Anita Chaplin: The store on East Washington Street is really going down hill. It's a mess! It didn't used to be like this. Hard to find what I'm looking for. They don't carry the items the Castleton store does. Their clearance area needs a makeover! It's very difficult to look through what they have. This trip I had a $5 reward I had earned to use, and another $5 for participating in a survey. I wasn't able to use either one, because their system didn't show it available, and I hadn't used either one. I was told by the manager I'd have to call their 1-800 number and get reimbursed that way! I'm not doing that! I should be able to use my discounts when I buy products in store! Believe me, I'll call the 1-800#, and they are going to get an earful! I'm an artist, and I spend a lot of money here. It's wrong, and a big inconvenience for me to have to get my $10 some other way! I let them void the whole purchase and I left without anything! What a waste of my valuable time shopping! 🤨 Perhaps Amazon would be better suited to shop for what I need. Anyway, I went down the street and Hobby Lobby got my business!

Runs out of ink in January and was sold the wrong cartridges and not opened . Double check cause staples would not exchange and only wanted to give back small percentage of what the ink actually cost. Customer service at it’s finest. Not pleased
Jordan Meier: Wow! I honestly never thought that an experience at Staples could be any more than average, but Jasmine proved me wrong! I called with a question on a printer I was looking at and she not only answer my question but explained different things that could potential he help me as a prospective buyer. When I got to the store she greeted me personally and walked me step-by-step through everything I was looking for, as well as asking if there is anything else that she could help me with and guiding me to those appropriate sections. She explained other valuable things that I had no idea existed in order to maintain and get my moneys worth out of the products I bought. I don’t think I’ve interacted with anyone at a office supply store like Jasmine, and I greatly appreciate the staff at this location. They ran a phenomenal store, people were everywhere helping customers, and the at most respect and professionalism was shown. Thank you so much for renewing my face in this industry and I really look forward to shopping at this location again.
andrew Smokey: The sales staff lied about the chair they sold me , broke with in a month of light use. The insurance they sold me did not play out how the sales staff said it would. A 400lb rated Lock land chair should not have broke under light use in a month, I'm about 270 for reference. The chair was on sale so instead of replacing it the insurance is sending a check 10 days or more from now. I have to use a old horrible chair while waiting on the check so i can get something else. Which aggravates my back injuries from serving in OIF. I suggest working with costco or amazon as they are more pro consumer friendly, I tried a different store and got this drawn out and poorly communicated process! Now the waiting game 💢

Jasimine, who is this nice and bubbly asset to this store, literally opened several printers to make sure the one I would purchase could be installed without a cd reader. She found one for me, picked out my ink and I was able to get an important work project completed that evening. My company was in a bind, I called over 20 other print locations in the Indianapolis area trying to get multiple items printed quickly. Rich was the only one who helped. Anita Chaplin: I noticed when I went today that Michael's has % off prices on most stuff. That's great. Makes them more competitive with Hobby Lobby. I also joined their rewards club. They have a wide selection, and with $$ off it's a decent price. I always remembered them being high priced. Like the changes, think it's a positive direction.Update: 4/20/23 Michael's now has self checkout. Wasn't a cashier in sight, but you could ring a bell to get one. I did the self checkout. Took me a bit of reviewing to make sure I got the 20% off, which it did. I guess overall ok. Really, I like to do self checkout.
Sarah Rossier: If you want a peaceful and helpful craft shopping experience, make this your destination! The staff are helpful, easy to find, and well managed by the store manager. If they forget something, they will hold it for you. I was accidentally shorted an item, abs when I returned, it was bagged by the customer service associate with a note on it. I was beyond impressed! They have a great selection or seasonal and children’s items, and great books during the holiday season. If they do not have an item in stock, they will help you order it online or from another store location. Two thumbs up for this Michael’s!

Went to the hospital Because I was unable to put a shoe on my foot..and to make sure it was OK..and i called them to get some help with the bill..Talk to the upper management they did not care absolutely no compassion I got hurt at their store..no nothing they are horrible please don't get hurt they don't care.. The woman Raised her voice at me and she said I was to blame.. and than hung up on me.. I've never been treated anything like this in my life..
Consuelo Poland: This was my second time going to this location over the last several months to get some small postcards made up for my small business. The first time was great, the young man who waited on me was ABSOLUTELY terrific to work with.... very friendly, helpful and patient.I just went yesterday hoping to get some postcards done (the same postcards I had done previously) before this coming weekend and had a terrible experience with one of the women who was working during the evening. My boyfriend and I weren't greeted with any sort of kindness, and seemed to be very annoyed by us being there. She was rude the entire experience and didn't give me the print I wanted. I paid for a partial job which she claims I gave to her wrong, but in reality I gave the exact same file to the printer previously before. And even have it on file.. what a waste of money and a big disappointment. When I tried to figure out what my alternate options may be, she gave me one worded answers and clearly didn't care to work with me. I guess that was my last attempt to have them done at this Staples's store.

Kylee Rogers: I felt so bad having to call 3+ times asking about an order that we had placed wrong… Brenna just so happened to take majority of my calls and was so helpful walking me through step by step process and having our labels completed in such a timely manner. They look amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the printing team on 96th! (Sorry again for all of the calls Brenna, but you made this experience great!)

Jonathan Sanich: I've been coming here for years for printers, electronics etc.I just came here for a few boxes for e-commerce. Now I wish I hadn't. I go to check out and there's an older lady on register. I bring up to her the price of the boxes being $0.69 and she interrupts me mid-sentence stating that it's only when I buy 5. She was curt and harsh. Rather than offering to let me get more or even making me feel even remotely welcome in the store, I felt like a burden. Like my money didn't matter.Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon. When I go shopping I expect at least a neutral disposition. What I got was hostile and unwelcoming.

Jordan Bates: Over all this is a good store to go to when you need to pick up some office supplies. If you keep an eye on the sales papers you can usually find some great deals on supplies and the people who work there all have been very helpful and nice the times I have been there.
Kevin Monaghan: First and last time using Staples printing. We found a Groupon for Staples Holiday cards. The job time was very quick but the print quality was terrible. The photos were very blurry.
Molly Crocker: Called to inform them that I sent through a print job and would be there about ten minutes before closing staff was unhelpful and grumpy. I know I’m showing up close to close, but it was a self-serve project on a machine they they don’t have to service every night. I’ve been in the customer service industry for ten years. You don’t treat customers like that no matter how tired you are.
