Dr. William Starsiak: Very nice atmosphere. Relatively small space for how loved this place has been for so many years. I'm surprised they have not expanded ter. The size is charming though. We had to wait about 45 minutes for a table without reservations on a Friday night arriving at 7:50. The hostess was great. The food was delicious. I know for a fact this is HGTV's GoodBones star Mina Starsiak's (she is my sister) favorite sushi place in Indianapolis.Vegetarian options: There was only one vegetarian entree I could find. However, there are about 8 vegetarian appetizers and a few vegetarian nigiri/sushi options. I got th pickled plum broth with rice, and the tofu steak appetizer. It was very filling.

Ian Bonham: Food was ok, not really sure that the ribeye was actually ribeye. Service was nice and the atmosphere was ok. Now to why I won’t be returning. Wait staff is forced to share tips with chefs, that for sit well with me. For the price of 56.00 for myself to eat and the upscale nature of the place the kitchen staff should be compensated well enough to not need any of the wait staff’s tips. Overall the experience wasn’t worth the price.

Natalie Roberts: Have went to many different hibachi restaurants and this by far was the worst. Over peppered and too much salt. Small portions for expensive price, small vegetable servings. For almost $30 a plate I should have a good portion. For being seen on food network I was expecting more. Don't expect ginger dressing with your salad either. The dressing does not taste good at all. I'll never return and I can't believe people think this place is really good. You guys need to go check out other places because this is not the one.

Jose Barragan: Two times I came down to this place in hopes of getting crepes and both times we were told by the restaurant they’re located in that it was closed and they don’t know their hours. Why even post your hours if it’s closed?
Josia Dixon: There crepes are yummy.
Bryan Hernandez: Really tasty and they have so many options. It takes a while to make a crepe and they really care about giving quality service, so expect a wait.
Tony Bostick: The crepes were very good, but the wait was absolutely comical. I felt like I was in a prank show. I have never waited that long for something to eat, in all of my life !!!!!
Sara Pianavilla: It shares a space with the ramen shop, so the signage can be a bit confusing. The crepe itself was good, I got the crepe brulee with strawberry. My friend got a matcha chocolate one and enjoyed it. Service was relatively quick given one employee.
Dorothy Rowland: The creme brulee crepe was delicious and the perfect size for a quick sweet treat. It was made in plain view which was fun to watch.

After I reminded the employee about my tea, they didn't even make the correct tea that I asked for (I ordered an iced truffle tea but got a hot plain tea). The employees from the ramen restaurant were distracting the only crepe employee while they were trying to make my order.

The sushi is prepared (by hand) as it would be overseas, so be prepared to wait - and then to eat a SURPRISING AMOUNT of HIGH-QUALITY fish. I wish I had room enough for you to hear about all the different ramen and udon dishes, with earthy umami broths and noodles PERFECTLY cooked. Pooja Gangras: First of all make sure you go early to put your name down for a table! This place is a Japanese food paradise in Indy. We tried a ton of different sushi - I think all sushi here tastes amazing. We also tried 2 appetizers - a fish cake combo and takoyaki, both were absolutely delicious! The house sake is just $3 and very tasty and boozy! Please visit this place!!
APS Style: Food is great however they always run out of the special items listed on the board. Often they even runout of regular menu items. Service is much slower compared to other Japanese restaurants in the area but friendly! Occasionally you may not get what you ordered. Most of the time chef decides what sushi you get on the special rolls.

Christian Miller: The restaurant has both sushi and hibachi, I only had the sushi, so I cannot speak or review the hibachi. The sushi was average. Not bad, but not great. It was slightly higher than grocery store prepared sushi. If I am in Indy again I wouldn’t come back, but that was not due to the quality of the sushi, it was due to the quality of the service. Maybe my waitperson had an off night, and unfortunately it quickly killed the excitement I had for a nice sushi dinner. If I had a redo button, I would have opted for grocery store prepared sushi rather than endure the poor service from my waitperson.

This is a family restaurant so they get swamped with door dash and aren't able to handle it that well, but the dine in experience is great. The owner does everything up in front and gives it her all in customer service. When it's busy the place suffers hard because she is the only server, cashier, and phone attendant but she truly does her best. After 3 visits, she memorized our usual orders and it seems she does that with regulars. I recommend the pork katsu and gyoza, truly amazing. Lunch is a good time to go for their low price lunch options and usually less busy.
