Sarah Keufh: Manager was rude. Wouldn’t sell me any fish because I didn’t bring my tank water in to be tested. ( it has been cycling for weeks). They say it is their policy since it’s a live animal, they cannot sell them to me. Even though a couple of gentlemen standing in line in front me did not get asked any of the same questions & they proceeded to get their requested fish with no problems.If they’re so concerned about their live animals then why sell Betta fish in a cup on a shelf? they never ask about water conditions for them whenever I’ve purchased them? I understand it’s their policy, but they should enforce with all customers.

Jennifer Arevalo: Okay so I went specifically for my two dogs, a Yorkie and Chihuahas, grooming appointment.However the grooming department is located all the way in the back of the store, on our way there my Chihuahua Toby had to mark his way through the store and even pooped. Their staff was so kind and helpful in picking up their waste.I then saw they have waste stations at their location in case your pet has an accident.Their grooming services ans prices are great. I loved the experience overall.It's just expensive to shop there, but that's alright.

Or maybe it because I was in my day off clothes (sweat pants & tshirt)? That shouldn't matter though. Money works the same no matter who is carrying it... idk the reason, I left without talking to anyone and went elsewhere anyway.3 stars because the animals looked healthy and alert and the store was nice and clean.

Erin Simpson: The place smells terribly and the animals are all kept in too small of cages and with minimal staff. Please, please go somewhere else to buy your new family member and please advocate for this place to get shut down.

Rhiannan Gonser: Didn't go buy a puppy more or less looking to see what kind they have. walk in with my boyfriend I see each puppy through the glass look so sad and crammed up doesn't look too comfortable for them. Some look miserable why some have their tails wagging a mile a minute . I really hope people who work here actually take each puppy out to play for at least a few minutes if they don't get a home. The workers that were there two wemon we're working there today didn't seem too enthusiastic about being there and when my boyfriend asked her a question she seemed not so interested in answering it to be helpful wish I knew the girls name. If you're going to work with animals at least try to be semi interested into helping people out with information. Better to adopt then shop as sad as it is to walk in a place like that and want to take every puppy you see home you just can't too high priced!

Bubbles: Please do not support this business. They sell puppies from puppy mills and hold them in tiny spaces with a grate at the bottom. The only time I have seen them out has been when customers request to see them, then they're placed back in the little cages. Please adopt and don't shop. If that doesn't convince you, the outrageous prices will. Over $1000 for one puppy. Please support your local shelters instead.
