Dyneka Tompkins: I Bought a battery jump from them the day before car quit working on me had to get my car towed and misplaced my receipt was told that there was nothing they can do. Equipment was never used boxes still open mind you it hasn’t even been a whole 24 hours. There should be a way they could look it up especially if I paid with a card. They need to get up to date with they services.

I called and asked for help with a screwdriver after I arrived so I could remove a fan relay and the guy who answered the phone disrespected me in a way I've never experienced before. He told me that he couldnt help me because they are not a garage, which I understood. However, I asked if they loan tools, which they do, but then very rudely asked me I I couldn't AFFORD a screwdriver. As a customer I've never been treated this way.

He tested my old battery and told me it was from 2006–not the new battery I paid for at a repair shop last fall! He was so helpful and kind, and the battery price was amazing! As a women it’s so appreciated to be helped by someone who truly wants to help and not take advantage of a female, as often has been my experience. I came into Auto Zone needing break fluid for my car. I and my baby boy were immediately greeted by Larry along with him asking if I needed assistance. I told Larry what I needed and he physically walked me to the break fluid. He had some friendly interaction with my son and gave him a lollipop. 😊 He came to my car and gave me step by step instructions on how to properly put the fluid in myself. I understood exactly what He was instructing and felt so comfortable with his continued help. He was so kind and and extremely helpful. Thank you Larry‼

Jerry Roberts: Waited 5 Minto be acknowledged, asked the gentleman to check the battery in my car he hooked a machine up to it and said bring it in when you're done . I came back un he was no where to be found he handed me a sheet said you have an ABS problem. Take it to a shop.

Kyle “igot80hd” Mitchell: The older lady seemed too busy to help. I asked for map gas and was met with a snobby attitude to go look down isle 1. I didnt find it so went back to ask to look the part number up and again met with “if you dont see it we dont have it” very rudely and in a raised voice. I work for one of their commercial accounts so I’ll be sure to spread the word how bad the service was.
Amanda Robledo: They were extremely helpful, checked my car for like 5 things, just bought a vehicle and it shut down on the 1st day, 10 hour road trip! They found a shop for me to get everything done and really saved the day!My husband and I were very stressed out and these guys were incredible! Helped us turn a stressful situation into something we could easily overcome and have fun in the meantime running around town.

Donna Turner: As a single mom there's just a lot of things that I don't know how to do under the hood of a car, and they have stopped offering a lot of their curb-side services like replacing a headlight, which has been disappointing, so I go across the street to their competition now. O'Reileys will still come out to your car and help you with replacing things.

Liz Zahm: Very poor customer service. My husband went in to buy an oil filter and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged him or asked what he needed. Finally ignored him although they waited on customers who cane in after him. Eventually walked out and made his purchase elsewhere. Won't go back.
Pandora Love: Mr. Jagger went above and beyond to help me get my warrantied calipers replaced when other Advanced Autoparts locations didn't have the knowledge or skills to do so. Excellent customer service!
