Mail will get dropped off at the office at 5 a.m. on a Monday, and still won’t be delivered to my home, five minutes away, until At the earliest Friday. If you ask to pick up your package, they won’t be able to find it. Awful

Yasmine Mhedhbi: I went in to get my passport and had an amazing experience. The woman who was assisting me I believe her name is Ruth, was so kind through all of my craziness. We had gotten through the whole process when suddenly I couldn’t find my debit card. It was nearing the end of her shift and she stayed while I went to the atm which took me well over 10 mins, when I got back she wasn’t even in a rush or anything just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. When finally we were finished, she found the stamps that I was looking for and checked me out. As I was walking out I had dropped my stamps and was deeply upset later in the evening when I’d realized they were gone. I thought there was no way someone would turn in some stamps and that it was a lost cause (and a loss of $11) but this morning I’m checking my mail and they had sent me my stamps! There was a kind letter letting me know I’d dropped them by the front door of the office, signed by Ruth! Im just truly touched by the kindness I experienced while I was there and they really went the extra mile by sending me my lost stamps. This is something that really makes you feel like there are truly good people all around you. THANK YOU RUTH 😊
deline services: Rude front desk staff, I use this post office very often because it’s the closest to me. The front desk staff are so rude to me every time I go up there.

Don’t try and submit a request online for assistance I got that response. It’s all my fault. All my bills are missing and it’s showing in the view finder but they have no idea where it is.

I have never used a key for my box, it's in my mom's possession and I have always showed my ID and it's been just fine. Today was not fine and I wasn't treated well. Just tell me that I need a key now, my mom and I check this twice a month maybe 3 so we just didn't know. I have no problem using a key I don't care just tell me attitude isn't needed. It wasn't ever a problem before. Just communicate don't assume we know and if we don't educate us don't make us want to harm you when we come to get mail.

But today when I came to get keys for the mailbox to my new apartment, I was informed that the one guy who makes the keys has been taking 6-12 weeks (that's *weeks*) to make and deliver keys. USPS needs to hire more people to make these keys (at a minimum).

devon brosch: I went to this post office to mail an ebay return package with a QR code, which was generated by the website. When I arrived, there was a huge line of people waiting to be helped. They had one guy there who seemed to know what he was doing, and it seemed like everyone was waiting in line to be helped by him, even though there were two other employees there. I told one of the other two employees that I had a QR code that they needed to scan because the self-service machines can't scan QR codes (how lame is that?), and she told me that she didn't have the ability to scan them from her computer either, so I had to wait in this huge line for the one guy who knew how to do that.Then a new employee started her shift and after some aimless running around, she finally asked the "one knowledgeable guy" if she did, in fact, have the ability to scan QR codes from that same computer which the other employee told me that it wasn't capable of doing that, and he nonchalantly told her that it could do that. After that, they started pulling people out of the line who had QR codes, so that they could be helped by this new employee.Anyway, employee training is sorely lacking at this post office. They don't know how to perform basic tasks, and then rather than asking somebody for guidance, they just flatly say "I can't do that," and then they walk away.I tell you what, I wouldn't last long in a job if I did that, but I guess this is all part of the labor shortage. What people are willing to work, know that they can be lazy and incompetent and not be fired because then the place where they work will be even more short-staffed.

Already submitted a request the lady told me someone would be reaching out to be it's been almost 2 weeks and no one has reached out. Sounds like fraud to me

I am home once again and no one came. I see a redelivery pink slip in my perfectly cleared out mailbox. They’re tellin me it was a LETTER and that they couldn’t deliver it. Why not? Not excuse was even given this time and now I have to waste my time goin up there to get it.

This is the worst branch I have ever been in.Dec 2021 Terrible! Two months ago ordered some medication. The day it was supposed to arrive the carrier marked it as delivered but didn’t deliver it until the next day and after I called to find out what was going on. Two days ago, another med order and the carrier claimed there was no access to the delivery location yet he was able to deliver my cable bill that same day. Still waiting on the meds. Another incident when I had a package delivered, instead of walking it to my porch he stood in the middle of the yard and threw it at my porch, hitting my door. This branch and its employees are a pathetic mess.11-6-21 Went in for a money order and they didn’t have any. How does the post office not have USPS money orders? This location is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with.

Mase Rhea: I would give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Literally the worst. First, the carrier removed our names from the mailbox and stopped our mail anytime we went 1 day without checking the mail.We don't get a lot of mail. When we caught him doing it, he called the police on us (we have it on video). Then we when spoke with the post master he said he would take care of it. To this day that carrier still won't deliver mail if the mail from yesterday is still in the box. Second, ever since the day he called the police on us, he's been leaving "delivery notices" when we are supposed to receive packages. No matter how big or small, he won't deliver it and we have to go get it from the post office. Not to mention, that takes an extra day, sometimes 2 days. Third, the customer service is horrible! They speak to you any kind of way and you can't say about it or you won't get your mail (or any other business taken care of). I'm just so over them.

Ben O: I paid $202 for international shipping that contains lithium batteries. I was not told by anyone in this branch that I can't ship any package that contains lithium more than 2 in 1 pack, The Attendant Steve was aware of what my package contain and also filled it out in the custom form that was given to me, The packages got return by custom in Chicago that it can't be shipped out due to the lithium that is more than 2 in 1 pack. I called them to refund some of my money if not all the money but they said they can't pay for the refund. I count this as injustice and unfriendly in this branch.

They always give me all my shipping options & offer extra insurance, always ask if I need postage stamps or extra services. Anna Skelly: I purchased 8 sets of vintage Pyrex through Goodwill online and I needed to have them picked up, packaged, and shipped from IN to CA. I requested a quote through Pak Mail's site and David got back to me with a quote within minutes. He took a stressful situation and instantly took care of everything for me. They did such an incredible job with packaging the items. I was so pleased when everything arrived in pristine condition. I highly, highly recommend using Pak Mail and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you so much for your A++ service!
Heather Gillaspie: Employee was unkempt and extremely rude. I think his name was Pete. Didn't greet me and was in the back on the phone. Waited a long time. Fax previously sent was not recd. I simply wanted the person on my phone to tell him it was not recd. After still waiting and the only customer in the place...I advised him she simply needs to tell you the fax was not there. He yelled loudly w/ no couth and even the woman on the phone said WOW! I will NOT be a returning customer and it was the worst experience I have ever had at any business hands down!
Rob Stolzer: I wish I had as good as an experience as others here. I arranged with Pak Mail to pick up, pack and ship a lot of three original drawings. $65 seemed high-but-reasonable to be shipped two states over. That is until the package arrived. Two flimsy pieces of cardboard, with the artwork wrapped in Kraft paper. The cardboard didn't even run cross-grain for extra strength. I was expecting UPS Store quality packaging, but was very disappointed, especially since the most valuable item in the lot arrived bent due to the shoddy packaging. I emailed David a couple of times to voice my displeasure and received no response. A week later, here is my response: avoid at all costs.

To say that him and his team went above and beyond for me on this would be an understatement. He even discounted my rate as the light was not as big as he originally thought it would be and notified me immediately of this. When I received the light, I was worried of its condition holding up, but David and his teams thorough packing and packaging of this light kept it in great, perfect working shape. I would recommend to anyone!
Greg S. Graf: FAX Machine Issues - I needed to fax a legal doc and they could not provide me proof it made it (a transmission report). There was a young bearded kid working there by himself. He told me they dont do that and spent maybe 5 seconds trying to figure it out. He said there was an error and to stop wasting his time, stop harassing him and to go somewhere else. Incredibly rude considering the legal nature of my business! BTW - The fax was not received who I was sending it to - so glad I wanted to see the report/proof that shows the successfully sent status. If you want to fax legal docs find another place.However - Dave the owner is fantastic. I have known him for years and he is very smart and great to customers.

Perfectly, expertly packed and shipped. They were professional, well spoken, polite and had excellent communication. I recommend this Pak Mail without reservation.

Gopi patel: I was waiting for an important legal document and someone found it open on the road. When I reported the issue, the manager called me and forced me to believe that the carrier never made the mistake of not delivering the mail and never lost any mails. Instead, the manger said there is a thief who is stealing stuff from people's mailboxes.
Mary Williams: I had stuff to send to IL for Easter and had no idea where to start. The employees were more than eager to help and suggest how I should go about shipping it.
Jennifer MARTINEZ: I haven't received any mail in 6 weeks, I have called and called, they send me a standard response, It's ridiculous, I've called Fox 59.I guess next step is to call Mayor's Action Line
Clairissa Ware: It was Saturday morning around 11am. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Jayla. I am a traveling nurse, not so familiar with the area. Jayla was very pleasurable and knowledgeable about what items I needed for mailing and gave great suggestions! There were 3 people in front of me and it took me less than 15mins to reach the service counter. The process was easy, in and out.Thank you so much Jayla!
Mary Bear: Most of the time I don’t have issues. Today the mail person walked around my house, ASSUMED no one was home. Didn’t knock. My oldest was home. Then this person sees me behind his truck, with my turn signal on because the truck was blocking my driveway. Doesn’t deliver my package, instead leaves the “Package Undeliverable” sticker on my mail.
Dee Programmed: They have lost the the shipping container for my entire town for Jan 21, 2023. How do you lost an entire town’s packages?????

Briana Choyce: A common trend at this location would be non delivery of important documents.We have informed delivery. The piece of mail from Social Security (with extremely sensitive and important information) was scanned and set to be delivered on a Friday. Not only was it not delivered but the envelope was clearly opened in the pic. Still no delivery by the following Wednesday but another picture was sent to us after filing a complaint online. That was two weeks ago and we have yet to receive this envelope.I filed another complaint a few days ago and received a call from a gentleman today. He started by saying that people are stealing mail out of mailboxes and it’s common during the holidays. I said that’s impossible because it was never delivered. He then said they actually never had possession of it and the pictures came from downtown.Very interesting that this is a common theme at this location
R B: Likely the worst attitudes I’ve ever witnessed at a post office in my 50 years. What I thought would’ve been something so simple turned out to be so complicated for these individuals. Also, very easy to recognize racial favoritism at this location.
Robert Garrett: I mailed over $600 in Menards rebates and they”lost” it!!!!!!! Don’t mail anything without a tracking number… someone got to send in my rebates but it was me!!!!
shayla m: why is it that this place cannot seem to deliver a single package without having problems? I have been waiting on a package for an entire month to be delivered, just sitting at this facility. Another package today says it was delivered but found no where. A perishable package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday was not even attempted and they simply left their notice that I could pick it up, it’s supposed to be redelivered today but no updates and no information. customer service is a joke if you can even an agent on the phone. how is this place even still up and running the way it is???
Shay Ann: I went inside this evening 9/07/22 at 5:30. It appeared to be closed. The inside was dark, no lights on. I knew the post office was supposed to still be open, so I tried the door. It was unlocked & a lady was talking loudly in the back. Then an employee came to the counter & worked in the dark. STRANGE

Tony Odom: if your a owner opp, make sure your contract has the amount both you agreed on, and check on the amount that they billed there customer, if not u may get screwed.They will keep you busy but watch your pay every every week.They are somewhat petty. You will make some money.

Alyssa T.: We contracted with Gotta Have It for an EXTREMELY important contract. We had several obstacles and contingencies to navigate and the team here really went above and beyond and helped us. We owe our 2018 growth , in a significant way, to this team helping us out.
George Gantsoudes: Accidentally took wife's keys to work; Gotta Have It picked it up from downtown, delivered very quickly to Carmel and charged less than half of what a taxi would have. Awesome!!!!
