Customer service was very good and I left happy. I have naturally thick brows and like the thickness but wanted to clean up around my natural shape. I let them grow out for several weeks so it did take longer than usual. Very pleased.

runaa m: Made an appointment for facial and hair treatment. Got served quickly. The facial service was excellent. Facial made my skin feel good, can't wait to go back. The hair treatment was a little less than expected. The steaming process was not as I would like it to be. However the smell of the oils were so good I went to work without washing my hair! I would go there for all their excellent service etc, the one thing I do hope is that colorism stops when getting any face treatment done. I was born with a darker skin. I am proud of my skin and enjoy the sun, but when it's used against me it can be disempowering. Im not saying this to hurt the great service but I do hope this review works as a teaching moment and hope that everyone is able to enjoy their wonderful services without feeling disempowered.

Bel: My first time at this location. I was really pleased with how my eyebrows looked. She did a better job than any other place I have been to. But I’m giving 4 stars for the only reason that she didn’t have a faceMask. I know Indy doesn’t have a requirement for face masks but I would assume that working with so many clients she would protect herself and protect us. And required a face mask to her clients as well. There was a girl sneezing without a mask 😷.

It was clean and professional. Mi-Mi was nice and confirmed all services before she started (Client Consolation) which I appreciated, instead of just starting services "Thinking " you know what I'm talking about. When I got there I had 3 people ahead of me. I got my eyebrows with thread and full lashes my total was $28.00. I also appreciate the fact that she use knotless, as some establishments are still using lashes with the knots. I only waited 10 minutes to start my services. So even with a little wait time I was out within 30mins Moving forward great place, I would highly recommend.

The lady Vermasha or whoever.. I know her name start with a “V”! Called me a LIAR!!! Told me to go ahead and pay and NEXT TIME I’ll get 1/2 Off and then I went in there today and was told that I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN HER SHOP & She doesn’t know who I am!!!!!! I can’t believe this happened to me and it showed me what they think about me and pretty much everyone! Basically calling me Liar and I’m trying to cheat them out of money (chump change) but I work hard for my money… HARD!! HARD!! I earn everything that comes my way through blood sweat and tears so to be told I’m lying and let’s back it up I’ve been going there since 2017 giving them the benefit of the doubt all the time even when my eyebrows or arch have been messed up plenty of times or just not to my liking but still going back spending my hard earned money only to be PLAYED like a fiddle today is beyond me! I’m done messing with this company I will never step a foot back in it and I told everyone I know Buyer Beware! Rebekah Cash: I have visited this establishment several times since last year. On more than one occasion one of my lashes were placed too far in the corner of my eye causing irritation. The last time this happened I took the lash off immediately. The very next day I went back and asked could someone else replace my lashes, only on that eye. I was told I would have to pay 1/2 price which didn’t add up. I paid $10 and will never get my lashes or brows done here again. I’m not sure if the techs are properly trained.
seasons: Service is normally good and I usually like my eyebrows. HOWEVER the last time I was in there the woman the was doing my eyebrows took three times as long to do my eyebrows because she was ARGUING with the other eyebrow lady and after she was done she didn't say thank you for my tip and then later I realized she messed my eyebrows up. I'm probably never going back

Rose: Have been going here for at least two years to the same person, Janet. I never arch my brow. Two visits ago I let Nancy do my brows for the first time and they were the most beautiful they’ve ever been. Nancy wasn’t there today and went back to Janet who normally does my brows. Half my brow is gone and they’re arched. Very disappointed that I have to grow my brows out…again. Especially after emphasizing I barely wanted a clean up.
Sara Bieneman: Just left, I arrived here at 2:20 to see a sign seeing be back in 10 waited 25min and called. No one answered.

Let me tell you RUBY did an amazing job. She walked me thru the entire process. She showed me the precautions that she was taking to make sure I was safe. She did my Brazilian and armpits in 10mins. There’s not a string of hair left behind. I’m officially hooked! It was minimal to no pain. I had no itching or irritation afterwards.If you want your brows and lashes slayed and a awesome Brazilian and armpit wax. This is the place to go. I promise you will be satisfied!

B. M.: I come to this location to get my eyebrows arched. Janet and Ruby do a really good job on my eyebrows. I’ve also gotten a Brazillian Wax before almost a month ago by Ruby. She did a really good job, but here is the kicker… the wax did not hurt nearly as bad as all the waxes I’ve ever gotten. I was so shocked 😮. It was also pretty quick and took about 15 to 20 min tops. Love this place ❤️.

I went to Unique Ibrow on 5/8/21 as I have been growing my eyebrows out for a while and needed them cleaned up and a little shaped. When I walked into the shop it was clean and very comfortable. I did not catch the ladies name that did my eyebrows. I told her exactly what I wanted done to my eyebrows and she did exactly what I wanted. This will for sure be my go to place when needing my eyebrows done. I was very satisfied with my experience and services. Thank you

Bianca Vann: I went in there to get a lip waxed and while getting this service done the lady put the stick in the wax and then put the wax on my lip and then put the SAME stick back in the wax. She then explained to me after I tell her that’s a health code violation that her boss doesn’t want her to use too many of the sticks because they coast too much. She then proceeded to put the stick back in the wax. Very unsanitary practices.

Chrissy Star: Didn't do a good job burned my face in two spots Didn't let me know it @ all. The next day I noticed it I told the lady my face was feeling funny from whatever she added after she waxed me. That was her chance to tell me about the burn. I have no reason to lie about this it's was one hour before the store closed on June 26,2021.I don't know her name or I would have added it here as well. My face the day before and after service. No burn before I went after one over my lip and on the side. Like I said bad service pictures say 1000 words I'm done use @ your own risk! Still working on Clearing up the scars.
