My insurance wouldn’t pick it up even though they told me on the phone to call my insurance & ask them. Never ONCE DID ANYONE TELL ME MY SECOND CLEANING BE PAID OUT OF POCKET. All the do is nickel & dime you. I will never go back. They’re rude & the upper management is terrible.

I gave them my insurance like you do all dentists and they told me my insurance was good, they did not say my insurance was out of network and it would be more expensive than if I went to a dentist in network. It is my fault I didn’t find a dentist in network but I feel as if I was taken advantage of when I was hit with a bill of over 500$ for a cleaning. They should have at least told me before hand that I was not in network because 10/10 people would’ve not had the services done and would find another dentist. They were very nice I will say that but when I called to dispute the charges they claimed all they could do was give me a 5$ discount because it’s not their fault they were out of network.
