Life Time: what do users think?
Douglas Watson: They got rid of basketball courts! What a blatant habitual senseless act directed solely at the black community!
Ronnie Hayes: Aquatics rehab treatment has been exceptional for my recovery!
Todd Tinsley: I would like to congratulate Austin the lifetime service worker of the locker room and tile area on a wonderful job. Well done. This guy is always working hard, paying attention ready to help anyone who needs his help. Does his job with a smile every time I see him he’s always working 100%. Good job Austin wish I had somebody like you on my team
Anthony williamson: Noticing that any review having to do with them totally getting rid of ALL of their basketball courts for pickle ball courts, doesn’t even garner one of their cookie cutter replies. WHY would you replace a sport that you only need yourself to get a workout in for a sport you need at least two ppl for? It’s an idiotic decision at best. I’ve been coming since I was in high school and now I’m 34yrs old and never thought I’d see the day that in an Indiana “basketball country” work out facility would opt to get rid of ALL of their basketball courts for ALL pickle ball courts? lol like why not take half? I’m sure they did this to attract a different more affluent clientele. This was definitely a “higher up” pressure on the local management. On a more positive note the staff are nice and emenities like the sauna and 2 large hot tubs, can’t be beat any where else at the moment, but it’s concerning to think they are capable of removing basketball. what will they remove next. Attached are the new pickle ball courts lol If you’re a pickle ball player have fun lol
Rigoberto Delgado: I had a problem a couple of months ago! Someone key my car! I ask for a manager if they have cameras! They said yes, but I needed a police report first(which I did) they told me they'll send me the videos! Nothing! Left voice messages to the manager! Nothing! No response, no call, nothing! I didn't feel safe, and I could tell management don't give a f^@k!! Thanks, lifetimes, fitness.
Daniel Martig: This place rules!!
Jake: Don’t go here. It’s $100 per month, overcrowded, and full of old, rusty equipment. Find a newer, more affordable gym.
Mickey: Been a member here for years now. Getting rid of the basketball courts to build pickleball court instead of just maybe shutting the court down in half? Didn’t ask the members for an opinion BUT only asked the existing pickleball players if they wanted it?? Also with increasing popularity of Pilates, very little classes are offered and pretty annoying process to get signed up. Member prices are going up with amenities being taken away while COVID hours remain. Water purchase choices are only LIFETIME WATER which is comprised of what?? Give me my Evian or FIJI water back. BRING 24hrs back or my entire family will leave.
Ryan Baugh: Absolutely terrible management . Cancels basketball without consulting their paying members who pay only to come and play basketball. Lies to their members about reasoning for decisions they make in the gym. Avoid this gym at all costs. Plus you’ll be paying triple what you can at LA fitness. It seems they only care about their old rich member demographic. Enjoy your pickle ball. Monon community center or LA fitness is better than this retirement club.
Kenny Rau: Terrible management. Cancels basketball without consulting their paying members who pay only to come and play basketball. Straight trash. Avoid this gym at all costs, all they do is lie to your face. Plus you’ll be paying triple what you can at LA fitness. We live in Indiana, pride of the Hoosiers and they cancel basketball when pickle ball can be (and has been) played on the basketball courts during specific times.
Zach Tomlinson: What kind of INDIANA gym is going to get rid of their frequently used Basketball courts to replace with Pickle Ball. I need to check with my Mom but I believe this is a mortal sin!!!
Rebecca Murray: All the equipment needs updating, in my opinion it's not worth the membership price. The staff is wonderful. You can tell when a company has little competition around, just continue to increase memberships and don't update anything. You'd expect more from this company
John Patterson: Best selection of machines I’ve seen compared to most Lifetime locations. This location is a little dated in some regards, but overall a great location. There is no massive open area upstairs like most locations, but instead that area is full of equipment and machines. I like how they utilized the space to accommodate more strength training. Well maintained equipment and good experience overall.
Ashley Priest: This location runs on a skeleton crew. Waterslide doesn't run because they don't have enough lifeguards. These little birds are Cheap Cheap Cheap and have accelerated in their journey to becoming a dive gym. CONGRATULATIONS LIFETIME FITNESS TEAM you are really knocking it out of the park...errr gym......knocking customers out of the gym.
FusionFit Warrior: I was a loyal customer to Lifetime paying almost $100monthly. It came a moment where I couldn’t afford to make payments anymore. I went in and sat down with a rep and canceled my membership in Sept. 2021. I was sad to leave the eucalyptus sauna and the nice pool area, but I needed to make some changes. I left and never returned. I’m checking my account for taxes in Nov. 2022 and gathering up all my expenses and notice I had a charge from LIFETIME. I took a moment to see how far these charges went back and and it went 12 months almost to the day! I was surprised and completely confused. I immediately called customer service and claimed fraud on my account. I explained everything to them and they told me that they have a change to my account in September but it wasn’t a cancellation! I said that must be a mistake. After going back THROUGH MY ENTIRE history at this gym club they could see that I had never visited AFTER that cancellation I made on Sept! The rep UNBEKNOWNST to me changed my membership instead of canceling it. That’s fraud! I asked for some kind of compensation or using the gym for the $1000 dollars that I have paid to the gym for a YEAR AND NEVER stepping foot into the gym. They denied. I’m HURT. This is a MAJOR GYM BRAND. And to handle a customer like they’re just another number and not a human being! You took money from me. I’ve tried explaining. I truly do not need a refund but a 6 month comp or 3 month comp or something for the money they fraudulently took. Nothing they could do. Why? Truly would it hurt your conglomerate to have compassion for a loyal customer. What do we truly mean to this club? It’s almost like a big bully company , taking and having no deceny to look at the facts and make a decent decision to say, “ we’re human we understand” I feel helpless and that’s why I’ve turned to this platform. Pls be careful and check your accounts if you’ve cancelled their membership. You possibly could still be getting charged. Unfortunately I can’t refer this gym club to any of my trainer friends because they do not care about theirs members like their policy and principles state.
Gerard Merchant: Amazing time today. Great atmosphere.
Nolan Barrios: I was promised that there would always be a few lockers with keys and over Christmas 2022,they removed the last of the key lockers and for that they just lost my business. Thank you very much management. Nolan Barrios
Santiago Ledwith: Poor leadership and lack of organization! Second time in 4 - 5 months this happened!I just come to swim in the pool, I have never been in the second floor. Today, at 3 PM I was told to come out of the pool because they have no lifeguards. I was in the middle of my main set. I was not allowed to cool down even 100 yards, because the lifeguard finished his shift and he had to go. By the way, this was completely unannounced just because LT is not an organized facility.Manager on duty showed up and explained the situation and when I asked at what time another lifeguard was going to show up the answer was “we are working diligently to solve the situation”. It is already 3:456PM!Yes, I joined Lifetime back in 2008 in AZ, I don’t know now but at that time that LT was a place very we’ll managed and the facilities were kept way above average gym.I cannot say the same about LT Castle Creek. Although most concierges are polite and courteous and try to be helpful, most times, they solve nothing. Also, you can see a lot of personnel turnover what brings me to my main point: Poor leadership and lack of organization! This is a corporate business not a family owned business!Accountability starts at the top!UPDATE! NOVEMBER 20th 2022 7:45It seems management is incapable to solve the “lifeguard” issue. Of course no change will come from keeping the same individuals as managers!By the way, yes they replied back to the post, but they do nothing! Issues won’t be solve.Does anyone (we are not asking anyone from management at LT Castleton) have any suggestions or know a place near Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers, where you could lap swim regularly without this constant unannouncedPool closings?Thank you in advance!UPDATE DECEMBER 12th 7:10 PMOnce again when I was about to start swimming the lifeguard approached me and told me she was leaving and there was no other lifeguard coming tonight so the pool was closed. Also, if you plan to come and swim, I hope that you’ll be lucky to find the pool open. Advice: please bring your own towel! The ones you see, when you go and open them, they are all STAINED! Wonder if there are some healthy issues we also have to address!
Travis Ála: I wish I could rate higher as the staff is amazing. However, this is not only the worst LifeTime I have been too but it is below the quality I would expect from a LA Fitness or Planet Fitness. It is OBVIOUS that Management somehow bonuses off of lack of $$ put into the center from the level of disregard put into maintaining this facility. The steam room REEKS of mold..Tiles throughout the location are cracked, broken and missing.I travel the country often and utilize Lifetime locations abroad but when I come to Indiana every month I DRED coming here. I am considering a local membership to avoid this. You sign up to a company like this for CONSISTENCY. I am appalled to see things like conditioner...Q-tips....mouthwash..and a list of feminine items for my lady not being stocked here. It's the ONLYA LOCATION I have ever experienced this. It's honestly a JOKE.I have spoken with staff and they all say the same thing.... Kenny Scott...He has zero respect from his TEAM or members. He should be EMBARRASSED for the way this location looks and is maintaining...or not maintaining...You are welcome to reach out to me, this is neglect and inexcusable. I would question anyone in corporate letting this man run a club. This is by far the WORST representation of a brand I hold Iin HIGH regard. It's EMBARRASSING.
Minister Redeemed1: Great Gym! Awesome welcoming staff. We go as a family and have loads of ways to keep fit. From smoothies to the Rock Climbing wall we love it.
Mark Branaman: Great place. Love the addition of pickleball. Look forward to integrating it more and more into the club

F45 Training Indianapolis Downtown: what do users think?
Eric Booher: F45 has been a really good fit for me. I’m 50 years old and I used to do CrossFit and wanted something with less injury factor. I did orange theory but it’s way to corporate and people aren’t friendly at all. I started doing peloton during the shut down but I was ready to be social again and f45 is exactly what I like! I show up and I’m told what to do so there’s no thinking but I can customize to make it to how hard I want to work that day. Plus they allowed me to try it first so I knew I liked it before I spent any money. Another great thing is that I can choose to work out everyday of the week which really makes it great for my schedule.
Brian Hall: Best work out, environment in Downtown!
Kiara Moore: F45 Indianapolis has really changed my life. I used to hate working out, and while I don’t enjoy it quite yet lol, F45 has made me realize my strengths and made me confident working out in a gym full of people trying to get in shape. Jarrett is one of the best trainers there, he corrects my form, and is also so positive in the mornings. Would absolutely recommend this gym to EVERYONE
anvaya bhusari: I’ve been enjoying the strength workout sessions at f45 ! The class has a great energy and make me feel motivated to push myself !
Taylor Trieloff: I have been going to F45 for a little under a month and have been loving it! A great workout that flies by with a fun environment and fasted paced stations
Annalissa Kammeyer: Love the workouts, staff, and environment! Such a great place to workout!
Cynthia Hurst: All the coaches are super supportive and really make each class unique and fun!
Emylee Eyler: Absolutely love F45 + the trainers at the Downtown Indy location! The weekly structure between strength and cardio, 45 min commitment, the ability to personalize each workout to your needs/abilities and the variety of classes and workouts keeps it exciting and manageable! You will feel yourself getting stronger after each class! Totally worth it!
Megan Reynolds: Wonderful experience all around. The classes are worth the investment. Friendly coaches and members who keep you motivated to come back and work your hardest.
Ashleigh Douglas: F45 is such an inclusive fitness opportunity. The coaches are welcoming, supportive, & do such a nice job hyping everyone up. They provide modifications for people who are intimidated by the workouts & also push you to do better each time. I am so grateful to have joined f45 downtown Indianapolis!
Valerie Ostrowski: I enjoy the intensity and variety of the classes - it never gets boring or repetitive! I’m always looking forward to coming back!!
Jennifer Lauria Clark: Kip was energetic and welcoming as a trainer and a professional. This was my first time checking out an F45 and he really made me feel comfortable. His ability to manage the entire class and help each of us with our form gave me the workout I was seeking. Two thumbs up for F45 and Kip and Alex!! Thank you for you amazing hospitality! I highly recommend trying them out today!
John Ebright: Came in from out of town for a couple days. Brought my coworker who has not worked out in a setting similar to f45 or any circuit style. We were both very comfortable and treated very well. No “intimidation factor”, great workout; clear explanation, easy to follow, attentive and motivating instructors. The facility was very clean and well organized. I will definitely return if/when back in Indianapolis.
Alan Alvarez: F45 is fantastic! All the instructors are energetic, incredibly kind, and friendly; they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and included and push you along the way during the class. The workouts are pretty challenging, and you never do the same thing twice. Also, the music is always a blast, the remixes are straight bangers, and it feels like there's a live DJ in the gym every time. (Also, the speaker quality is excellent, they have some nice JBL speakers.) Lastly, the people who attend are pretty supportive; they always give a shout-out after the workout is done! F45 is probably my favorite gym I've ever worked out at.
MacKenzie North: I joined F45 a couple weeks ago and I already am feeling so much better about myself in terms of energy levels, physique, and overall mood. I was feeling very stagnant in my previous workouts, so having a trainer and other people pushing you for 45 mins a day is really encouraging. I have loved all the trainers and the community F45 provides. The workouts are intense and challenge me, which is what I needed. I would highly recommend F45 for anyone feeling stagnant and needing a change, because that was me. I am now excited to get up and get my workout in, and I am excited to see the results and progress I make with this membership.
Lexy Hanas: Love F45, it’s fun and also a great workout! Highly recommend if you like group fitness classes.
Ben Adams: Big fan of everything and everyone associated with this place! From the minute you walk in the door to when you’re dragging yourself back out, it’s an incredible atmosphere and experience. Can’t say enough great things about the people running this gym. My one regret is not joining sooner!
Meg Schleter: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI’ve had a great experience so far through F-45. The coaches are super supportive and go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. I would recommend this location & program to anyone!
Alexis Cohen: Positive:Quality
Joseph Jackson: Big fan of F45. Classes are short and non-stop, so you get a great workout in, in a shorter timespan than you find with a lot of other places. The days alternate between strength and cardio too, so there's a solid mix of variability that keeps you from ever feeling stagnant.
Allison: Positive:Professionalism,QualityCoaches are all very helpful. It's a friendly and supportive atmosphere!

Peak Fitness: what do users think?
Greg Jackson: If you looking for old school iron they got it if you looking for old school atmosphere they got it if you looking for a competition atmosphere they got it
Drew Chambers: Plenty of equipment and machines. You can go 24 hours if you have the correct membership. The owner Brad is a great guy.
Michael Norton: Great selection of equipment, and everyone is chill
Stuart Goedde: Amazing variety of equipment and a motivating environment. Love working out here
Geromy Cunningham: Best gym in the area. All the equipment you want, no frills, not over-crowded. Owner Brad is awesome as well
Michael Dixon: The owner has asked to have comments made to improve their ranking on Google. There is so much equipment coming in new that keeping everything clean is a task. When finances permit to improve cleaning I'd look into electro static dust collectors to be installed in the heating and cooling ducts along with an ultra violet light system that destroys any air borne virus. I'd manually dust all higher up horizontal surfaces, fan blades, girders, anyplace dust would accumulate. That cleaning would usefully be repeated as needed or when dusts were observed. It might be feasible to install odor eaters that clean interior air by circulating it-odor isn't a problem but everyone is in Peak for their health. If they incorporated ultra violet cleaning-that would be a plus because people do attend gyms not knowing that they are spreading a disease. Essentially, providing clean filtered air would be a major plus to any gym. "Working in" doesn't happen here because of so many pieces of equipment-circuit training thus is a plus-never have to wait on a machine to open up.
Jorge M: Confortable 👍
Sarah B: UPDATE: Wowee. This team immediately responded to my initial review and did everything in their power to make things right. They fixed my membership account, and have maintained close communication about the AC repairs. I know I’m going to be spending a lot of time in the gym this weekend now that it’s no longer an oven. Many thanks to Brad and team!Been here for almost a year now and it’s been the best gym I’ve ever been to. It definitely sets the bar, no pun intended.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Really frustrated with my experience so far and I’ve been a member for a month. Twice now I’ve tried after hours access and the fob reader has been down. I drive 15mins to this gym so it’s irksome to not have access when I pay for it.The member portal shows that yoga classes are free to members but this is not the case. Not a huge deal, but not a pleasant surprise. The gym is consistently over 85°F or warmer. First they said it was a broken AC, but nothing changed despite the AC allegedly being fixed. I know some people deliberately seek to sweat gallons, but I’m not one of them, and working out in high heat gives me migraines. So I’m pretty much stuck paying for a membership I can barely use.I moved back to Indiana from Texas and even there the gyms stay under 75 year round.Unfortunately, not many gyms offer 24hr access around Indy so i feel stuck (and it’s not really any cooler in the gym at night). Praying to every deity that they fix the issue, because the current setup is unacceptable. I think Brad knows that, because he sounds a bit exasperated with the AC “repair” work he’s been paying for and mentioned bringing someone new in to fix the issue.Hopefully sooner than later. Fingers crossed, because I really would love to stay with Peak.
Robert Albert: GREAT price. Personable owner and staff. Easy to join and no questions asked when I moved away from Indy. Thanks Peak Fitness, for a great workout experience!
Matt Powell: Can’t recommend enough. Best gym I have ever been a member of. Great staff, variety of equipment and space to workout comfortably.
Layne Wiedl: Great Gym! This is by far the cleanest and well maintained gym I have been to, and trained at. The staff are very friendly. The equipment is old school and great! Really stands as one of the BEST gyms in Indianapolis!
straligh: One of the best places in the city to weight train. You need it they have it!
NYC Muscle: I’m in Indy 1 out of 4 weeks, and Peak Fitness is my go-to gym. There’s a huge selection of equipment and you never have to wait. The members are friendly. You’ll find everyone from college athletes looking to up their game to seniors staying fit and active, to professional bodybuilders, to people looking to stay sane through exercise.
S Brown: Great gym! Awesome environment. Endless equipment and options. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to get in better shape.
Jalayna Gahs: Wow where to even begin with the great things I could say about Peak Fitness! This place has everything you could think you needed in a gym. The staff are all superb and will greet you by your name and are so open to talk about anything. The members are all so nice and have great gym etiquette such as cleaning up after themselves and re-racking weights. The facility itself is also kept so clean and maintained given how long the gym has been there itself. Peak is definitely a community I love being a part of and I have seen so much personal growth in myself physically and mentally because of putting myself in a positive environment that is there to help me reach my goals. Long story short, the rates and 24hr access are great, the staff is grand, the facility is clean with all the equipment you could dream of, and the community is definitely something everyone with a passion for fitness would appreciate being a part of.
Stan Mills: This is a great place to get and stay in shape. Good location, good people, and a range of equipment to meet the needs of a week-end warrior to a professional body-builder.If you are thinking about signing up at a gym, stop in see what you've been driving by all these years. Don't pad the pockets of the corporate chains, give a local business your support!
Kyle Flatley: I've been a long-time member of Peak for over 15 years. Due to the pandemic, I've spent the past 2 years working out from home but have recently made my way back to Peak and the new ownership has done a great job revamping what was already a great gym. Everything is in the correct place and the new interior lights and paint job add a nice modern touch!
Benjamin Mathew: Excellent gym - offers everything you need, good selection of equipment, not too crowded. If I ever find myself back in Indy, that'll be my gym of choice.
Lisa Kennedy: Became a member this year and I can say with absolute certainty, I don’t want to go anywhere else! Friendly staff, the owner, Brad, will greet you by name upon entering. If help is what you’re looking for, there are always personal trainers walking about (shout out to Bill whom I’ve had three great sessions with). No shortage of equipment even during “peak” times! Great atmosphere and music. Ample parking. Affordable rates with 24-hour access.
K Jack: Peak Fitness is a great gym. The atmosphere is good and the staff is friendly. I've been a member for about 6 years and I've never experienced any problems. I love working out there!
Rick: Great vibe here!

National Institute For Fitness and Sport(NIFS): what do users think?
Derik Strenzel: If you’re looking for a pool that’s literally never accessible for lap swim this is your place $40 a month will hold down your ability to schedule training sessions two weeks out, not regularly, but if you get lucky here and there you might be able to get a slot. And the assistant director doesn’t even seem to be able to cancel a membership at your request.. thanks Lisa!! Thumbs down for service…
Gabriel Hawkins: Once a great gym, but it sold its sole to college kids. Can't even run stairs in this gym any more. So sad.
Kane Li: I have been a nifs member since 2006 or 2007. I first became a member when I was a high school student at Indianapolis metropolitan HS and the school provided the membership for us. Then I went to college at IUPUI, and been a member with a discount. Now I work but live around the downtown area, so I continue to be a member there.Yes, as others said in comments. A lot of things have changed. The gym has downgraded. I think the cause of that is the change of management. There used to be a short hair guy, like 5 feet 5. He used to run the gym and I don't see him anymore in the building. The treadmills are some cheap craps. If someone over 200 lbs running on there, you would hear an earthquake in the building. Besides that, yeah you do see unprofessional employees, but those are the new workers. Their senior employees are very nice people. The gym membership used to cost 50 dollars and now went down to 30. But I honestly would pay 50 monthly if nifs can be what it used to be.
Genevieve Evans: Didn’t actually go lol
Ambassador Dr. Angela J Nealy, PhD: Really changed tremendously. Loved jogging and running on the track. The NO spikes No Blocks that is absurd. This is a 200m mondo track with hydraulic lifts to bank the track made in France just for NIFS.We use to hold indoor meets there. The USA T & F National office is in Indianapolis and we can not run in spikes on this track, rediculous?
Huiru Li: Good facilities good environment good service person!
jeevana maddineni: I love NIFS they offer a variety of free sessions for yoga, cycling, basic and advanced strength training. Also, they have lots of programs to choose from for weight loss and they explain it in every detail. The best part is you get a free 3D scan and BOD POD test before getting a training plan for exercise and diet.
Nicholas Street, MSN, RN: Awesome place.
Troy Gosser: Went in for a Bodpod on 12/23 and was checked in quickly. The trainer that took my Bodpod was friendly and efficient.
Jaime 247: It's very disappointing that I have to leave this review, I love nifs worth a passion. However today was not a very good day at all. Usually the staff is very nice and friendly but not today. We left nifs and one of the employees rudely and unprofessionally told us that the showers were closed and told us to "get out". I've never had an issue with a employee before here, but this one was a first. Also second because unfortunately another employees was rushing us to get out while we were trying to get out as fast as possible but to him it felt like we were taking forever. Now I understand yes they are closed, but there was no need for the rudness like that. It was probably just this once and maybe it won't happen again. I hope.
Caleb Binkley: This is my go-to gym every time I'm in Indianapolis for work. The facility is outfitted with everything you could possibly need, no matter what sort of fitness you're into. Highly recommend if you're needing a place to get a workout in.
Jiawei Xu: Nice and professional place
Lahaye Farms: After being a guest for two visits, I was pulled aside by the director, and accused of some sort of public indecency. False accusations by a director who took my statement "with a grain of salt" have led me decide not to be a member at this facility I greatly enjoyed in my 20s. It is the world we live in now a days that you are guilty before even being approached about the incident. Would recommend that they put better safe guards in place to protect their patrons and their privacy.
Brianna Olvera: I am a beginner but honestly I really like this gym. It makes you feel comfortable to work out and there’s always help if needed. Cleanliness is on point. As a college student I love coming here before or after classes and it helps that the showers are open to use so I can clean up for class. Overall, 10/10!
Ninad Bandodkar: This once amazing fitness center has gone downhill after covid. I used to be a regular member from 2017 thru 2019. I decided to cancel my membership since they decided to have forever mask mandates and all the facilities such as sauna and pool closed for infinity.
ISO xHORSE: I think the facility is okay, the equipment is a bit outdated compared to other gyms. Other gyms have had their basketball court, sauna, pool, locker rooms and spa open for months now and this gym has not opened those features of the gym since the reopening. When you ask the employees about when these amenities are going to come back they say they don’t know. There should be no reason why a date should not be in place for these amenities coming back within the next few months. When really they should have already been back with the vaccine being available for everyone in the state of Indiana for close to a month now and the cases and death rate of the virus being on the decline for several months. I understand precaution although, at this point there should be no reason why none of the employees have a clue to when these amenities will be back and why they aren’t already back. Last but not least, why do I pay full membership price but get close to half of the features of the gym? That’s why they don’t bring it back because they can charge full price without paying for maintenance for the whirlpool, locker room, sauna, steam room and basketball court.
XiaoTian XiaoTian: Cool place and very friendly stuff, wanna practice here every single day
Clifton Rodgers: I would like to give this place 4 or 5 stars but I can't. The facilities are very good, and although the layout is a bit odd, you quickly get used to it. The locker room facilities are also very nice and I never had an issue with their cleanliness. My issue comes from the staff. I have never been hagled so much in my life. There is/was an older gentleman trainer there that would constantly sit within 6 feet of my workout partner and myself and watch us like a hawk as we trained. There was also a larger female trainer that at one time yelled at me from across the track to put away gym equipment I wasn't even using. I humored her and put it away, but she yelled at me again for not putting it away in the correct location. I believe all of this was rooted in the fact that the smaller trainer that enjoys kettlebells accused me of using their gym to have people pay me under the table to train them. Yes I was a personal trainer and yes one time I invited one of my clients to workout with me and check out the gym (did not charge her for that). I understand them wanting to ensure people don't do that, but it bothered me they didn't ask me first, they simply assumed and accused. But other than that, I think the price they charge is on the higher side but can be justified if they still offer the parking pass with the membership.
lei xu: perfect place to work out👍great bath room btw
John Williams: Plenty of cardio equipment that few people use , and not enough equipment that many people use (Treadmills). How about start being a decent gym and purchase a few more new treadmills? How about actually replacing the treadmills that you remove, supposedly for "repair service"? Two treadmills were removed and NOT replaced. Equipment was rearranged to make it seem nothing was changed. A very deceptive practice.
Tom Tran: One of my favorites about the facility is the large workout area with a track-and-field. The sauna is also my favorite because it recovered me after my long day of stress and makes it relaxing. Would go there next time!

Orangetheory Fitness: what do users think?
Tracey Schlosser: Everyone is helpful and makes me feel comfortable, especially for someone that has never worked out
Gary Vornheder: OrangeTheory, Broad Ripple is awesome. The staff are super friendly, my trainer, Josh, was incredible, the overall experience was great. One piece of advice, if you haven't worked out in like 7 years, don't get caught up in the group aspect and think you have to be like everyone in the class. It will leave you wishing you hadn't, at least for a couple of days after. Build yourself up! But it's pretty awesome!
Monica Percifield: Highly recommend! I’m a shy person and did this alone and felt comfortable. Everyone is there to do the same thing
Lainna Cohen: The staff at Broad Ripple OTF are amazing. The coaches are enthusiastic, encouraging and kind. The SAs always greet you with a smile and are helpful to solve any issue you're having.
Alissa Zink: Coaches and staff are so helpful and amazing!!
Turimar si es Viajar: 😜
Lisa Huse: Fast paced, always different and motivating instructors. I improve every time and enjoy the ride.
Jennifer O'Connor: Best overall body workout! It's worth the time...EVERY SINGLE TIME!
John Carter: You’re crazy not to become a member here.
Joel Cooper: Prices are not transparent
Devon Ngo: Great coaches and sales associates. Welcoming and encouraging environment
Sandy Cuzzort: I love the fun atmosphere. It feels like family. The coaches are all knowledgable on the workouts, proper form and alternatives for those with physical injuries or limitations and are quick to spot and correct improper form that might otherwise cause injury. This is the best workout I’ve found by far and I can’t imagine ever tiring of it.
Jenna Spurrier: Really great team. Spacious studio. Coaches push you to do your best. I wish they had one more OTBeat screen on the weight floor. Parking is always pretty good. Good selection of merch.
Haley Alexander: I had scheduled to do my first free class, I arrived 40 minutes early as the website says you need to be there 30 minutes early to your first class. When I arrived the lady at the desk said they would not let me workout even though I had brought all the proper stuff and signed up correctly. I even even brought a business partner who was in town visiting, who already has a membership. Not only did they waste my time but they wasted hers as well, and embarrassed me in front of my coworker. We were both looking forward to working out but due to them turning me away she didn't workout with them either. No one communicated this to me so I was already in the building excited to be there and was turned away even though I followed all of the preliminary steps. Very disappointed in the fact that they did not offer and solution to me other than to come back another day.
Travis Mumford: I've been going to OTF for 3 years now, and it has really changed my life around. No, i'm not rocking a 6 pack, but I am healthier, thinner, fitter, stronger, a faster runner, and have better cholesterol and blood sugar control.3 years ago I hated running. I was slow, fat, and jiggly when I ran. The coaches didn't pressure me to run. They encouraged me to power walk, and have that built into their treadmill routines. After 3-4 months, I started to run, even just because I could. Now I'm running 8 minute miles, I can run for 12 minutes without stopping. Muscles are appearing where they haven't before. pants are fitting better or even looser. I fit in my shirts and pants better.Scheduling classes in advance really has worked for me. I feel social pressure to actually come to the gym. I can't back out at the last second. It's like an appointment I'm committed to keep. I know the coaches and they know me. I get encouragement and positive reinforcement from them.Could the same structure and curriculum be had for a lower monthly cost at a different gym chain? Maybe. If I regularly signed up for classes at LA fitness or Lifetime, I might be just as consistent. But I feel like OTF has a better focus on "whole body" vs a spin or zumba class. And thankfully I'm in a position where I can afford the extra cost.
Linda Jackson: The encouragement and guidance is what keeps me coming back. It’s like having a personal trainer with the bonus of a community of like-minded achievers.
Emily Cole: My friend has been trying to get me to come for 2.5 years and I can’t believe I waited so long! Everyone here was incredibly friendly and took time to explain everything I was seeing and hearing for the first time. I’ve now joined and I’m looking forward to improving my fitness and meeting others at the gym.
Erin Buechler: Positive:Professionalism,QualityOTF Broad Ripple is such a welcoming community. All of the staff knew my name very quickly when starting. That's important! They cheer me on and answer my questions. I'm not the skinniest of people and have never felt less than at OTF Broad Ripple.
Laura Peterson: I have been a member since the Broad Ripple studio opened & have had the best experience. The staff & coaches are so friendly & open to questions. I didn't think I needed a fitness family but I found one I love!
Guy Maynard: There is nothing better than the people at OTF Bripp, co-workers and members alike. I either get to start my days there or end my nights at the studio and I wouldn’t have it another way.
Henry Woodburn: This is the only way I’ve been able to work out consistently

Barkes Fitness: what do users think?
cesar cisneros: Best gym
Chris Miller: Great family owned gym. Service and equipment top notch. Love the inside outside over head doors.
Kristin Schaaf: Thanks for letting me drop in! I loved the facility and will be back for sure.
Steve Murphy: Overall it’s a very good gym. Amanda is very friendly and so are most of the people that go there. Unfortunately now there is a powerlifting group that goes in the afternoons and if you are using one of their benches or squat racks you have to get up when they get there. One of the guys works there now I guess and apparently if you aren’t paying him for a training program then you can’t use certain equipment while he’s there. Go anytime before 5 or on the weekends and it’s a great place.
Robert Cooke: I’ve been working out for just over 30 years now. I’ve worked out in more gyms than I can count and I’ve got to say, Barkes Fitness LLC is by far one of the best places I’ve had the honor of working out in. The atmosphere in this place is the best in town, period. When I walked through the door for the first time last Spring, I knew, I found my new home/gym. If you live in the Fisher, Noblesvilles, Indy, Pendleton, Fortville area, do yourself a favor and check them out.
McKenzie Hamilton: This is the best gym I’ve EVER been to. And I’ve literally tried them all. Planet, anytime, LA, lifetime, MEI, YMCA, etc. and nothing compares. The equipment selection is amazing. Everything is clean and organized and always easy to find. Even when it’s busy there is always room and equipment and you never feel like you're in the way. The staff is nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
David Mcgee: Positive:QualityGreat environment to come in and train hard
Seth Powers: Positive:Professionalism,QualityGreat place to workout, I enjoy the atmosphere every time I go in to workout. The people there are great and the staff does a fantastic job taking care of the facility.
Marcus Blair: The place where you feel like family and the music is always good even if you forget to charge your headphones !
Akash Duggal: The best gym I’ve ever been to in my life. The vibe in here is just completely different! Everyone is so friendly and motivational. Owners are AMAZINGGGGGG people very welcoming.
Brittany Leyraud: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI love this gym! The owners are amazing, they care about their members and are always looking to find ways to make your experience better. I wish I could give more stars!
anita arovits: Positive:QualityBest gym in town!!
Coty Losee: Positive:Professionalisma great spot to train with like minded people. When you're here you're like family. The only spot to train in Indianapolis
Dr. Brian Watters: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityWelcoming gym to all. Whether just getting into lifting and working out or a long time gym rat, very friendly and inviting. Locally owned and operated. Owner and her family also workout! If you are tired of the same old thing try them out!
Tyler McCord: Small local gym with a great community!
Brendan Teeley: Great no nonsense gym
Willie Little: Life changing experience. If you have a family if you have a crazy work life balance this is the perfect place for you
De Be: Clean and lots of variety. From bottled water to towels in the shower rooms, it’s nice to be at place where owners care!
Iolasgranddaughter 01: Love this gym!!
Jeremy Morimanno: Barkes Fitness is everything I needed for my fitness journey! Amanda and Ben have trained and challenged me to meet my personal fitness goals. My knowledge base has grown and they are there to help you reach your goals every step of the way!! Best trainers I've ever had!!
Romonda White: They're AWESOME and supportive

Eat The Frog Fitness - Indianapolis Mass Ave.: what do users think?
Melissa Barnes: I really love this gym and all the amazing people there who make it possible. They are welcoming, motivating, friendly and always looking to help you meet your goals. I love that I have access 24x7 and that the workouts basically run themselves at all hours of the day! I don't think I've ever burned less than 500 calories at a session, it will kick your butt for sure! Thank you to all the awesome folks here!!
Brady Nicholson: What an amazing group of people! I just joined, and they made me feel right at home! Very clean, professional and fun!!!
Akira German: Love this place! It truly helps you stay motivated.
Tyler Eisele: like sure the workout was fun i guess but after you leave this facility they actually harass you they’ll send you multiple text messages, They will email you multiple times in a week they will call you non-stop like i’m about to place a no contact order on you people if I tell you once I’m not interested in coming back then please take my word for it
Alison Bell: I absolutely love ETF. I’ve been a member since November 2019 and have gained strength, flexibility and overall fitness. Beyond the great workouts, the people - owners, coaches, and front desk workers - are what make ETF Indianapolis so special. They care about my fitness goals and give me individualized support and encouragement. They care about me and my entire family - my children come too. ETF is a community and it’s great to be a part of it. I also Participated in the new FrogFit program this spring. I worked with coach Marla and coach Jacob who reached out to me weekly and met with me weekly. They understand my goals and give the right balance of challenge and support along the way. I achieved my initial goals and feel great and have decided to continue with FrogFit. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
Teylor Ellis: Nothing but great things to say about ETF. The coaches and owner want you to be the best you can be. You're more than just dollar signs at this gym. They plan events for members, hold you accountable with your goals, facilitate a healthy/ competitive/ fun environment during classes, etc. This is also a great place for those who struggle to push themselves during their own workouts, those who workout all the time and want to switch it up with a challenging workout, or those who don't know where to start on their fitness journey. I lost about 20 pounds in 7 weeks and I could have never done it without ETF!!💪🏽🐸❤️
Sharon P: I have enjoyed Eat the Frog on Mass Ave immensely. The studio is large, clean and decked out with state of the art equipment and huge screens, plus monitors that read your stats from your heart rate monitor. I find the heart rate monitor and coach really pushes me to get the best workout every time. I enjoy the quality of the equipment and varied workouts. I'm always challenged and energized, I never get bored. The staff is incredibly friendly and passionate about their members, very supportive. They always put me in a great mood every time I'm there. It's like a family.
Jonathan Lee: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Kelly Melcho: Intense but encouraging and flexible. Got hooked on my first trial day!
Christopher Scott: If you are looking for an excellent fitness community - a real fitness family who challenges you, has phenomenal professional coaches, 24 hr access, a fun environment, doesn’t judge, and a challenging cardio/HIIT type sessions...this is the place to be Indy. Look no further. I have been coming here from day one and have over 500 sessions down. Take it from someone who knows!!!
brandon hopwood: My wife and I were visiting family from out of town and did the frogatta workout for Friday and Saturday mornings. These workouts were tough but excellent workouts to start the day and burn calories while building muscle. The atmosphere was incredible and the instructors were highly motivating. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this class to others!
Mandy Jonte: I've been going here since they opened. Fantastic workout every time & the staff is awesome!
Megan Worsham: The staff is all very friendly and the workouts are just what I was looking for. I like that I don't have to plan my workout, I just show up and know that I'll get a challenging exercise with high-tech feedback about my heart rate, calories burned, and even "frog points" earned (which can be redeemed for local perks or deals at ETF). I have had a couple of issues with billing, but they were immediately fixed with no issue. If you're looking for a great way to get-in-shape or stay that way, check it out!
Shannon Kiely Heider: I also signed up for their “penny trial” this summer. I told them at the start that I was an orange theory member and did not want an unlimited membership. I attended two classes and told them I had purchased a month at a work charity auction and that I would use the gift certificate and after that point would consider buying a class pack. I was then charged a month of unlimited, called them and repeated this - they refunded the first month. On this call they were very pushy about wanting a further commitment and I said “no” and that I would maybe do a class pack after. I thought we had the understanding that at no point I wanted unlimited. They did not charge me for September, so I thought we were fine. I was mad after my call for the refund so I never returned or used my gift certificate. My husband manages our bills as I work in a separate city 2 days a week and logged on to our account this week to discover I’ve been billed since October. I tried to explain that at no point (for the third time) was I ever to be billed for unlimited- they said that they froze my account for a month for my charity purchase and then unlimited resumed after this point. They texted me twice during this time to schedule a class. When I received the texts, I thought this was to purchase a class pack and had no idea I was still being billed. I asked for a refund or at least to meet me in the middle as they have billed me almost 400 bucks and I only went to two classes during my penny week. They said no and that they would just not bill me anymore. Very disappointed in my experience.
Amanda Sadowski: Have loved the community and workouts of this place! Its challenging, it’s clean, and the cherry on top is that it feels like you are walking into a friends place every time you come in.
Alex Van Gorp: I'm a member and typically do around 4-5 classes per week. ETF has everything I need from a gym, especially ways to prevent giving myself excuses for not exercising: signing up for a class means it's on my calendar blocked out, I need to stay for the entire class, a trainer is there to make sure I'm motivated and doing things correctly, and I've made so many great friends. I burn 800-1000 calories per class and get excited to come back every time.
Megan Scott: The staff does a great job of getting to know you and your fitness goals to help you out!
Allison Milholland: ETF has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m 8 weeks in and I feel better both mentally and physically. The coaches are there to help you push yourself and also help you modify when needed. The small group classes make each one more personal and you get to know the people around you quickly. Overall, a great experience for anyone willing to work hard to meet your fitness goals!
Lindsay Quyle: I've been a member of Eat the Frog for about a month, and I'm obsessed with their workouts. I easily burn at least 300 calories per workout, and I love that I can just follow the class and not have to think about what to do next. Their class offerings are a well-rounded mixture of cardio and strength, so it gives you almost everything you need to keep up with your fitness. Their classes are conveniently scheduled, and parking is usually pretty easy to find right outside the studio (although you do have to pay for street parking). The staff is friendly and helpful, and they make the classes fun and engaging. However, it's important to note that this isn't a full-service gym. They only have two unisex bathrooms and one shower room. There are NO towels, so you have to bring your own. It's not really the best place to shower and get ready for work if you do an early morning class, although you could if you had to. Also, their cancellation/billing policies can be really rough if you're not paying attention. They are definitely in the business of making money, so don't be surprised if they charge you if you don't cancel in accordance with their policies. Read the fine print on your agreement!Overall, it's a great fitness studio to try whether you're a beginner or advanced in your workout routines. You will sweat, you will hate the rowing machines, but you will still come back the next day for more torture. It's the best!
Adrian Ochoa: Haven’t been too impressed with their customer service. I was contacted about the founders member rate and decided to try it out as Quentin states that they would be open the first week of July, which is before I was planning to move. I specifically asked how to process works and he said I would have to select to continue my membership. Because they opened much later, I never got a chance to come in because I moved. I contacted them about getting a refund and Dan was nice to work with. I was issued a refund early September. I hadn’t received the money back in two weeks so called and spoke to Quentin and all he said was “it takes 10-15 business days”. I called back after a month of not being refunded and was told it was processed incorrectly, so I still do not have my money back. I understand that this is a new business and there are some kinks to workout but just feels extremely unorganized.
Kelsee B. Hankins: I’ve been going here 3-4x a week since they opened and it’s been a great challenge. I’ve got foot/ankle injuries that haven’t hindered my workouts at all since you can take it all at your own pace and skill level. I also love the 24hr access since I don’t really work traditional hours, plus it’s super easy to schedule online once I know my schedule. Top notch classes & top notch people!

Life Time: what do users think?
Angela Logan: Best Gym and Location... Staff are Fantastic!
Amoos Bajwa: Clean gym and friendly staff
Phil Fowler: Good quality and quantity of equipment. Too bad it's closing in October.
JcMORSE: Good gym, very expensive, 1 month cancelation policy.
Mindy Sayer: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI really wish you guys had one closer to me, I want to go back to this gym so bad.
Jessica Bonner: Used to love this gym. It is quiet, clean, has great machines, a lap pool, and a hot tub. The people at the front desk are awesome. Unfortunately, I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because new management is not enforcing clearly posted rules in the pool/hot tub area. Because some people lack common sense and common courtesy, management needs to do their part to keep this location safe and running efficiently and effectively. Castle Creek LTF does a much better job policing the riff raff.
Gabriela: COVID protocols are not being followed. Signs are posted, but the entire free weight area did not adhere to the mask policy and the employees were not enforcing it. Very poor experience as I had to modify my workout due to the inconsiderate nature of others. The gym equipment is well kept, but that was the only redeeming quality. Will not return.
State 1: Peaceful cpean and roomy
Alexa Steeb: I’m a current member. Nice equipment but they blast their techno music way too loud. Today I had my headphones full volume and could hear their music clearly. It drove crazy so I left 8 minutes into my workout. Never understood why they play their music so loud when most people like listening to their own music anyway.
Luke Haskett: Great facility! Though, I was a little disappointed that the pool did not have backstroke flags.
Adolfo Blonval: Positive:Professionalism
Nick Sears: Great place to workout. Always clean and staff is super friendly.
Michelle Sweeny: Love the way yoga makes me feel refreshed and ready to take on my life! Great teachers, clean locker rooms, friendly staff, always a good experience at every lifetime location I visit!
Jeffrey Tobin: Really enjoyed my drop-in workouts here. Staff was friendly upon arrival setting a good tone. Changerooms were clean and the built in customizable locks on all the lockers were quite handy for someone who was travelling and didn't have their lock with them. Equipment was in good condition, no weight machines were out of order while I was there. Lots of cardio equipment and free weight benches and racks. Did not do any classes but the spaces for them looked nice, as did the gym and pool.
Keith Stambaugh: Great clean gym, no issues. Very friendly staff.
Rosie Perkins: Im posting on my girlfriends page but my name is Colin so came To caramel for a business trip for just a couple days and really needed a workout. I had never been to a Lifetime fitness and I was curious to try it out. Dominque the manager gave me a guest pass with no hesitation. I really enjoyed the amenities and I’m thinking about joining myself. Thanks Dom!!
Dan Marino: Not the best or worst LTF. I've been to several of their clubs over the years and this one is by far the least fancy. That said it is comparable to a nice LA fitness. My company has an agreement with LTF that makes this a no-brainer for me. Gym is clean, reasonably up to date, and the people all seem nice.
Thomas Leitke: The equipment is readily available and is reasonable up to date. Free weights just got a face lift a month or two ago +++++ They have what you need and it’s very rarely too crowded especially if you can avoid 5:30-6:30 MWF.The majority of people who go there are polite and considerate of others. You do get your IG models taking butt pics on the squat rack and “multi-taskers” with 4 sets of dumbbells and a rope doing god knows what, some backwards pushups while balancing their waterbottle on a bench and using the 40’s as nightstands (?) but that’s every chain gym that isn’t an iron pit.Mostly everybody just plugged into their headphones doing their thing. Headphones essential because it’s like Pop, Pop, Pop and then some insane high velocity techno Pop when they do a class in the main gym. Bose noise-cancelling pays for itself. But you gotta shout to check if the tricep triangle is free “YO BRO SOMEBODY ON THIS?” and then they read your lips like a secret agent and answer in sign language. Love the modern world.Sauna is great and pool / hot tub is usually wide open. I feel like it’s my private pool every time I use it. And they always have crisp white towels A+.I know thats a lot of work for the staff but they always have a fresh and neatly folded supply.I look forward to going and am headed there now.
michelle rene: i have three memberships to local large gyms, this is best one by far
Jon Markee: BUYER BEWARE: 30 day cancellation is in the fine print of the contract and they don't mention it when signing. Not sure why a gym needs 30 days to stop charging a credit card. Super shady policy!
GJX MN: Equipment is fantastic, facility is very clean, staff is very personable and friendly. I'm not a big fan of their group fitness classes though, there aren't very many and even the ones they have dont really break much sweat( very low intensity). I'm disappointed in that and so stopped going to GF classes. I hope LF would consider adding more high intensity group fitness classes. Otherwise I would be switching gyms soon.

LA Fitness: what do users think?
Eric Yager: They hid the fact that the gym was closing from members until they had already paid for an extra month they couldn't use.
Casey Robbins: They tried to sell me a membership including a $99 initiation fee and $49 annual fee 1 month before the gym closes for good. DO NOT JOIN, they close in 2 weeks and aren't telling anyone.
Emma Smith: They didn’t inform anyone they are closing august 25th and are still charging everyone. All they say when you call is “we don’t have a manager and aren’t getting one because we are closing” ridiculous. Doesn’t make me want to go to any other La fitnesses in surrounding towns because it’s clear that they don’t know what there doing as a whole company
Daniel Nelsen: Gym is fine, but this location is CLOSING August 26, 2022. They are still selling memberships to this location so beware!
Jaros Crenshaw: Not always the best when it comes to facility maintenance. Not the worst, but not the best either.
Kevin Hatcher: Closing in August. Still haven't told members. Do not buy a membership unless you can go to one of the other locations. Did not tell people that they are closing that location and still selling memberships. That's dirty no matter the excuse. Won't ever be doing business with a company that does that.
Joe Teague: I had a great workout
Prophet_Shrektus: I love the gym
Artist CORA: I love it here!! A great place to work out. Friendly staff, clean and overall great experience each and every time!!!
TheRealChoocka: Went for the sauna. Front desk work was great. The men's sauna had a wet dog smell and didn't get too hot. Enough to just barely break a sweat. A nice cleaning of the room would help greatly. The locker room also had like an old carpet powder smell.
Wesly Briscoe: Love it
L Wooden: Time for upgrades!
Steven Chase: Their employees are thieves. An employee stole my property (worth over $100) and then quit and since "he wasn't working there at the time of the theft" (which he obviously was) they will not take responsibility. LA Fitness should already be out of business because of the way they treat customers, but it's amazing that they completely support thieving employees.
Erin Ellis: Great equipment and people!
Annisa Nash (raddnina): This location was much better a few years ago, the new staff is rude and don’t seem to want to be there. Great facility/ equipment, 90% of the staff needs to be replaced.
Kortney Musselman: Go here about 3-4x a week
J Trainer: Older. Needs upgrades. Half of staff good, company as everyone knows are greedy and difficult to deal with under the best of circumstances. It's like the Lowe's across the street, if it's the closest thing to you it's probably okay, but if it's not choose another option.
Samuel Osterhout: If you have any interest in personal trainer sessions, do not go here. I changed jobs and thus my schedule changed. Despite reaching out both in-person and over the phone nearly a dozen times over the course of a month, no one helped me. When I got too frustrated to continue paying for my remaining sessions knowing I wouldn't be able to attend them, I had to buy my way out of the remaining sessions. Yes this unfortunate condition was in the contract, but when you're experience is utterly terrible, there should be some accommodations. When I was able to attend the sessions, it was clear that the gym had extended memberships to far too many people for the amount of equipment they have. My trainer was often hunting for where we might be able to do something at all, and nearly always had to settle. Not just that, I had no visibility of my progress while in strength training. Just "do this" and "do that" while they worked off of a personal notepad. Part of the experience should be to review your personal progress; this should be more than just weighing in and measuring your body composition once a month.STAY AWAY. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
Kyle Jones: Unprofessional staff, dirty atmosphere and equipment stays broken way too long
B: Nice place to get fit. Not busy, easy, relax go at your own pace, nautilus machines are great.
Helena Van Auken: This is the best gym I have been to! I drive out of my way to go to this LA Fitness specifically. Staff is super friendly and fun! They also do events that make going to the gym a little bit more exciting and fun! Loved the DJ for customer appreciation day!

Anytime Fitness: what do users think?
Dylan Levine (Dylan): Its simply a great gym. I came from out of town and needed to get a quick workout in so I went here. I was doing mostly weightlifting but there are plenty of cardio spaces too for those interested. Despite its smaller size, I never had to wait for a machine to open. Highly recommend!
colin kemker: Jovial and knowledgeable employees. Good selection of free-weights and machines. Good location. Well-behaved customers. Metered street-parking with standard rates.
Rob Hahn: Good environment Luke is tha best. Him & Calvin easy to get along
Colin Knop: Cavin was pushed me to my limits. I’ve gained weight and muscle mass just like I planned and am going to continue to pursue my goals Anytime (Fitness) anywhere!
Troy Davidhizer: I was in Indy for a couple of days and needed a gym with barbells near my hotel. I called and Cavin was able to help get keys to my hotel for me to pick up so that I could go workout after hours. Excellent service and the facility had all the freeweights/machines I needed.
J art Navaroza: The reviews are legit. Cavin (the manager) really makes a way to help you gain building access card. He went to my airbnb at 7:30pm which is out of his time schedule in the gym. This alone is enough to prove that the management cares for the customers, what more for the gym itself. For visitors: Don't hesitate to contact the gym. Cavin will make a way for you to have the building access card. For Anytime fitness owner: Give Cavin a raise, he deserves it.
Tad B Peterson: I'm very impressed with Cavin Childers! He knows what my goals are but still doesn't let me slack. If he sees i can do more he demands it! I am grateful for that!
Denny Ray: Peaceful.. relaxed atmosphere, At the morning I was there 😉
Jesus Hernandez-Arroyo: Great gym! The personal trainer Cavin is very knowledgeable!
Christine Stevens: I’ve only been a member of Anytime Fitness for a couple months now but I would definitely recommend it. Gym’s great, clean, and never really too busy. Cavin is a great trainer and takes the time to help understand and reach your goals!
Devin Alexander: This is the Best gym that I've been to. Right when I first walked in, they were very nice and had no problem helping me and answering any questions that I had. Great for if you live downtown or even close to downtown like me. It's open 24/7 so you can go work out whenever you want. they have the equipment that you'd need to help you achieve your goals. The security is great so you won't have to worry about any while you're just trying to work out. Cavin is a great guy and he helps with whatever you need, like navigating your way to reaching your goal or through their app which is great for if you're a newbie like me, that needs a little guidance. They really are so helpful and great I really feel like I made the right choice of gym.
Dylan Yoki: Staff is personable and easy to work with. Great place to start a fitness routine at, even if only once per week.
Mark Blessing: Great Gym - always clean and has all the equipment you need for a workout. Cavin and Devin are helpful and welcoming whenever you walk in.
Kara Zivin: I was in town for my son's swim meet and looking for a gym. The staff was very helpful in getting me access to the gym and I appreciated their efforts and flexibility. I will return when I'm back in town.
Joe Merrick: I joined this gym about 6 months ago, after being a member of another gym for several years, and I began working with a trainer, Devin, for the first time. A trainer is so important to meeting fitness goals. I thought I was working hard and effectively at my prior gym, but Devin’s expertise is helping me to get to new levels. He puts a lot of thought into our sessions. I feel stronger and more balanced than I have in years, after just 6 months. Plus, the 24-hour access is nice and the gym is always clean. They have a variety of coaching packages, plus basic gym access, to meet your needs. Strongly recommend this location.
Raquel Good: Was in town for Jamfest, but also training for a powerlifting meet. Stayed at Omni and it has a nice fitness center, but it did not have barbells. So I purchased a 3 day pass at anytime. It was a short walk from the Omni which served as a nice warm up for my workout. The staff was very nice and met me in my hotel lobby with the key fob and directions. They said if you call in advance they can even leave the key with the hotel and you can get it upon check in. It was clean, had two rooms, was not crowded, and had all the equipment I needed. Very grateful for how convenient they made it to stay on track with my training plan.
Julio Cesar Enciso Jr: Convenient location for me. Devin and Cavin were helpful with my body scan and able to talk to me about my goals. Highly recommend gym!
Teratha Hensley: Cavin is excellent, he was very thorough explaining directions to the facility and how the after hours access pass worked. The gym is clean, and has a nice selection of equipment. Well managed. I really enjoy my workouts at this location! Thanks!
kumar ashutosh: Good place with nice people. Really affordable as well.
Landon Kyle-Scott: I originally had difficulty gaining access to the gym, but partnering with Calvin I was able to gain building access. He actually gave me his own building pass, how sweet!I wouldn’t compare it to just any Anytime Fitness, it’s more of a traditional body builder gym, so if you are just starting out I would suggest personal training sessions with the team to learn how to make the gym work for you. However if personal training isn’t your cup of tea, I have no doubt you’ll learn the equipment and weights with ease.
David Kessler: I am an Active/Fit Direct member on a layover in Indianapolis. This was my first visit to an Anytime Fitness through th Active and Direct program. The Active and Direct computer systems was having issues with my enrollment, but Cavin and his staff bent over backwards to work the issue with the 3rd party company.Additionally, I saw Cavin giving training services to other customers and it is clear he is devoted to the clients and business. Excellent customer service! And very nice urban gym set up.
