I prefer self check out just because their attitude is TERRIBLE.The other day the cashier was really rude and ignored when I would speak to her. She even tried to overcharge me on lettuce.Seriously I love Kroger, their deals are awesome. I'll just stick with self check out from now on.I will admit they treat you how they see you. When I go in all dressed up they're nice, but if I go while doing chores or my hairs up in a bun and no make up they are always so flippant towards me.

Megan Boomershine: I am changing my review.In the last few month the store has gone really down hill. A few weeks ago when the temps outside were above 90° the store didn't have the AC on for well over a week. The produce was rotting in the fresh fruit section and fresh veg section amd there was so many bugs flies and gnats. And even still it smells so bad of mold there by the potatoes its enough to take your breath away. The meat case has a horrendous rotten smell now by the chicken. The milk case has a bad smell now too. The new store manager doesnt seem to care about cleaning like the old one did. Its getting kinda nasty. I am worried the store will end up getting closed down because of his horrible oversights in cleanliness. Before customer service was always opened now its closed several days a week. Ive gotten big cuts of beef that cost over 20$ that have been bad when I open them to cook them but didnt look rotten but smell so bad when I opened the package. Also Ive bought baked goods that have been moldy when I open it. This never was an issue under the other mans watch. I dont know the new manager but its obvious someone new has taken over and he doesnt have the same values as the previous store manager. That smell in the fruit and veg department makes you almost sick. I'm worried the store will end up closed down if this keeps up. Please please address this issue District management. Our community needs this store. I love shopping there but I'm close to going to a new location and that makes me feel so sad.

Krystal Sutton: This is the store to hit up if you're in the shoplifting game. It's as if they hire the most ignorant people they can find. I watched a guy go through the store and load up a clear trash bag full of food and then walk out the entrance door. Nobody noticed. Nobody thought that was suspicious. Obviously, kroger has no loss prevention agents.Other than that, they are usually stocked up with whatever I went in for. Employees are alright, never had to interact with too many of them.

Monica Garber: Went in this evening to get some Lotto tickets for Christmas. All but 3 were messed up- they were cut incorrectly by the machine. After asking who I needed to speak with, I had to come back a 1/2 hour later as she had gone on lunch. Christine helped me get new tickets. She was slammed and still helped. I so appreciate her!
Joe Knoxville: The store has went into the toilet completely. Always only 1 or 2 lanes open during peak times, self checkouts get backed up by at least 20 people long on a regular basis, every single shopping cart is always gone and you have to walk back outside (better off to just leave the store entirely) and play games trying to hunt down an empty shopping cart somewhere in the parking lot for 5-10 mins before you find one. The food is ALWAYS expired and never rotated. 5 times I have gotten more than one food item from here that was expired. I just bought a package of Oreos on Dec. 7th 2022 that expired back on April 23 of 2022. I have also seen loafs of bread on the shelves that have been nibbled on by rats that are still on the shelves for sale. Like seriously, come on. The "fresh produce" is also NEVER fresh, it's usually always soft and squishy on the near side of rotten, and the fruit flies swarm in the masses above them and in them. The store used to be a great store back in 2013, 2014 , and now it's just totally fallen apart. Too bad.

Jim Rockford: The new remodel and rearrangement of the food and aisles is DISGUSTING. It's like it is a game to them - to see how to make someone's shopping experience as confusing and convoluted as possible. What used to be a 15 minute exercise shopping now takes nearly an hour. Bread is split across 2 aisles, other foods are in nonsensical locations (like having the pickles and condiments in the world and asian market aisle or having the aluminum foil in the toilet paper aisle), every single place where you used to find your staple foods is now completely rearranged. And what is the deal with tearing up the floor tiles and leaving it ugly bare concrete? It makes the store look like a collapsing old dump. The availability of common brand food items keeps dropping and dropping so much I am ready to cease shopping here and deal with Walmart's trashy store because at least you can find what you need there.

I really don't think that is fair I work just as hard as everyone else when I'm there. So I say to hell with krogers. If that's all you think of me then that's all I think of you.
Shaye Webb: My experience at Kroger at 9:30 at night tonight was absolutely ridiculous. I think her name was Regina or something like that. My friend Megan and I went in to Kroger at 9:30-9:35ish. (25-30 minutes before close) we were at the check out before 9:20. The lady who was at the self check out section was so rude. I was getting snacks. I got 3 things and it was $13 and some change. I paid with a $10, $1 and tried to pay with a second $1 but it was ripped so the machine wouldn’t take it. So I asked the lady what I could do she said nothing. But she was rude about it and I was using the $2+ of coins I had and the lady kept walking past me and Megan and was staring at us the whole time.My friend Megan tried processing her card as credit but the lady (Regina) said that she can’t. My friend has done it multiple times before and never had a problem. Plus the lady was kinda being mean about the situation. She was just mean and rude. I felt like she was staring at us and watching us the whole time at checkout.

Jennifer Arevalo: Awful costumer service. Good prices. I believe we won’t be going back to this pharmacy for awhile. What is advertised is not what we experienced today. Here’s why:I took my elderly grandparents in to pick up their prescriptions. This was their first time getting their medication from Kroger’s Pharmacy, but I recommended it Having gotten a prescription there myself earlier this year.I stood back allowing them to do their thing, but staying on standby in case they needed help. Rarely do I need to help since they are pretty independent my grandmother especially, due to her outgoing personality (both of them are 70+yrs old, and English is a second language). She walked up to the window insurance cards in hand.She continued to make her way to the pick-up area, and my grandmother began to talk and inquire if her prescription was ready. Since her doctor had sent both hers and my grandfathers prescription to this particular pharmacy on her request since it is closer to home.Well I began to hear her voice quiver and her repeat her birthdate saying “month is ##, day ##, year ####. She was repeating herself more than once and so I stepped in. The man who was helping her not once made eye contact, seemed too busy doing other errands and another man with short hair was to the mans left and they were talking about how she wasn’t show up in the system.I let it go. I came closer to stand next to my grandmother. But when he came back and spoke to my grandmother stating she wasn’t in the system and that she needed to call her doctor. But his voice was so low even I had trouble hearing (I’m 24). I then began to inquire as to what else we could do taking over for my grandmother sensing the discomfort in her.I still got no eye contact no real interaction. I spoke loudly and stated it was tough to hear him. And so he asked for her ID. And well turns out she wasn’t in the system and we had to contact her doctor.H then began doing something else but I did move from the window since we still had to ask about my grandfathers medications. I had to get his attention. I felt very much like I was a nuisance and my business was bothering him. And it wasn’t even for me. My grandfather came up and ask in Spanish if they just didn’t want to sell us anything. My heart cracked a bit. They felt like they were bothering the pharmacy employees and my grandma became so uncomfortable she called my aunt on the phone and asked if she just didn’t have a medication or what was going on because she was so confused.My grandfathers medications (3 of them) were there. We got them and paid.I’m a client so I know they staple our receipt to our bag. But nope he just put the medication in and handed me the bag... I will be taking my grandparents to a different Pharmacy for awhile or pick up things by myself. Because their attitudes were awful... both the male and female.

Brittney Sanders: everytime i call to refill i sit on the phone for 45 minutes before i maybe get an answer or they just plain don’t pick up their phone. i’m moving pharmacies. it’s honestly unbelievable and extremely unprofessional. and their staff is not helpful and always very short with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
