Skipper Brown: They are a first come, first served location, so check in as soon as possible when they are open. Only one guy was unloading, and he was having to do other tasks, while unloading. Still, out pretty quick! Friendly guy, had no issues with the load.

saintzfan1: This place is right off Indiana 23 immediately south of the jail and cop shop. Just like all the other beverage places, once the local guys roll out they start unloading inbound trucks. There is no fence so you can park here but it is a small lot.The entrance driveway is off Sample street, not Chapin.Very easy place and quick.
Eppy's chop shop: I worked here 2 years ago. While I worked there my taxes were not being taken out properly as well as not receiving my proper pay raises via the union contract. I spent my last few month fighting with the company with the union. Its wasnt until MY VERY LAST CHECK that I received proper pay and was fianlly compensated my back pa . Thw tax issue was NEVER resolved and I'm very much NOT the only one to have had this issue. 2 years later and I'm STILL fighting and paying back the IRS. just today received a letter threatening to take our home. AGAIN IM NOT THE FIRST TO GO THOUGH THIS WITH THEM! Again this problem was REPEATEDLY brought to the OWENRS attention and NOTHING was was ok me about it. 2 years of manual labor in the hot and snow to end up in this situation......
M S: If you deliver to this place get extra coffee and food...it takes hours to be unloaded....this people don't give a sh....t4 trucks in line only one forklift...may take 6 hours if you're last in line....have fun drivers....

Scott Berry: Opened a Pub in South Bend near Notre Dame Stadium and couldn't have done it without the partnership of United Beverage! Specifically Chad Ditmer, and Jeff Youts. These two have gone out of their way to help get us up and running. Jeff has been like having another person on the team and Chad has gone above and beyond for us and has become a friend to the staff as well.There's a reason United Beverage keeps their people for so many years, they treat them right and empower them to do whatever it takes to help a business.These people are all true professionals wt what they do.

holly davis: We went from nelson beverage to united beverage and it has been nothing but problems! Our sales rep seemed nice at first but has become a royal pain. She will not even go in our cooler at times to get an inventory of products to put in her laptop. Most times we have to put together our own order! Plus since the transition we have not received products that we ordered, unlike nelson beverage!! Another thing is timing. Our sales rep and driver are never here at the same approx time, each week is different. We always knew when Nelson would show up, by them being punctual. I hope things turn around because our summer months are busier than hell!

Joe Kopacz: I was not familiar with this particular beverage and snack store chain prior to my visit to this particular location. Indeed, the main reason we visited this location was proximity to our hotel in South Bend and a desire for Yuengling, a beer not available at home in Iowa.There was ample available parking when we arrived (not a busy time, it would seem, at about 9pm on a Saturday). The stoor interior was clean and well organized. We were able to quickly locate 12 packs of the beer in the refrigerated cases and check out soon after.Nothing really more to say about this location. They had some of the typical holiday liquor promotions on display, including several buckets of Fireball liquor gift things. I don't personally like Fireball and in fact it pretty gross, but certainly wouldn't hold that against Belmont Beverages (I do hold this general feeling against Fireball against the rest of the population of the Midwest, however).I'm sure this location well serves the South Bend area in their alcoholic beverage needs. Thanks for having Yuengling, and thanks for being convenient.

vickie windmon: I went out to the Saint Joseph location the Receptionist there was so friendly I just love her customer service I ordered water which was to be delivered on that Friday two Friday’s have went by and I am still waiting on my five bottles of water I called and the receptionist answered and said the truck broke down the first Friday, they should be to my house by that Tuesday still waiting on my water. Maybe the driver did not want to come in my area because it’s predominantly black. I stay in Benton Harbor thanks Hanson for not delivering my water. The money over on this side of the bridge spend too.

David Fox: My office loves the coffee and water we get from Hanson each month. I appreciate that our delivery driver always shows up on time and someone from the company calls me before every delivery to see if we need any changes made to our order. Our tap water does not taste very good so being able to have great tasting water anytime we want has been a plus.Their numerous coffee flavors allow my employees to order exactly what they like each month. Which keeps them from drinking my favorites!Just very impressed with the quality and service from Hanson's.

Paul Markiewicz: I was in the store for the first on 4/1/23. I thought the ambiance was unique for a liquor store. The store was bright and stocked. Nice selection of whiskey that I did not purchase at this time. My main reason for the visit was to purchase some raft beers. I’m not a big fan of the IPAs or lagers, my preference is Stouts and Porters. Walking into the beer cooler I was taken back on the amount of different craft beers, I was like a kid in a candy store. I would however like to point out a couple things. The lighting was not good. Very few lights and they were over the shelving unit in the middle of the room. This made it difficult to read the cans and bottles. I had to use my light on my cellphone so I could read the bottles and cans. Maybe add some more lights. The other is like I mentioned earlier my preference of beer is it as widely popular so it is a more limited selection. But with such a large selection of beer styles it was difficult to find what I liked. I would suggest making a separate area to display the Porters and Stouts and the like so it would be a more enjoyable experience. I have been in the retail industry for over 30 years, and this is just what I saw. Will I return? Yes
