james lee: Had scheduled appointment days in advance and after being 45min late they call a say SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK WE CAN'T HELP YOU TODAY AND WE DON'T KNOW WHEN WE CAN. So an hour after I posted this review they followed up with a response. They have my number but won't call and won't fix the problem. LIARS.

I had been without my hot water heater for a week and just started a new job, so it was difficult to get time off work for this. He responded quickly and worked with me and offered to come out on a Sunday eve, my day off. They had my old water heater and new one in and installed in just under an hour. Eric Bauernfeind: Had a toilet that the bolt just kept spinning on and was mounted through my tile on the floor… to big of a job to do my self and that’s when I called MAC Services… got on there schedule, and when it came time for my appointment Thomas showed up and got right to work. In less then an hours tome Thomas was able to fix my toilet and set a new wax ring, and also let me know that the tank bolts needed to be replaced . He offered to replace them for a minimal fee. When you need a Job done right I would recommend MAC services.Service:Toilet repair
