Jovan Howard: The staff and rooms at this location are great!! I didn't get the ladies names but every one of them was friendly and beyond helpful. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. The pool was nice and had towels available. The breakfast was your typical like any other place. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc. The location is close to many restaurants including Starbuck's, Culver's, and Wendy's. They also offer a military discount. I definitely will be staying here again.

Carrie W: Stayed here for one night to go to Notre Dame to see BILLY JOEL!!!!!!!! The room was beautiful and very close to Notre Dame. They had a shuttle that would take you to the concert for $9 per person. They will also pick you up for $9 per person, but it's a bit hard to find the right line to stand in to get picked up from Notre Dame to be taken back to your hotel. And if you are under 5'4" Don't get on the shuttle unless you have a seat to sit in!!! They packed us in and we were standing and holding onto rails along the top of the shuttle. I'm 5'5" and if I was any shorter, I wouldn't have been able to reach. It was comparable to the scariest roller coaster I've ever been on!!! Lol! Very memorable though!!! It was great to have a clean and cozy room to go back to after the shuttle ride!!! The beds were comfy with soft pretty comforters! The bathroom was very clean and very modern. There was also a huge couch in our room that you could make into a bed. There was a Culver's that shared a parking lot so food was within walking distance.

Evan: Booked over 3 months ago, checked in the night before our stay, and received a notification the day of that our room was ready. Arrived to hear they overbooked and didn't have a room for us anymore. Don't waste your time.

Paula Keesling: The room was lovely and very clean; however, it was missing bars of soap and wash cloths this stay. I stayed here a couple of weeks ago, and I had to ask for bathtowels. The breakfast is dismal. A few cold hard biscuits with nothing to put on them, dry cereal, instant oats with no microwave, a few shriveled oranges....in the hot food there were a few breakfast sandwiches in plastic wrap. I am always pleased with Marriott brand hotels, but I will look for another in this area for my next stay.

Eric Hoskinson: Facility, rooms, and amenities are as expected. All the staff but one was extremely courteous but two. Watch out for the obese front desk worker who's stomach hangs below his shirt. He kicked everyone out of the pool one night and had the audacity to say "This is why I'm not having any Damn kids" when leaving the pool are. He's also very fast to nitpick all the kids when we were hanging out in the lobby area. The other lady who had shorter hair was in the process of asking the kids to leave the breakfast area unless accompanied by an adult. For as much money as our and another hockey team spent to have rooms here. They were very discourteous. TLDR some staff is not kid friendly.

Praying family: Left a laptop on the side of the bed called to let them know first thing the guy did at the front desk was act guilty by saying housekeeping would not have it and that a supervisor checks after them key word after them then he said somebody else is in the room and they cant check now. So if all these ppl checked after we left and i left it by the bed and if they changed the bed sheets and wiped down the furniture they would have it. Its best to spend them extra dollars on a hotel cause my laptop is putting me behind not having it. he also said I have to wait til monday. So im going to give them the benefit of a doubt and wait til Monday for them to tell me housekeeping found it.I would like to give an update that I was called by management the same day and was told the laptop was put away in a lock box and staff wasn't aware. I definitely appreciate the honesty cause that is hard to come by.

capps ezekial: Their rooms were decent enough for me to stay but the service was just horrible. The people in there saying curse words around children that aren't theirs. And they did not offer us room service when we walked in or when getting the room. The food they had in the morning was not prepared good they had really good waffles but overall not a good experience.

Jimmy Lee: I normally don't give hotels a 5 star rating without a great wow factor, but Hilton properties earned it in every way.Check in has always been fantastic. Desk clerks are helpful and friendly. Rooms are awesome with a great view. The restaurant on site is great with tv.s. and never really that busy.The best part is location..... Terry Pollock: An absolute joke for the money spent. And they say it's a toom that could go for 899.00 a night. Truly, anyone staying one night knows that's a complete joke. Found ice cream containers and to go bags underneath the bed from the prior customer, so did the sheets get changed then? We planned to eat there, and sat at the restaurant for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. The rooms are small and dull. Water stains on the ceilings. The water pipes scream when you take a shower. Our air conditioning/furnace was on the fritz, so it was never a decent temperature in our room. AND in the pool room, the hot tub is out of service (indefinitely). When booking the hotel over the phone the gentleman assured us they had a hot tub, I guess it was wrong of us to assume it was working. The location is pretty much the best thing about this hotel.

Jim Lee: Hard to give a Hilton property a 5 star, but as a diamond member they deserve it. I had to park an oversized vehicle and they went beyond what they needed to to help me find a spot. The rooms are 5 star and the location is close to bars, restaurants, and venues. The building is architecturaly is amazing. Defiantly my must stay when I'm south bend. Our drinks that the bar were delicious.The only slight negative could be the fact that our handicapped room bathroom door does not stay open. So we had to prop it open with heavy items or it quickly shut because of the weight of that door. We are not handicapped, but it was annoying in general. Our coffee maker at first attempt exploded coffee all over. We advised the front staff, said would be replaced. It was not. The room was very dark. Not enough lighting and lights were dim. These setbacks were overall minor compared to most hotels of comparable price points. The fact that there is food on site and a bar, friendly staff, clean and well maintained prop is refreshing!! We were able to walk to points of interest (notre dame).

Kerrin Hansen: This hotel was absolutely horrible. Other than Brittany and Robin the front desk attends I dealt with most of the time that were helpful and nice it was just horrible. The general manager was super rude and unprofessional and spoke to both me and my husband horribly making us feel we were not welcomed there. She was using fowl language in front of my kids and one that is not right. I have never dealt with any GM like this and I have worked in this field myself and I think this is not her field that she should be in. She is just a poor excuse for a GM. Brittany was so awesome and helpful and just worked with us so much and she is I believe amazing. There was black mold in the shower and just a horrific smell in the stairwells. Stains all over the place and half the time the dryers in the laundry room were out of order. If I could rate this hotel lower I would but rate just Brittany and Robin with good rates I would do that. But this was horrible. Don't stay here!
