Best Frozen Dessert Supplier South Bend Near Me

Chrissy Kaminski: Recently the certain yogurt flavors have tasted sour or bad, when I mentioned it to the person on staff ( pretty sure the owner) he said that is they way it is supposed to taste. This happened again with our most recent visit and it was a fruit flavor that tasted like wine. Customers are not allowed to add their own toppings anymore because of allergy concerns. But when the employees pile on the toppings, the weight and cost goes up. It was $30 for myself and 2 boys, that was for the smallest cup. We love Sweet Frog, but will not be returning to this location again.

Angelo Martinez: The owner is a very rude and not very friendly. Someone as grinchy as him should not own a business that children frequent.

I will never step foot in this place again. It should be a place a family and children especially should want to go.. if you can't handle that or please your customers you shouldn't be in the establishment.

Cristina Navarro: My sister took her girls to spend their gift cards there. Everything went well until one of the girls accidently spilled a very small amount of ice cream on the floor. She had 4 girls with her and was helping one. She was going to clean it up as soon as she was done but a man who says he is the owner comes and talks rudely to her daughter who accidently spilled it. My sister tells him that she was going to clean it up as he is telling her she better clean that up. She finishes getting all the girls desserts and went to pay. The man then says free of charge and never come back! Unbelievable!!!! If you are going to run a business, know how to treat your customers! But don't you worry sir, none of our family will ever visit your establishment again! Learn how to treat people and children!!

wendy miller: Outrageously priced. Have been coming here for years. Never have I ever paid over $29 for 4 small cups. The pricing platform is insane. Not being able to fill my own cup with toppings is a clear way to increase sales, even though they claim it’s due to “allergens”. Sadly this will be the last time we patronize this establishment. Buyer beware, if you choose a waffle cup your price is 28 cents higher per ounce for the same frozen yogurt and toppings placed on top of the waffle bowl.

B Wolf: Place sure has changed ...... for the worse. Use to go frequently, but not any longer. Flavors we had were very "unfavorable " ..... like it was watered down / diluted.

Candice Eisert: This place must be under new ownership. Stopped for a treat, and for 2, a bill of $19 is ludicrous. We asked the person working behind the counter why they have a shield in front of all the toppings and were informed they add the topping for you now. What he said actually was, "...because I don't know where your hands have been." Very nice, insult your customers, and then over charge us. As several others have already said recently, we too will not be returning to Sweet Frog.

Aaliyah Taylor: Owner very money hungry, every time I go in there he tries to find ways to charge extra in every way. We can no longer get our own toppings but he tries to manage how much you get. I asked him to add a small amount of Oreo crumbs and he told me he couldn’t add any more and it would be .71 for one ounce on the side. Will not be going back this is the 3rd time & every time he’s ON THE PHONE barely paying attention. Wish the old owners would come back. I use to spend a lot of money with them but he doesn’t deserve it!

Bored Flavor: Very tasty froyo. There was plenty of toppings, and the flavours change a lot too. However there isn't many choices. Another cool thing I discovered is that they have a mini table and chairs for kids with a nearby chalkboard which is pretty cool! 😋

The person working put away all the refrigerated toppings and covered the rest at least 10 minutes before the even closed. And when I asked if she could get two of the toppings back out she laughed at me. I, being very embarrassed said if not it’s fine, paid, and left. I left feeling embarrassed and upset.

As a single mother of four children it can be quite a handful to try to serve them all but the staff here jumped right in and helped me with no questions asked. I appreciate their time, service and effort. Their chalkboard kept my children entertained as well. We will definitely be recommending and coming back to this place again.

The African American girl, rudely stated, "OH we don't have time for that today" I couldn't believe she said that.I am purchasing a $30/40 ice cream cake and you can't write on it? Where did she get her customer service training from?I told the cashier do your best. I was finished speaking with the other server. She rudely interrupted again..I had to tell her I'm done talking with you, because your tone was off. She didn't feel that she did anything wrong? Really?Where they do this at? I told the first server to do her best. If it's messy we will accept. I refused to allow the other server to assist after being told, "We DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT!"Young lady completed the cake. I accepted and left. If it wasn't for it being my daughter's birthday, I would have walked out!

Matt McCracken: I got there 30 min before close and they told me they were closed unless it was an online order. There were a line of guests, some liters just got there. I went outside and put an online order in for pick up. It said it’d be ready in 15 min. Their last guests were leaving as I was walking up to the doors and they locked the doors on me. Tried calling just to ask if I could pick it up since I already paid. They looked at me and ignored me and didn’t answer. I emailed asking for a refund with no response. Then called two days later and they said they would have to call me back because their phone was dying and had to charge ( they had just answered and said that after saying why I called). Called two hours later and it rang forever and went to busy. Then it was busy from then on every time I called…. Still haven’t gotten ice cream or my refund.

corey ware: Paperwork showed a 1730 delivery time. I arrived @1600 they said they were closed comeback in morning @ 5am to get worked in. After speaking with broker it was a customer error putting 1730 delivery time. Stanz was aware of this error. I cameback @ 430am didn't get finished unloading till 1530. Over 20hrs lost. Only good thing is broker paid me for lost time.
