Maria Okumura: I've been going here since I was a kid. It's got an okay selection of stores but seems to be going downhill fast. It used to be a lot nicer. On the other hand, it's basically the only mall within a half hour drive of my house so I keep going back.

Gwenevere Mueller: I visited specifically the playplace, Build A Bear, and Flat Top Grill. Build A Bear seemed short staffed but they were friendly and good with kids and the store was clean. The playplace was very fun for kids and seemed sanitary and safe. Flat Top Grill wasn't what I was expecting but the service and food were good.The public bathrooms weren't very clean and the soap was out in the women's room we entered by the food court.

Viviana Penaloza: although the food is great, the service is horrible. I ordered a sandwich once while studying, 40 min passed by and I never got it. The place was empty. I walked up to the woman in glasses who works here and she seemed confused as if I never ordered a sandwich, finally after showing her my receipt she realized they completely forgot about it. 20 min later I FINALLY got my sandwich. Came a few weeks later to study, me and a friend got settled into our table and that same woman who works here looked dumbfounded when we were sitting there while she was holding food. She asked us to move, when NO one's stuff was on the table.

Admittedly, the location in the heart of downtown South Bend is great, but the food and ambiance does not merit the cost. Briana smith: Wanted to try Thai food for the first time after trying a co workers food. He told me about this spot so i called in a meal he told me about, once i got there i found out that i had ordered the wrong thing, the young lady at the front counter went to ask her manager what she should do since i had ordered the wrong meal and wanted to order something different. Well the young lady came back and said that her manager said that their policy is that if i order something i have to pay for it even if it’s the wrong thing. Well i walked out and went to the jerk chicken place around the corner for dinner and i will not be back here. Great job with loosing a potential customer and wasting a meal and receiving $0 for it. Ian Owen: I lived in South Bend for five years until recently, and I went to Cinco as much as I could. Never had a bad meal. The Thai food, the Mexican food, the margaritas are all delicious, and the service is typically excellent; I’m honored to say a few of them now feel like friends! Friends who bring me great Pad Thai! What more can you ask? You would have to be some kind of fool who tries to change their order super late and then leaves in a huff to not enjoy this place.

NATURALLY DAY’S EYE: This is my second attempt to enjoy the food as much as the atmosphere. I love the concept of several businesses having the ability to thrive in a setting at an shared expense. All orders are made using codes on the tables. My orders came out fairly fast. My matcha tea $8 was good. My Latkes w/salmon locs $18 were over cooked and salty. Even when they are busy, they always do their best to seat you quickly and comfortably. Their staff is incredibly good-spirited and professional. Em Horvath: Found this place searching for a lunch spot as we were stopping from out of town to see a show. My mom and I have been vegetarian for years, and we both loved being able to consider an entire menu rather than picking through for the stuff without meat (although it made it harder for us to choose!). An amazing assortment of meals with so many veggies and lots of non-meat protein. I got the sautéed tofu and veggies and loved it, huge portions and came out quick. A great little hole in the wall place. I feel like my food was a little on the unsalted side, and they only serve brown rice but those are the only things I would keep in mind about coming here, and are certainly not an issue. Definitely check this place if you are vegetarian/vegan, and try it even if you’re not!

Marcie Shields: One star is generous! I spent $48 on my first (and only!) take-out order from Pinellia and, after a few bites, ended up throwing everything--except for the spring rolls and vegetable dumplings--in the trash. Disgusting! The Moo Shu Vegetable was watery, soggy and filled with disintegrating, overcooked cabbage. The sesame noodles had no flavor. We tried adding soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, but nothing helped. While waiting for our order, I took a glance around. The place looked like a cyclone had hit it and it was not clean.

Jose Bootwash: The lunch portion is decent for the price, but the food is bland and not at all worth the money. I spent almost $30 here tonight to feed myself and others. The orange chicken had flavorful sauce but there was barely any chicken in each piece. The house fried rice was extremely bland. The egg roll were sub-par. The only redeeming factor was the egg drop soup, which made the rice taste infinitely better when it was poured over it.Overall this place is horrible. If you're drunk at noon then by all means go grab their lunch portions but if you're looking for a Chinese joint that is actually good hit up China House.

Cari Adams: My neighborhood adjacent go to for Togo Chinese food. My personal fave is crab rangoons and their shrimp fried rice. They do have eat in option as well. Very friendly, always hot and delicious within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I ordered two General Tso's chicken yesterday with the combo fried rice and it was less than $20 altogether! What an incredible price. I don't know how they afford to keep prices so low but it was so good. The person at the front who assisted me was also incredibly kind and anyone who's ever worked there over the years has always been kind. On top of all of this, the wait time was TEN minutes. I'll continue to go here for many, many years.Parking: Plenty of parking on the street and side streets.

Literally this place is so good it makes me want to cry. There is no Chinese food like this around me where I live now. I don't know what secrets they have up their sleeve, but the flavors are just too good. And, as always, the owners are friendly and generous. I love you China House!!!
