young Ramen: I needed two doors replaced, they wanted 800 minimum if I got the doors and didn’t care if they matched . Autumn Lehman: I needed a repair done after a work related incident and had some damage to my passenger door. I inquired online for an estimate and waited a few days for a response. I ended up calling the shop directly and within minutes I had the owner emailing me to apologize for taking a few days to reply. After sending some images and a description of the damage, Dan was able to get me an invoice quote for the work. I was able to get my car worked on as soon as the following week. The staff in the office were polite and very accommodating when I dropped off the car. I got updates sent to my phone via text message. When I picked up my car, I was shocked at how well the repair was done and it looked brand new. The pricing seems fair and the car was even cleaned inside and out. Cody and Sam are great. Very knowledgeable and courteous. They always have smiles on their faces. I love going there on Fridays especially. One of them seems to always make a delicious treat for the customers and venders. The guys in the back are top notch. Best in town. Heck maybe even the Midwest. Kiera Johns: I had a nightmare situation. My car got keyed and the insurance company would not do an in person estimate, so it kept coming back low. The team a One Stop were great to work with. They kept on insurance and kept me updated every step of the way. Since I had to wait about 3 months for my car to be repaired, they went above and beyond. My car looks brand new! Shiny paint, clean rims, no dents, no rust, clean headlights, a new rear window (yeah they even keyed my window). The interior was clean and smelled nice as well. Michael Winterrowd: Called Tom to get a quote on installing a pair of speakers in the front doors of my 2013 F-150. Tom quoted a price and had me scheduled for Monday. Dropped the truck off and it was done in just over an hour. Had the speakers installed and they even diagnosed the issue with the rear driver door speaker. Keith: I had two cars done there the first car I had the windows done I was told there was a lifetime guarantee after about a year one of the windows started to peal I called explaining my problem and never got a return call .I also had a 2nd car done windows and paint correction the paint correction was not up to par for the price but the worst part was the cashier said he needed a $100.00 deposit and he could it in 3 days he then charged my card the full price of $500.00 the work was fair not good I won't go back .Services:Auto detailing,Window tinting

They were incredibly helpful and did a fantastic job but they also did great with customer service and driving me home and picking me up when the repair work was done. Customer service was excellent and I can’t say enough nice things about their quality of service.

Marijke Stewart: I had a minor accident that involved denting my lift gate and shattered by back window. They were very professional and reassured me that they would get my car fixed and looking like it never happened. Took a little longer than I liked, but the results are amazing! I can’t tell where I was hit and my back window looks brand new. They even vacuumed out my whole car in case of stray glass shards.
George Carlin: The Carlins know the Hurleys from our neighborhood. When a deer attacked our new Chevy Redline Traverse we decided to give Basney Collision Center a call because Chad Hurley is a leader there. We are glad we did! Heidi was our point person. She is delightful! Confident, reassuring, and very proactive with her communication throughout the repair. When I asked her if they where pros at repairing Chevys she did not hesitate with an enthusiastic "YES!" When we went to pick up our vehicle it looked like new! When I thanked the body shop guys for their work they responded with words you rarely hear, "Thanks, we love what we do!"
Nate: I have had two accidents in two months!I went with Basney Collision Center both times....very professional...their manager even took it out for a test drive to make sure it was running perfectly. They stayed late on a Friday so I could have my car for the weekend.I hope its along time before i have another accident but I will use Basney Collision Center again if I do.

It took a week to get an estimate and I have yet to hear back from these jokers.Mismanaged. Terrible service. I went to Gurley Leep instead, they told me to bring it in tomorrow and I'll be on my way with a rental.My biggest issue is the rest of Basney is wonderful. Bill and Juan have no customer service skills.

Dennis the shop manager was very knowledgeable, and very helpful when it came to what needed to be done. I have been to many other body shops in the area, and can honestly say that this is one of the best places to bring your car. From start to finish the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Thank you to the staff at the Basney Collision Center for a great job!
Ric Jem: Service at the body shop is a joke for the standard expected from an auto dealership, talkless of one associated with the BMW brand. My advice to any reader needing their service, is to drive to a nearby town and seek out a proper service instead.

Ed Borek: After taking my car there for accident repair my trunk lid doesn’t open right. Panel alignment is off. But worst of all my rim was cracked. They didn’t catch it, even after I told them there was a problem. They said they balanced it. IT WAS CRACKED! Now I have to fight with my insurance company to try to get a new rim. Never buy another or take my car there again. Disappointed.

Chris Dresbach: Did a crappy job and never did fully repair our Honda. They also said they would order us a new spare tire cover and just never did.
Dustin Lehman: Gurley Leep came in at $600 over a quote I got from another service center. When I received the quote around noon, I immediately responded back to decline all service work because they were much more expensive than my other quote. My truck was supposed to be ready to be picked up by 5:00 that night since no work was to be done. When I came in at 5:00 to get my truck, my truck was sitting on the lift torn apart yet and the mechanic had gone home for the night.... very convenient. When I asked to talk to a manager they had already gone home for the night as well. The next day when I called, I left multiple voicemail's and the manager finally got back to me mid-afternoon. The whole situation was very unprofessional and I didn't even get a "Im sorry for the inconvenience, Sir." The icing on the cake was that I still was charged $112.00 just for them to look at my truck and give me the ridiculous quote. I will never recommend this place for their service and I hope they change the way they treat customers in the future.
