Lindsay Baughman: I was disappointed in the selection of women’s dresses. Everything was too casual, and the selection of formal dresses was limited to one very small area. I was able to find something appropriate online instead.However, my real reason for this review is the experience my boyfriend and I had while suit shopping for an upcoming wedding. Chez in Men’s Suiting was absolutely amazing. The first suit he picked out for my boyfriend was the exact style he was looking for, and the fit was perfect. Chez even selected shoes that would go well with the suit, and was able to coordinate tailoring services with ease. Great pricing and turnaround time for the tailoring as well (approx 10 days). Chez made what could have been an overwhelming and frustrating experience easily the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Chez!!

Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

I was coming straight from work and was racing to make it there before they closed. I walked up right as they were getting ready to lock their door and the store manager so kindly offered to let me make my return anyways. While we were chatting she also helped me find another pair of amazing boots! And she also helped me re-order the shoes that had come in the wrong size. A few of the associates and I chatted well my transaction finished up, and everybody is so kind and helpful! Definitely will be back!

The sneakers they had for my order were a size too big even though the invoice showed the correct size! Of course by the time I got to the store, my actual shoe size was gone. So I had to look for another pair.

PC Campbell: I would give no stars if that were an option. I ordered a pair of shoes online and picked them up at the Clearwater location. When I picked them up, the box was torn and there was no wrapping on the shoes. The shoes also had a purple sale sticker on them. It looked as though they came from the sale rack…I took them back to the store and asked if I could have the sale price, since it was clearly a sale shoe (they gave me a shoe from the sale rack..), but the manager offered me $5.00 and said there wasn’t anything else she could do. She honestly didn’t even try. She didn’t apologize for my experience or anything. Melissa was the manager I spoke with. I’ve been shopping there for several years and have never run into anything like this before. The old manager was so much better in how she cared for the visitors. I will not be back and plan to call corporate. Don’t waste your money here!!

Elaine Watkins: After driving a ling distance to get there, after arriving, my daughter was standing at a rack reaching up to get shoes to look at and a female worker stands a few feet away from her as she looks as though she was shopping. The worker proceed to cross in front of my daughter and she's attempting to get shoes to look at and my daughter told the young lady that when cross in front of people while they're shopping you should say excuse me and the young lady (worker) told my daughter to shut up and never offer assistance. My daughter had to go get a worker to help her as my daughter is very short.Ask my daughter was approaching the register, I was standing nearby and my daughter began to show me the shoes that she had gotten and she started explaining what it happened. Meanwhile the young lady is standing there with the manager Nicholas and I'm sure was telling him about the situation as my daughter's back was turned to the female worker and the only female worker saw her standing with me and the female worker started rolling her eyes at me and that was my first time laying eyes on that female worker, so Nicholas came over and said may I help you and my daughter proceeded to tell him what happened and that the female worker never offered assistance and i interjected at the time and told him I said she's rolling her eyes at me and I didn't fully know what happed until just then. Nicholas began to try to make excuses and I asked him to not do that and asked him if he was the manager and who owned Rack Room Shoes and he told me that Rack Room did, so I told him that I would follow up with a complaint with rack room, because he went on to try to make excuses for why the female worker was so rude to tell my daughter to shut up never introducing herself as an employee and never offering to help.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes for my nephew online and they arrived at my house a bit dirty on the bottom and one of the light up shoes did not light up. I ordered a replacement for pick up in the store. I arrived to return the shoes that did not light up and the Manager looked at the shoes and I explained they arrived like that (bottoms a bit dirty and one not lighting up) and she said “I don’t believe that.” I am so offended that she stated I was lying. I will not shop here again because this Manager was so rude!I should mention the sales associates I engaged with were friendly.

Ferdinand Pages: I’d be careful shopping here. They list everything on “sale” but if you Google the shoe you’re looking for you’ll see you can get it cheaper at that brands website or another store. They listed a pair of shoes for 74.99 on sale for 69.99 but those EXACT shoes are 49.99 online. Just because you slap SALE or $5 off doesn’t mean it’s actually a good deal. Don’t get scammed by the sticker prices here
