Jeremiah Chism: I am not a drinker for my own reasons. Although I understand alcohol, I don't really know anything about it. I needed a decent budget bottle of wine for a co-worker who is retiring. As fas as I could tell I was one of two customers in the store. There were 3 employees.None of them knew anything about the wine. One lady was kind if helpful. "A lot of people buy this." Or "this is a good seller."I go back out to the car and Google a few things. Come back in with a list of 3 wines. Find new employee. She's fantastic. Helpful. Friendly. "I'm learning the wines" she says. She helps me find something and I'm out the door.I probably won't be back but based on some of the other reviews and their replies to them they probably don't care. Best of luck.

Trap Squad: Besides the older guy in the cooler making passes at my wife, the prices are affordable. The tall dark skin man was extremely helpful and looked up the drinks we were looking for and found them. Very professional young man! The older man is a creep so watch out for him.

Savannah D: I had a terrible experience here on Friday 01-OCT-2021. I went into the store and waited to get tequila behind the counter. When one of the staff members came over and asked what I wanted, I said I wasn’t sure and mid sentence he walked away from me. When he came back, I asked what he recommended. My question was met with hostility and anger. The staff member said “I ain’t telling you what to drink.”I said, “okay, well can someone else help me?” and he said “no, no one here will help you.” I then said “how do you make new sales then and get people to try new things?” He said “I drink what I drink” then pointed to the door and said “go to a store where they’ll tell you what to drink. I’m not telling people what to drink”. He then made the shoo gesture. He did this in front of several staff and guests. Im not sure if he thought I was a minor, he was having a bad day, or he was just generally rude, but no one deserves to be treated that way. As for this employee, I strongly encourage that he pursue a new career path because i believe that people who enjoy liquor and sales would be more than happy to discuss it and make recommendations. I left the store in tears and went to Belmont Beverages down the road (probably an interesting sight to see a girl enter a liquor store in tears) and they were incredibly helpful and kind.

The sad part was I asked the clerk whose name is Lucy about a drink, and the guy who I presume was a worker (But he claimed it was his store) But my husband knows the owner Vanay.. Well this worker called Lucy hard headed and told her she hasn't learned anything since she has been at the store. Telling her this is his store. Lucy started to cry and said I want to go home!I felt so bad for her! She was trying to help me. But guy states when a customer ask her questions, she needs to ask him. I was so out done. Because he called her hard headed. Humiliating her in front of customers. Give people authority and this is what they do. Humiliate Others! Sad
