Daddy Daddy'O: This is the worst credit union in the country. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service! They took advantage of my elderly father that's worked over 40 years at General Electric. He had a live in nurse steal his money out of his account. I personally paid $1000 on his car payments. He was one payment behind. Keep in mind he has excellent credit, never missed a payment in his life. They had the car repossessed. I had told them, I would personally make the payments. They took the car... I had to pay the car off. They would NOT work with him. A police report was made over the nurse stealing his money. It didn't matter to them. He owned a $40,000 Cadillac XTS, the pay off was $7,500. Of course they wanted to steal the car from my 75 year old father. This bank is not any better than the nurse that was stealing his money. Beware!

Additionally, Valerie travels these same destinations and knows what she is talking about. She learns your tastes and will be able to steer you clear of things she knows you won’t like. She will get you the best bang for your buck, where you may mistakenly book a substandard property…or even cruise ship…if you do it yourself.Some ask…does it cost more? The answer is NO…if anything you’ll get a better deal with her knowing the perks and discounts available and doing ALL that research for you!I definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND Valerie!

However, I decided to give Valerie a chance when an amazing opportunity on an Alaskan cruise came up pre-pandemic. Fast forward to the pandemic, I will continue use a travel agent to book a cruise. With policies ever changing, it’s reassuring to know that someone is looking out for you. I always had up to date information on any changes from requirements to schedule changes and additional add ons. Even when rates changed, Valerie was able to get the updated rate. I have several trips booked and I look forward to booking more.

Jonathan Anthony: Worst TSA I have ever dealt with. I travel for work all the time so I paid almost $100 for TSA precheck to avoid having to take off my belt and shoes. (I travel wearing my work boots so i dont have to pack them) That did mean a darn thing to South Bend TSA. I had to strip off my boots and belt and watch to get thru their TSA. I told the agent "sir I travel all over the country and have NEVER had to do this with my TSA precheck". He just arrogantly said "doesn't matter, take them off or you aren't getting thru". I will avoid this airport for travel from now on.

Pablo Pinedo: People from American Airlines counter are highly incompetent. We paid for unaccompanied child service in advance, but they didn’t recognize the payment and charged my teenage son again. Then they didn’t tag the bag direct to the final destination. Finally, the flight departure late and arrived one hour late. Because of that and because he had to find his suitcase, he lost the connection and he had to spend the night and the next day by himself at the Dallas airport waiting for the same flight. Thank you American Airlines! You won the price for the worst service.

THEY WAITED TILL JUST SHY OF 6 TO TELL US OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED DUE TO NO FLIGHT CREW. THEY KNEW THE NIGHT BEFORE! THEN THE DESK GIRL SAID SHE WAS NEW TO REBOOKING AND HANDED OUT CARDS FOR US TO CALL AN 800 NUMBER. THEY COULDNT REBBOK OUR 1ST CLASS(MY FIRST TIME FLYING 1ST) AND HAD US TRYING TO FIND A DIFFERENT FLIGHT FROM A DIFFERENT CITY. WE ARE LOSING OUT ON OUR SUITE AT THE RESORT($3000 A NIGHT) AND EXPECT US TO PAY FOR A ROOM IN ANOTHER CITY! NOT ACCEPTABLE! SHAME ON YOU #AMERICANAIRLINES #FAIL #DREAMDESTROYER

Lisa Creager: I personally would not recommend Herpree to anyone she did a terrible job planning our vacation .... first off she spelled my friends name wrong I'm thankful I realized it cause everything has to match then we get to O'Hara to find out we don't have the right passport we were headed to St Lucia had no idea the passport we had was the wrong one she never asked to see our passport that's why we hired a travel agent cause we don't travel much she failed in many ways so beware ppl.

Our first stop was a different travel agency and they were unable to book what he wanted. Not to mention, they made it sound unsafe for him to travel alone.So we went to Edgerton Travel and spoke to Jessica. OMG! She was planning on traveling to Japan the week before my son was. She was quick to put my mind at ease. She booked a non-stop flight from Chicago to Japan and back home and used a tour company with whom my son could contact if the need arose. She made sure he was booked in hotels with good ratings and included train passes for his travel around Japan.My son made some changes to the proposed travel itinerary and she was happy to oblige. When she was allfinished, she presented him with a beautiful itinerary which had hotel information, tourist attractions and how to get to each area. She was even kind enough to give me a copy as well.I have to mention the 1st full day my son was in Japan, staying in Tokyo, a level 3 typhoon hit. He was fine, but it worried me.During my son’s last few days, he wanted to stay a little longer in one area than was planned. Jessica helped him make the changes to his hotel stays. Upon his flight back, Jessica even sent me a personal message to let me know that his flight was coming in on time.What travel agent does all this? Judy King: Our trip through the West was so stress free thanks to the the hard work of Jessica C. We took three grown grandchildren on a eight day trip to visit the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone, and several other places. Jessica planned the trip....including how long to get to each place, how much gas, reserved places to stay, and the cost for each of us for the trip! Jessica made it totally stress free! Definitely will use her for our next trip!Also while out of the country with a group, I lost all my credit cards and driver's license. I called her, and she took care of notifying the companies of the lost cards, and I continued my trip knowing she had thing under control for me.
