiling that was lighting a large painting above our fireplace. We were having out of town guests and I was beside myself to get the bulb replaced. Although we were also adding to our track lighting, I really needed to get the bulb replaced immediately. Thanks to Indiana lighting for coming out that week and replacing the bulb as well as seeing what needed to be ordered to do what I wanted. These folks had it found it for me out of their miscellaneous Parts container. We hope to be doing more business with them in the very near future on a new Chandelier. Very competitive pricing. We quickly came to the conclusion that we had been wasting time searching online 4 a lighting fixture with the prices online being substantially higher than those at the Indiana lighting store. We look forward to visiting with them again very soon.
