They also take photos of everything they sell, so what you see is what you get, which is a tremendous benefit when buying online. Whenever I had an issue it was fixed promptly. Returns and refunds are fast and easy.

Casey Brown: I went to Roberts 4 times. 3 out of 4 times I was treated like they were annoyed that I would think I could shop at the store. This last time I asked about a wireless speed lite trigger and the salesman told me to go to the used side because the new ones started at $500. I guess he assumed i couldn’t afford that. It was also strange since they were closer to $100 starting online. Regardless, I went ahead and went over to the used side. All of the salesman avoided making eye contact with me. I even walked up to the counter to specifically speak to one of them, and he looked away and quickly got up to move away. After waiting to speak with someone for about 10 minutes (despite the fact that there were more staff than customers there) I decided I was done trying to ever go to Roberts again.

Batul Mirza: I’ve been going to Roberts the last couple of years and it just feels like it’s been consistently going downhill. They had ONE employee (Daisy) & she’s what really turned me into a loyal customer of Roberts but I never see her anymore. I’m disappointed at their customer service. I have consistently been renting cameras from them for about a year and have never been late or missed a day. Long story short, I was late to return the camera but note, it’s a weekday in a dry season & no one had the camera booked. I still had to pay despite that. I totally understand there’s policies but for a company/brand that’s really trying to humanize their experience it’s just strange to me to not offer grace— especially because I’m a consistent customer & there was no collateral. I didn’t even receive a phone call or anything regarding the camera. Other than that, it just feels like 90% of the people who work here don’t want to even be here & idk if that’s cause they treat their employees like trash or something else. Regardless, I’m definitely on the search for a different store.

Everyone there is so kind, I can’t remember his name but I believe it was Adam and I never got the chance to ask but the woman with long, beautiful hair and eyelashes and orange in her hair.
