Crystal Westcott: I love this bank. I've been here for years. The way I have been treated here has been phenomenal. I'd find it hard to bank anywhere else. Plus the manager is a sweetheart! And the staff have always treated me kindly.

With all the other banking options out there we've stayed because it's a great place, with good rates and great staff.Their branches are conveniently located. The staff is friendly and attentive to needs. The mobile app allows easy access to account information and funds transfer. I would recommend them to anyone .
AJ CALABRESI: Last year I brought a 2017 Toyota Corolla and my interest rate was 10% with Wells Fargo bc of me rebuilding my credit. I just traded that car in for an SUV and Community Wide FCU gave me a lower interest rate. I work hard and appreciate them financing my 2020 Kia Sportage S. I live in Indiana, so it's nice to have a lender in Indiana.Thank you Community Wide FCU for helping me get into a vehicle that is safe and my favorite color 😀 not to mention the panoramic sunroof and heated seats.

Dominique Springs: This is an awful place that hires awful people. Yolonda and her team in the collections department are terrible. I asked to be transferred multiple times and no one will help me understand my loan. Yolonda was so concerned about an address. I hate this place so much. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Cody Diment: Going to be closing my account here very soon. Been with this bank just a little over 6 years. I’ve had direct deposit with them for all of that time so you see a steady paycheck coming in every week. About 3 years ago I applied for a loan to purchase a vehicle. I had to call several times to get anywhere on it and ended up denied. I understood my credit wasn’t great but was willing to accept a larger interest rate due to so but they didn’t offer anything. Fast forward to present day and I tried again for a small 4,000$ loan that I have more than enough ability to pay for. Been working on my credit and got it into the strong 600s pretty proud of it so I thought they denied it once again. I’m going to do business with some other credit union besides them there atms are outdated and I can’t do mobile deposit. Not to mention I had a vehicle back then 6 years ago that was in litigation due to dealer fraud (sold it to me with no title) I spent time making the payments and the dealer said I had not been. They wanted to repo the car to hide their mistake. As soon as I got this bank they gave them my info and my car was taken that I was current on. Now without the proof of the vehicle and dealer plate they gave me illegally I lost the case and ended up having to pay for a vehicle I no longer had. I am disgusted with this bank and it’s business practices.

lori ward: I got an auto loan, tried to get my husband's name on my savings account. They wanted to do a credit check to do so. Tried to sign in online and was told to call and give my email address to them in order to do so. Called and they need something signed in order to add email address. Everything I need to do has been met with opposition. Stick with Teacher's Credit Union. They are very accommodating. I will be transferring my loan elsewhere.

Taun Williams: Worst Bank Ever Don’t Do Get A Car Loan From Them
David Thomas: The online service really needs work. The method in which loan payments are made is not intuitive, and when I actually try to use it correctly, the service will not take payments during weekends or holidays. However, the payment method through by debit card will always work, and naturally there’s always a service charge. I’ve also been told in the past by management that they would refund the service charge one time, but that never happened.Granted, these are minor things, hence my three stars. However, your site shouldn’t be this asinine to operate. One should just be able to click “pay loan” and automatically select the method of payment. Also, when I get a verification code for login, I could really care less about a long winded letter about safety from your CEO with EVERY single notification text message. I just want the code—a short sentence should suffice.Seriously, hire better web developers. There’s a ton of good options out there.

Kierstin Taylor: They have been quite rude lately when contacting them about issues with my account. Some of the women there sound as if they are annoyed when asked questions. One person says one thing, then I’ll call and ask someone else, and get a different answer. I like banking here, but I’m thinking of changing because of the poor attitude by some of the staff at the Lincoln way location and the Ireland location.
Lori Barker: Communitywide is a credit union that I can trust. The associates treat me with respect and are friendly and helpful. They make sure my needs are taken care of. The account choices and rates to accommodate everyone.
Tina Love: Always a sweet quick business transaction. The crew on Lincolnway east are always willing to help us. They know us whether we walk in or drive up. The crew on Western ave. are cool too. B B: Have been very please with my car loan through them until it came to a few disputed charges of double payments within the same month. My own bank ended up helping more then this union. Was not pleased with the service and charges that were made within the first few months of my loan.

Chris Emery has been phenomenal to both of us and is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may come across. He has helped us get financed into our dream cars and he has also worked with us to refinance previous vehicle loans so that we were able to get a better rate & payment. He has always been pleasant to us and patient when explaining our options when it comes to our financial needs. We’ve been continuously satisfied with this credit union and we plan to continue business here.

Big Bungus: Sorry but this is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Really what is the reason to always be closed. I’ve gone to the bank about 5 times now since I’ve gotten my account settled here. 2 out of those 5 times they have been open. Those 3 times they were closed. Worst bank. Honestly I’d love to work there. Considering I would never have to come in :)

Max Scorpio: Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever used. Not sure if it was the transition from new buffalo savings or if tcu is just normally a terrible bank to use. Never get your money when you’re supposed to because there is rarely anyone to talk to when some anomaly occurs and your money is suspended in cyber world somewhere because they are closed or no one is there. Avoid banking with this institution to avoid recurring technical issues with receiving your funds.
Mitchell Ankney: TCU has a 5% fractional reserve banking rate currently. every 100 dollars you deposit they lend out $95 and keep $5 in your name.... on top of that they charge you if something just bounces from your account. They have charged me twice now for drawing from my wrong account and charging me for this.
