Attempted to book an appointment two months prior to the gift card expiring (certificate was only good for 6 months during a pandemic). I called and left messages, sent messages through the online booking site, emailed and sent messages through Facebook Messenger. The only time I received a response was after leaving a public comment on a Facebook post. Sarah ignored all my requests to book a massage.Hard-to-get appointments/Rude service/Unfriendly atmosphere

Michael Skipper: First class all the way! Sara is the only one I have found in all of northern Indiana that has taken Ashiatsu Bar Therapy classes and gives this type of deep massage. I found the experience to be pleasant and helpful after having back surgery several years ago. I am convinced that having periodic massages has been one of the keys for me to still be training and running full marathons, even in my late 50s. I think the prices are reasonable, especially considering Sara offers numerous discounts.

april gabrich: I booked my son in law a 45 minute Deep tissue massage for his Birthday and was looking forward to the massage. He told me the atmosphere was amazing when he walked in the door and it ended. He was called back late was done in about 30 mins. He therapist he had was talking the whole time about his life and only massage his shoulders and felt the same as he walked in the door. I called and spoke with Sarah about the customer service and Sarah called me back to tell me that her manager said I could have a 10% discount and they it was odd because that person doesn’t talk. So pretty much calling me a liar about his experience. I wasn’t looking for a discount which I didn’t receive because the computer would let her discount the 7.00 dollars, so I was charged full price. Needless to say the customer service is awful!!! I do not recommend.

Angelica Mascorro: I had my first microderm facial at Therapeutic Indulgence with Karen. The process from start to finish was great. The receptionist was nice. I waited no more than a few minutes before I was greeted by Karen. She made me feel comfortable and focused on my skincare needs. I enjoyed her personality and skincare knowledge. I was so relaxed, I’m surprised I didn’t fall asleep. I left with my skin having a nice glow. I will definitely be returning soon.

Lillian Bodnar: I'm a little upset..Jody did my express facial, which was nice, she even did an enzyme peel (I explained I had never had a peel or facial before- clearly I'm new to this then, right).I expected some sensitivity but omg.... After the appointment I wanted to purchase some of the products they sell (skin script). She recommended the glycolic cleanser and a moisturizer.. cool, right?EXCEPT she never told me you're NOT suppose to put glycolic acid on your face for at least a week after an enzyme peel!???? I received zero post peel instructions and now my face is turning into a leather bag -.- it is sooooooooo dry and almost burnt like, my undereye area is SO red, dry, and puffy.I also found out enzyme peels are best at room temperature and they're not suppose to be used with a steamer... which she did.She made a comment about learning something in school (different topic) but it was "so long ago" so I ASSUMED she had been doing this for a while... I trusted my face in her hands, literally.tbh idk if this happened on purpose, or what... She kept trying to refer me to the SB Clinic dermatologist for treatment and kept commenting on my moles when I never said those bothered me?I go back in a few weeks to see Shanda but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hesitant, but, I need to make sure if my face is F'd after this weekend that someone there that uses those products can help.If not, I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere ugh!

Lindsay Heldreth: I normally don't write reviews, but I was very pleased with the experience I had here and I didn't want my compliments to go without being said in some way! I went in for a deep tissue massage with Jamie Yungandreas, who is a new massage therapist there I believe and she was absolutely lovely! She was very receptive and responsive to what I needed out of that appointment and provided exactly what I needed. She used just the right amount of pressure, and seemed to intuitively know what areas have been troubling me the most! I definitely recommend booking an appointment with her specifically, although I'm sure their other MTs are just as wonderful!I selected Jamie initially because of her background in blue collar work and sensitivity to the needs of working folks. I'm a graduate student now, but my roots in working class life have always made me hesitant to book an appointment where the focus for an hour is on my body's needs, because that's rarely ever a huge priority in my community. It was really nice to see that not only was that her background, but that she implements it into her practice as well by tailoring her sessions to the client in question. Can't wait until next time -- I'll definitely be back!

Rachel Cox: I have been coming to TI for years now for massages and yoga. I have seen several massage therapists, and while they have all been great, I just had one by Jayme. She was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend! I also love the yoga classes here. The space is great and the teachers are lovely.

She was honest and direct but also understanding and informative. We talked about other services that may also help my skin like a peel or dermaplaning. Very pleasing experience and I look forward to making more facial appointments!
