takesha mcclane: Horrible customer service. I paid $120 (credit card precessor was down so I had to run to the bank to get cash and come back) for a 90 min massage, after an hour, I was asked to speak to someone who spoke English on the phone during my massage. The lady on the phone told me they had to end my session early for another client. Now mind you before I came they said Walk-in were accepted. They ended my session early gave me back $50 and told me to come back tomorrow for 30 mins free.Came back the next day, this time I called to make sure I had an appointment and the lady on the phone said sure go there now she is available. So I go there and get the same lady who did my massage yesterday only to find out they only have me 10 mins free and that I actually needed to pay $40 for a 30 min foot massage. Needless to say I just walked out and took my money elsewhere.I will never do business with thia establishment again they are very unprofessional and did not meet my expectations.

They were happy to see me I have a feeling that they don't get very much business because of past reputation it's not the same owners. Nonetheless she did her job and did it well was polite and respectful if the problem persists I definitely will go back again

You are given a standard towel to cover up with and the massage is more like a lotion pat down than a massage. As someone who has gotten multiple massages from other places I was a little caught off guard when the masseuse climbed over my back on the table to get to the other side and to not be given more than a towel to cover myself up with. They were able to get me in same day and were very nice but I do not recommend if you are looking for a true massage and not an expensive moisturizing application.

Then if someone else comes in 10 minutes into your massage, she'll go get them started, then come back and say you only get 10 more minutes bc that's as long as she can stall the other guy and that's all you get. So she tries to say you pay for 60 minutes and get 20 minutes and the rest you just have to pay for tip. Um no. I got my money back. Pathetic. Not the first time for any of this.

I found the experience to be pleasant and helpful after having back surgery several years ago. I am convinced that having periodic massages has been one of the keys for me to still be training and running full marathons, even in my late 50s. I think the prices are reasonable, especially considering Sara offers numerous discounts.

My son and I booked full body massages and foot massages in advance. We both had multiple people come in and start the massage over with significant lapses of time in between. Neither of us received a full body massage, mostly just the back. One of the girls was giving my son a very painful massage. When he asked her not to massage him like that, she just giggled and kept going. After an hour, the massages ended. When I asked about the foot massages, they said they ran out of time.I was given a gift certificate to come back for 2 full body massages and they put the value at $100. I called yesterday to see if they were honoring that since it is mostly the same people working there based on what is said on their website. They said yes but I would have to pay extra.After the last incident, I decided it wasn't worth the risk to pay extra. I do have another person I go to but he is a one man masseuse so my son and I have to take turns vs getting them at the same time.The massages may cost less than other places in the area but interruptions and poor massages are not most people's idea of relaxation. It certainly isn't mine.

It was $60 for a 60 minute massage. When I arrived I gave her the gift certificate and she seemed irritated that I had it. Almost like she was mad she wasn't getting cash and instead had to provide a service already paid for. When this was purchased, my husband paid the 60 bucks plus paid a tip of $25 for me, knowing I don't carry cash. before the massage started I explained that I broke my back in a car accident two years ago after being hit by a drunk driver. I've had 11 back surgeries to date. A massage helps, but I am unable to have my back manipulated in any way ( cracked) as my spine is fused and I have rods in my back. During the massage, the masseuse tried to crack my back twice. I stopped her each time and told her not to even try. She is NOT a chiropractor! Each time she just giggled and then said something in chinese. I was more tense during the massage because I felt like I had to be on guard after this and couldn't relax not knowing if she was going to try again. After the massage was over I walked out of the room to find the masseuse holding a sign that read "good massage deserve good tip". She then asked me how much of a tip I was going to give. Excuse me? When did it become ok for someone to ask how much of a tip you're giving them?! Tipping is based on service. Not a guarantee and certainly not a set amount. We always tip appropriately. Always. I explained that my husband purchased the gift certificate and tipped for me at time of purchase. This lady goes and gets another lady who starts yelling at me that I got a good massage and need to tip! I explained again that the tip had already been paid for. She proceeds to tell me my husband only paid 60 bucks and no tip. First of all lady, it was purchased in January. I'm sure you don't even remember selling it. I reached into my purse and pulled out the envelope that had the certificate, the business card AND the receipt. I showed her where the tip was clearly included and she then proceeded to tell me a $25 tip on a $60 massage was not enough! When I told her I was not tipping anymore she then turned to the other lady and started talking in Chinese. I walked out and will never step foot in this place again.
