NiiNiiblak FightingSurvivor: These employees are absolutely unprofessional and I should have knownnot to even go into this mall (if you want to call it that) the incident started when I sat down and was never asked for help. I had to ask the young man to assist and there wasn't even anyone in the store. I'm checking out girl behind the register was so busy running her mouth to this man she never broke her previous conversation to assist me properly. I get hm 40 min away and get ready to put on my shoes TWO DIFFERENT SIZES IN THE BOX GO TO RETURN THEM. NEVER GET A RECIEPT TO MY EMAIL. SO AFTERPAY SAYS I OWE STILL. I call and the girl basically says they can't help me. They can reprint the reciept if I drive 40 min there again. This is crazy, never go here. And people wonder why nobody wants to dealwith this area. Unprofessional no customer service and they don't have sense enough to put the correct size shoe in the box. Then it's up to you to fight to get your money back. So at this point I'm assuming they steal.

Amanda Balser: It should be zero stars but there is no option. Store manager refused my return even though I had my receipt, and shoes were in original condition. Next time don’t make excuses for how my card won’t work for your machine and can’t do cash back with debit purchases when every other store told me (and does) do it. Lies.. store manager also needs to drop calling people “baby and hunny”, such disrespect when you clearly know it’s your fault for not helping your customers.
Bob Short: My experience was not good!! Manger profiled me and accused me of trying to return a pair of worn shoes.💀 I’ll be taking them to a new store for a second Opinion. Than I will file a complaint with finish line🤡My kid wore them around the living room for a few minutes and we determined they were to big.
Travis Stafford: The store manager told us she did a raffle for the Jordan 4s today and she literally just let one guy come in and buy all the pairs. He would walk out with 5-6 bags and the put them in his trunk and then go back in to get more. I watched him make 3 trips back and forth. Shut this location down or fire the manager who just backdoors all the pairs. Low life scums

Aiyana Bailey: Awful, so slow, told us they didn’t have the shoe in the right size even though the right size was on display. Took about an hour of waiting to even get the shoes. Checking out was a nightmare. Not even busy but taking forever. Worst experience ever. Not the first time it has happened in this store.

They talk to you any kind away and they act like you were bothering them when you asked for a shoe and last time I checked that is their job. One particular guy there every time I go he is arguing with someone I did not get his name but he does not need to work there if he argues with every single customer. I was at this location on February 5th workers and management has poor customer service skills and I think they need training.. But that is OK. I took my money down to champs were they were very nice and professional

Richard Young: We asked to see a pair of shoes, waited for 20 minutes. We decided to ask again and was told that they didn't have enough people working. The manager overheard the conversation and decided to help only to find out they didn't have anything available in that shoe. It's not the first time we have had a similar issue at this store. Will not be returning. We do visit the JD store in Greenwood and have never had an issue so it's just this store as far as I can see.
Stacey CI: There were probably 6 employees on the floor only 2 registers going. The line was 20 minutes.We waited to order shoes that a worker said they had and could be shipped. Of course then at register they didn't have it to ship. Also we were buying a pair of shorts that said $10 and rang up $15. Worker said nope they are $15, I told her all the shorts in that brand are 10 she said - must be an error they ring up $15.Horrible customer service, the Fort Wayne store was just like it. Wow what has happened to this place.

a minor: Awful experience on black friday. Waited in line for 45 minutes to get up to the counter to check out just to have the POS stop working. The employee proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do about it and that I had to wait in another line that was at least an hour long to purchase ONE item. Spoke to a manager about my experience and he handled the situation well. As for the other employee, awful service, no consideration for guests, and clearly did not care about his job.

Jennifer Garcia: Will not be returning to this shoe store. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else with better customer service and better management. I went in and bought a pair of shoes for my 3 year old brother and returned them all within 4 hours. The night time supervisor told me I couldn’t return them because both was dirty when he only tried on one shoe and he was freshly showered. When I brought this to their attention all they had to say was “so you bought a dirty shoe?”. He had an Attitude the whole time and showed no effort in trying to find a solution. They never even let me see the box until I had already purchased them. I was told I could return them by their employees even after then being worn as long as it was within a 45 day period. There was a lack of professionalism and accord. Won’t be coming back, there’s better shoe stores elsewhere with more attentive employees.

I was referred to Nike where I made a claim but never got a email back with shipping label.. pretty disgusting of this business to sell shoes and not make it right if they fall apart in a very short time.
Ellie What: Wasn't allowed to try on the shoes and walk around in them before buying, like I have done my whole life. They were worried about these shoes getting creases.I ended up spending $145 on a pair of Nikes that are quite uncomfortable to walk in and it feels like they rub blisters on your ankles.Would have been nice if I could have at least taken a few steps around so I would know if I should or shouldn't buy them. Just been an hour after wearing them and my feet/ankles hurt, getting blisters already, etc.The size is fine, it's just the part up around the ankle that is uncomfy.Accidentally left my bag there as well, so I have no receipt. Not sure if they'd let me return them anyway...Edit: the atmosphere, music, and everything else was great. It's just unfortunate I couldn't find a pair that don't hurt my feet or try any on.

Terrible store, the manager is terrible and the other kid who was working and waiting on another customer started mouthing off from access the store. I won’t ever buy from finish line ever again and I will give this review everywhere I can.

John Eberle: I bought some amazing defective Adidas shoes from here back on November 27th, 2021 because I wanted to treat myself for Christmas. They were fairly expensive so color me surprised when the seams started to rip just past the 45 day mark. The 45 day mark is important because that is the furthest point finish line will return them. I have to go through adidas themselves now. However I need a receipt, conveniently the receipts are deleted online “as soon as they are printed” -an customer service manager. Do not bother calling customer service online as they will bounce you around 4 different people for an hour and hand you off to a manager that will say pound sand. I am going to try and contact the store manager directly because the retail store I worked at could pull receipts from any date using the card number. I am flabbergasted by the incompetence of the workers and the difficulties of getting a receipt. If you have to purchase from here take a picture of your receipt or link your phone number to the purchase through a rewards account. Do not repeat the mistake I made! I hope the manager makes it easy because I will be as persistent as needed.
