kelly gates: My parents both live here. The staff is kind, professional and helpful. I appreciate that during the pandemic they have been diligent in containing outbreaks and honest about the unfortunate happenings. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Mom doesn't complain too much about the food. Dad loves it. Although they are no longer married the staff has made our unique situation work! Dementia/memory care are difficult path to travel but I feel that Morningview does a great job. Thank you!
Ken Lindow: We have our grandma in Morningview and she has been very happy. The staff is friendly and warm, from the front desk, throughout the building. The activities schedule is full and the resident artwork decorates the walls. They paint, craft, and create, listen to music, play games, play trivia and have ice cream socials. I know all of this because grandma has been a part of the Morningview ALF family for nearly 3 years. The facility has a clean, industrial-chic look. Many rooms are newly renovated. We are glad Grandma has had a pleasant environment in which to spend her golden years.

David Shirk: This is scathing but accurate review. At the top, administrator is narcissistic, petty, racist snowflake. President is the same. Food is the lowest quality not prepared properly. Staff is rude and incompetent, except for one. An Angel. Good luck with getting your own meds. Equipment is broken down, grounds unkept with countless excuses. Look elsewhere unless you want to hear whining about state and the attorney general coming. And can't forget the bedbugs.
Ashley Weidman: One of the girls who works there was beyond rude. I walked right up to the front desk because I was delivering a grocery order. I asked her how to get to the second level. Her response, “you go to the elevator & press 2…” I asked her where the elevator was because I had never been there before and she said “well why don’t you look behind you”. I have no idea why she was so rude, but it was awful and so uncalled for.
Lorraine Rattazzi: I was very excited to be going to Woodridge and was led to believe it was just what I was looking for💁🏼I must say, there were good and bad but overall I was very unfulfilled especially when I actually only needed basic help and follow through regarding getting physical therapy and referrals to dr that could help with pain and surgery needed on my hipI was there a little over a month and felt more anxiety and depression than I had in years bc Nothing was completed with regards to what was expected or promised!Ii found them to be very unorganized and although I liked the dr I met2 time there. She was extremely inconsistent with showing up and the follow through on everything was very dismalMost residents there just seem content with ? Patricia Erlacher: I've lived at Wood Ridge for 2 years and have found the staff to be genuinely very willing to be of help for any needs we may have. Always willing to listen. In my opinion the food is extremely good! Come tour and see for yourself!
Walda Simmons: Wood Ridge took me in when I had nowhere else to go. The staff always helps me with things, like finance and insurance things I can't handle on my own. There is always a quick turnaround when I put in a maintenance request in the book which is nice. I like to sit out on the back deck, it is so pretty. I'm sad when good staff members leave sometimes because I miss them. I like that they are pet friendly because I can have my cat with me.
Matthew Glencoe: Great team who really cares and some really sweet residents make it a great community.
JD H: Charley (resident) has sharp dance moves and shares a fist bump with children visiting, whipping a dollar out of his clip and smiling infectiously.The staff is top-notch.

Lisa Lindholm: I cannot put into words, but I will try, to express how different Wedgewood has been than our first attempt at a “Nursing Home”, which didn’t work out so well This isn’t a nursing home at all, but a very loving home environment with a fantastic resident to caregiver ratio. These people have nothing but love and patience with my father-in-law. I see how they love and take care of for the other residents as well. They are genuinely caring about all of them. They work very hard and they’re always very good at communicating with us about my father-in-law. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We love everyone there. The best!!
Sade Magwaza: I have never experienced such a warm and inviting staff, they truly do take care of their clients in a safe and welcoming environment.

Brandie Mejer: If they decide to transfer your family, it is made weeks in advance and family is barely given a 48 hour notice. Family member was sent to a terrible facility almost an hour away from where all of us live. For profit health care is disgusting, but that's the American way I suppose
Jill Cress: Very disappointing experience with my grandma. It was very hard to reach anyone by phone and they were very bad about returning messages. Had previous experiences that were great but not anymore. If you are needing rehab highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I am so pleased with everything, from her care to the food to everyone that is helping her on her road to recovery. Everyone is so nice and helpful. She loves her room and all the people. I don't think I would want my mother anywhere else. The grounds are beautiful. She loves seeing the ducks come up to her window. I just want to thank everyone for your kindness and care you are giving my mom

Carol Hillman: Apparently, the only way a Wellbrooke can get a good review is from their employee Said! This is the 2nd one I looked at and most of the "fives" are from employees. Not a place to take your family members.
Annette Stewart: The staff is great with their residents, they are caring and very friendly. They make the residents feel special. The food is good as well.
Brooke Hummer: A family member was there about a year ago. Due to the lack of wound care among other things she got an infection. After bringing this to their attention by my sister who is a nurse they did nothing about it. My sister ended up calling for an ambulance and she was taken to the hospital where she stayed for several weeks. Would not recommend if your loved one is recovering from a surgery or has an open wound.
Caley Nixon: Wellbrooke of South Bend is a great place to work. I have been in the health care industry since college and this has been one of the best career moves for me and my family. I get to hear numerous stories from residents, family members, and visitors about how our services, employees, and campus go above and beyond expectations. I look forward to many more years of serving the community and residents at this campus.
Emily Nieboer: I have worked for Wellbrooke since 2 weeks after we opened... this is one of the best places to work because I get to hear lots of stories from the residents.

ANDREA NICHOLS: I was invited many months ago, to go to Wellbrooke, for a luncheon and a speaker. IU took a friend with me, and we had a great time- I met several women that were interested in the same things I was and my friend and I had a great afternoon.As soon as I am recovered from my recent surgery, I hope to revisit Wellbrooke and get some good information from their speakers and to meet again with the people I met so long ago-The staff is great, considerate and caring- I recommend Wellbrooke highly.
Angaleana Smith: Wellbrooke has been a wonderful place to work at. Trilogy goes above and beyond for both residents & employees. I have never experienced a company that feels less like a company and more like a family.

Tim Duke: My mother passed after almost 2 months there. I would recommend this place and this care giver to anyone. She had the most wonderful care. We showed up at all different times and days and was always helping. My Mom loved George and always spoke highly of him.
David Ball: I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had here with my Dad. George and Sarah are compassionate care givers. My Dad has always been a good judge of character and he loved how George cared for him. If you are considering care for a loved one this could be a great option.

My elderly parents needed different levels of care and were both cognitive to know they did not want a standard institutional nursing home. James Gronk: I've seen them all and this is one of the nicest, the staff is fantastic checking on Mom three times daily and the maintenance is spotless. I highly recommend this place for all your caring needs.
Carol Hillman: My mother spent time in the rehab/nursing home side and later in their assisted living. I cannot say enough good things about their facility and employees. They go above and beyond.
Bonnie Daker: Very beautiful facility and my friend who lives there is quite happy and content. I wish my mother would have had such a wonderful place to live her final days!
Karen Vincent: This place should get in trouble with Medicare as they pick and chose who they accept for rehab. My mom was turned away because they said they don’t think she would be a good fit for their facility. My mom lives in a beautiful house in a community close by their facility so being close to her home was important to her. I just think it’s a shame and this type of pick and choosing doesn’t happen where I live in Florida. If a doctor writes a order for rehab with physical therapy and a bed is available in a facility it should be their right to go where they want as a patient and a customer. I would never recommend this facility.
