Daniel K: They won't go in your attic if the hole isn't really super wide. Anything could be going on up there and I wouldn't even know now. 75% of the reason i called was I was worried about if rain was coming in the attic. But the guy was already at my house I didn't feel like I was allowed to cancel. I tried to give him a 20$ tip to please inspect the attic but he didn't want to climb up there. Granted it was an awkward area and if you're not in good shape you probably couldn't make it up there. Still gave him the 20$ tip because I'm not cheap, I just wish they could have at least offered like a discount as a discount because he could tell how disappointed I was and also so that I could try to find someone else who would maybe charge a small fee to inspect the attic.

Sarah Jaffri: We started working with Brian in June 2019 when he inspected a townhouse that we were considered buying. He was incredibly thorough, provided a detail inspection report and answered many questions we had after receiving report. We ended up not buying the town house because of the many problems Brian pointed out within the house itself and what the down side of owning a joint property (i.e. sharing a wall). He also inspected our current house. His reports are very detailed and point out things that should be immediately fixed or things that can fixed over time. They also encompass things such as the age of roof, mechanicals, and point out missing tuck pointing etc. The report also includes maintenance on items such as the furnace, water heater, A/C etc.We definitely value Brian's work and opinion on the inspection of our home and could not have bought our home without his thorough and detailed inspection.
