Mike Singleton: never ever have my prescriptions ready! no matter if i order online week ahead, or call days ahead, whatever i do, in order to have medication available when i arrive, is flunk. wasting my valuable time standing there, and still gotta inform the pharmacist in person to fill prescriptions! regardless, im wasting 30 minutes to inform the pharmacist to fill what i had ordered days ago... and wait another 30 minutes. it never fails...

Mark Pedzinski: ordered prescriptions to be filled on their app yesterday 01/26/2023! i went down their today, their lunch break finally ended and i still had to ask to have them filled! sad part is im bus dependant, suffering from copd, and out of albuterol, an emergency to pick up! then of course its 16 below freezing considering the windchill to wait for city bus back! utterly cruel and unusual punishment? been inside cvs nearly an hour! bus stop there near speedway, bus stop back on their side, exit drive out! 30 minute for bus!

M W: I only use this CVS for prescriptions. The wait isn't usually long but there is no drive thru so you have to go in the store. Parking can be kind of hard because it's right next to a busy Martin's. However, there is one woman who works in the pharmacy department that could be friendlier. It's ok here but I think I'm going to switch pharmacies as this one is no longer convenient to my home.

Pharmacy employees don’t even say have a good night they just stare at you until you leave. Very unhelpful. If my insurance let me use Walgreens I would never step foot in this building again.

De Y: I love this store!! I have been going to it since it was Osco's and have felt no need to change. The staff and I are old friends, we know each other by name, and they make me feel important whenever I enter the building. There is one part-time employee who even tells me a funny joke whenever I see him there. From the pharmacist to everyone else who works there, they are all abundantly helpful and kind. I love the bargains and the bonus bucks! My 4 year old grandson calls it "Our CVS" and it is! There is never any need for me to go to Walgreen's, Walmart or any other place when I can get all I need here.
Nathan: This is my normal go-to pharmacy. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I've been coming here for 8 years now so everyone knows me by name. :-P
Erik M: This is your standard CVS in terms of product selection and prices. I personally find the CVS reward dollars to be extremely frustrating but that isn't a reflection of this particular location.I have been here about half a dozen times and at least half of those times the checkout lines have been insanely 5+ people in length. The customer service reps are super nice about half the time and the other half appear to just be going through the motions.

Don Pauley: Can we got to pick up prescriptions there it takes forever they call you on your phone tell you they're ready and then you get there and you're not ready it's terrible drugstore
Chance Peregrine: Would give zero stars if I could. My partner was trying to pick up his medication but they kept refusing to give him the correct medication, despite insurance double checking and even confirming that he was approved for the prescription they were refusing. Not to mention they were consistently misgendering him, despite his legal name being a masculine name. We tried to get it sorted out over the phone, with insurance on the line as well, and the technician hung up the phone. The insurance company was absolutely baffled by their ignorance and how rude they were to someone just trying to get their medication.

He went to pick them up, the lady with the glasses laughed and said, yea, these will take hours to fill & maybe we can have them done by 9.. when we close.. I said, by he got a text saying they were ready. She says, well, they need to be approved & rolled her eyes, shut the door and walked away. Absolutely horrible woman! There was no need to act like that.

Jack Ransbottom: Wow is all I can honestly say about the pharmacy dept. I had a prescription called in on Monday, Dec. 20th from St.Joe hospital when I was there overnight for A-Fib. I went there 3 different times that afternoon to get my prescription for a blood thinner. They said it was still in process. I told them I would be back the next afternoon. I went there at 5 this afternoon and was told it was still in process. I told the clerk I was there 3 times the previous day and got told the same thing. The clerk said she would check to see if they could expedite it. I waited for close to 10 minutes while she helped other customers. She finally came back and said they didn't have the medication. I left there pretty disgusted which leads me to this review. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Very, very incompetent pharmacy! I should have learned from the previous 7-8 years I've went there. They were always the absolute slowest even before covid. You folks really need to shape up. You're extremely pathetic! I may call the manager tomorrow...not that I think it will do any good.

K Gillen: Regarding Edison & Ironwood location. My experience in getting photos taken couldn’t have been smoother. Katelyn, a manager helped me through every step. She was professional, courteous, personable and efficient. And has a sense of humor! Thumbs up.

Katherine Z: This is the worst cvs, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star, they might as well close it down at this point. The staff never has any clue what’s going on, and they never answer the phone, and act like you even being there is an annoyance.
Mykala Maez: Manager Sarah, was extremely rude to her employees. One being an older woman and the other being a younger gentleman. Both of whom seemed to have been doing their job. She spoke to them as if they were children, being very condescending and embarrassing them in front of the customers in the store. Which I believe, is EXTREMELY unprofessional. If something isn’t being done right, pull them to the back, and explain to them in a RESPECTFUL manner what the issue is. I definitely don’t believe someone who is supposed to be a “manager” should be speaking to their employees in that way. Corporate definitely needs to retrain this so-called manager.
Ambs: Please stay away from this location!! I have been calling for over a week and waiting for someone to pick up the phone for 2 hours or more each time. None of the pharmacy staff pick up the phone and they are worse to deal with in person. I have been waiting over a week to switch my prescription from Walgreens to CVS because my insurance is forcing me to do so. There is a major issue happening with this CVS Pharmacy team, and upper management needs to step in. I have lived in multiple states and this is the most incompetent, nonchalant, uncaring, and rude pharmacy team I have ever dealt with. They definitely do not care about your health.

Michael Anand-Obleton: Miss Angela was the most helpful person we've ever met at a CVS. Long after we'd given up our search for a small container of Vaseline with cocoa butter, she looked high and low everywhere until she found it for us. No idea why there are at least 10 different Vaseline displays on different aisles, but we're very grateful Miss Angela was there to help. We also like the shamrock earrings that we bought ☘️, and my husband loved his Cadbury cream egg (yuck! 🤣).

Due to poor management, lack of training and efficiency or just pure stupidity, it takes at minimum 10 minutes to get your prescription. Which of course has to be picked up inside due to the drive through never being open. If I could I'd give this pharmacy negative stars.

Roger Sarasin-Karr: I wish this could be 0 stars because giving this pharmacy one star is wayyyyyy too nice! We had to leave for vacation and I was told they couldn’t fill my script until Thursday and if I got there at 8 am when they open then they would be ready well before 9 am (keep in mind we delayed the vacation an entire day with this information). I go at 8 am when they open Thursday only to be told that they don’t do scripts until 12 pm….. nothing I hate more than liars and in an environment that is supposed to be professional just baffled me. Never going back to this location and everyone in that pharmacy should lose their license and be fired.

Mai Regan: The pharmacist here is extremely rude, I’m a healthcare provider myself and do not speak to patients in a rude manner, they also said my RX won’t be ready till the afternoon, she also couldnt give me a price on the medication (unheard of I think its pure laziness) called Walgreens and they said they could have it ready within the hour gave me a price and the pharmacist there was much friendlier over the phone.

Jennifer Beyer: 9/3/22 Updated per recent visit. There is definitely better customer service while picking up prescriptions in the drive-thru. I hope this positive change stays with them.I will say that I have never had any problems with the pharmacy until today, but this upset me so much that I feel obligated to let others know of the unprofessionalism. I went through the drive-thru to pick up two prescriptions. I noticed the car in front of me was having a lot of problems, but didn't think much of it at the time. When I drove up there were two young ladies there, I rolled down my window and neither said a word to greet me. I said hello and that I was picking up prescriptions. The young girl who seemed as if she was training Jenna, was very impatient and unpolite. I figured she was having a bad day and left. When I got home and looked at them, I realized that the mg went from 5 mg to 100mg for a generic and wanted to ask the pharmacist if this was correct before I took them. So I called and explained that to the person on the phone and she said, " I have to put you on hold," I said, "sure, no problem." After holding for 11 minutes, she came back to my line, didn't say anything and hung up. When I called back I couldn't get through at all. So I decided to call the CVS in Granger. Complete OPPOSITE! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I hope the manager, Lori, fixes this problem as soon as possible or you will lose many valuable customers.

Then I get home I live in south bend and I check my bank account and it says pending cvs 51.01 I had thrown away my receipt so I called to see if they can somehow help me out and they can't help me out.

Allyson Starrett: Just flat rude. If they make an error (which happens often) they are rude and snarky on the phone.They won’t fill medication for you that your doctor prescribes correctly. They will screw it up almost every time! If you are picking up certain prescriptions they will give you every other one but the one you need especially one that is an anti-seizure. You can call countless times to fix the error and they will be rude and still screw it up.
Jennifer S: I don’t know if this is a store issue or what. If you are trying to get a covid test here do not use the get directions button they send in the confirmation email. It did not take me to a cvs. Took me 15 min further than cvs and I missed my appointment. I called corporate to let them know and they said I should have typed it in myself, so I am not confident the issue will be fixed. By the time I realized that it did not take me to cvs it was too late to type it in myself and get there on time.

She not only was rude, but too stupid to read the prescription as it was written, including the additional refills available for an inhaler! I read through Andrea Krupa's mission (LinkedIn) "Building teams to deliver best in class results for our patients". Your team at Auten Road, South Bend, is not only missing this goal, they aren't even close! However, Kevin Reynolds, Store Manager, doesn't seem bothered by the Google reviews, nor was he bothered by the less than professional attitude of the tech. "Did you buy the prescription? " No, Kevin, prescriptions are filled. This wasn't the first time, but every effort for my parent will be made to assure it is the last! Quick, look outside, less then 3 miles, you'll notice you aren't the only choice!
Dr. Timothy W. Curtis Ph.D: Nasty isles, bathrooms and countertops. Shelves low on merchandise. Checkout personnel evidently don't like their job. Extremely high prices for refrigerated/frozen and shelf food items. Very dirty for a pharmacy.

Mirium Knip: I used this CVS for many years for all of my prescriptions. You had wonderful pharmacists. They have all left due to insufficient staffing in this store. The current pharmacist seems nice but is not equipped to be the only one in the pharmacy. We have moved our prescriptions out of CVS entirely. If this is how you run your business, we want no part of it. You need to staff it or close it.
