Nanci Jozwiak: This business is the absolute most disorganized, incompetant business I have ever dealt with. Tried paying a bill over the phone, the same bill that was billed to an incorrect insurance company, and the employee was not able to help me. Said my card wouldn't go thru. Very unlikely!! How does that happen? As far as the medical aspect I am not at liberty to say right now but when all is said and done I will have my say. I only gave a one star because I had to mark one to give my opinion. UGH
Andrew Gingerich: Absolute Garbage! I have requested several supervisor call backs and I have not gotten one. We have wrongfully been charged over $1,500 for visits we never had. This has been going on for 6 months. I really don't want to get law enforcement involved.

Jeffrey Petermann: What a disgusting group of people. They discriminate against any with a religious sharing plan, and even used that term. You don't like that I am religious? Well, perhaps you should look a little closer at the Constitution folks, because if you don't figure things out REALLY quickly, you will be talking to my lawyer.

Martin Figura: I was on the receiving end of this clinic's dishonest practices. Besides my physical examination, Dr. Tiburzi billed me for services that I had not requested.Since I was supposed to have my physical examination covered by my health insurance plan, I was surprised to receive a bill for my visit. I went back to the clinic shortly after for an explanation, but they did not show me (intentionally or not) an itemized bill. Later, I learned about the charges from communications with my insurance provider and Beacon Health. Even though I requested a revision of the bill, Beacon Health has not informed me whether it was accepted or (obviously) rejected. Instead, they have mailed me the same bill several times and threatened me with money collection.It's been a waste of time trying to get things right, so I decided to submit the payment and share my unpleasant experience with Beacon Medical Group Cleveland Road here. Ironically, I cannot even submit the payment because my bill is not listed in their online records, so more phone calls are incoming...

A. M.: I’ve had a very rocky relationship with this practice. I’ve had an appointment set for me, but once I arrived on said date it was never made and I had to make a new one while having serious chest pain. I’ve had rude nurses that wouldn’t let me talk. Leah Craft that talked down on me for smoking. Now i’m dismissed as a patient due to a reason that are false from what the practices told me. I found out the real reason through someone else’s apart from them. I was not aware of any of this until I called in. They were calling my repeated trying to get me to come in early on my last visit but I made it clear I would be able to since I have horrible chest pain and I need a later time. They did not give it and even when the distance to say Leah Craft wanted to see me for a whole half hour. They made it seem very important, so of course I’m going to take the offer. I said I might have to cancel since it's so early, and to that they said it was fine. It was my last strike apparently. Knowing my situation I don’t understand why I would put into this one.
Jean Hill: I had an appointment at 11:00. I arrived early and signed the check in sheet. When my name was called, I was checked in, then sent to a second waiting room. When the nurse came to get me she said, “ you are late. You didn’t get here until 11:00.” I told her I had arrived at 10:55 and spent probably 10 minutes sitting in the first waiting room. The people at the reception desk are crazy rude, and the procedures for check in and check out are nuts. (BTW. When the nurse took my blood pressure it was 174/70).I needed to make another appointment for a follow up. In order to do this I was told I had to sign the the check in sheet again. What??? Someone seriously needs to look at the procedure at this office. I will not go back and will not recommend The Cleveland Beacon Medical Group to anyone.
Jessica Fuller: Communication from the front desk is horrible and needs to be addressed. They called and said I needed to be seen by my doctor before I could do my nurse visit that I do every couple months, they didn't say what for but they did the same thing last year so I assumed it was for the same thing well, it wasnt. They did a 2 min physical that I can get done at my free clinic through my work so therefore they billed my insurance company for something I already get done for free. Doctor made me cry trying to figure out the miscommunication. I felt like I was a bother to her and she was irritated to be talking to me. I've been going there for many years. Looks like I'll be looking for somewhere else. Maybe I'll find somewhere that anwsers their phone without being on hold for 30 to 45 mins every single time (unless you call close to closing time then they will answer)

Front desk staff is lacking in customer service and need to be retrained or accountable for tasks that they miss on a daily basis.Edited: Thank you for your response Beacon. I was very disappointed in dealing with this office because of the following reasons:(My insurance changed providers even though I was an established pt with this office for over a year.)When I was on my way to my appointment the office called and said that my insurance changed providers and I would have to contact my insurance. I had asked to be seen for that appointment that day due to health concerns that needed to be addressed, in my opinion, within that week. The office could have seen me and sent me a bill or billed out insurance. The office staff said my insurance would have to change providers for me to be seen. I was upset but I still rescheduled my appointment with the office in a month from that point and requested to be on a wait list for the next available appointment.I called my insurance and they said they would change it on their end when my Drs office submits a change.The office called me a few days prior to my appointment and said that my insurance still had another provider listed and that I would have to fill out a form to submit to insurance to get it changed. The office knew this had to be done prior to my appointment and waited until the last minute to contact me. The office staff had also said they had tried to contact me before and couldn't reach me-which when looking in my chart they had dialed the wrong number.The front office staff also stated that if it didn't change I couldn't be seen for my next appointment. They said I had to come in and fill the form, it couldn't be faxed, so I would have to miss work to come fill out a form within the business hours(which is the same I work). I had said that it would've made sense if they would have let me come to the first initial scheduled appointment so I could've then filled out the form. Instead it was too much of an inconvenience for the staff at that time to suggest that or any other way to help me.The only "help" they suggested was when they called me back to tell me I couldn't be seen without the provider change and they suggested I go to the provider that my insurance had just changed it to. I'm sure they are aware of how long it takes to schedule an appointment as a new patient with a Drs office.I had expressed my health concerns and felt that they didn't take that as seriously as they should have. Patients should feel like they are a priority and not an inconvenience especially given my circumstances at the time.

Shannon P: Where do I start? The nursing staff there are extremely rude. Phone calls and messages for the Doctors are never returned! Days would go by without a call back and then when I would call them to see if the Doctor had left a message or info on test results, they had it in there system but refused to pick up the phone. As a fellow medical professional, the nursing and medical staff are inept at their job and could care less. I could not look in the mirror if I treated my patients that way. After 20 years, I found a new family physician and set up an appoint. The new physician's office called 4 hours later and said they could not take me as a patient because Deanna Huss banned me from the entire Beacon health system. So I had to find a doctor outside of Beacon. I guess that is retaliation for switching physicians.
Misty Piker: I love the brand new office and all of the staff. The only thing I wish was different was that there a wheelchair accessible scale. Dr. Casper is an amazing physician.

Nashallete Studios: I suffered 2 days in my bed before I had an emergency trip to this place. I wasn't given my original doctor, i was given Kaitlin VANDERFOLK. This was my first pregnancy, I was having twin boys, I was 4 months pregnant. I rushed to this place for help because i was experiencing severe cramps and when doctor VANDERFOLK assisted me on this visit she made it very uncomfortable for me. I was asking questions about my body that I didn't know and she laughed at me and answered no but did not correct me or provide information. I told doctor VANDERFOLK that i was experiencing alot of pain but no blood so she tested me. No pelvic exam or unltrasound. doctor VANDERFOLK sent me home with a prescription for METRONOZIDALE and recommended pain pills. She said that she saw a little bit of bacteria under the microscope but in a while shell be able to tell if i have an std. but that was no where near an issue for my visit, nor did i have that concern. If you visit this place you know that you can see the tests that are ordered and after I Received my copy(1 week later) I saw that there was no bacteria, nor need for METRONOZIDALE (if you know what that is used for) 1 HOUR after visiting doctor VANDERFOLK I miscarried. I went straight home and sat because of how much pain I was in, went to the bathroom, and started to bleed out.... the rest is history... I just want to bring awareness to people who choose this place. I hope doctor VANDERFOLK understands that the place shes employed doesn't allow you to half do your job, or even be tired. If so, please take a break from it, but as a mom I certainly needed all of the love, compassion,and care at that time. especially losing my children an hour later. I don't blame her for me losing my children, I blame VANDERFOLK rejection of precaution. and attentiveness to ones concern.

Dr. Porte then went on to a different office and for the past 3 years I have been seeing Dr Callaghan! I go to this office either weekly or every 2 weeks. I CANNOT even begin to describe how amazing Dr. Callaghan is! She is truly the smartest woman ive ever known! I trust this woman with my LIFE and she not only is a good Dr. she is an incredible person as well! She is one of the VERY FEW Dr.’s I’ve met that actually CARE about her patients! She actually cares about what happens in my life and she strives and pushes me for greatness! I would even go as far to say if she wasn’t my Dr. I would not be alive right now! And idk why all these people are saying that the office staff is rude, they have always greeted me with kindness and respect! I’ve NEVER had a problem with this office! Maybe y’all need to look at how you treat them. They have a very busy job. RESPECT IS EARNED!!

They are disrespectful and it feels like they are looking for confrontation. Started out in the ER a little over a year ago and had Dr Pickett as my Er Dr....he said he would take me as an OB patient and a little over a year later..he is the primary physician for 5 of us. I have never had to wait past my appointment time...usually get right in. Would reccomend E Blair Warner to anybody looking for a good Drs office.
Kamika Perry: To be honest we switched to this clinic for one doctor. Come to find out he was a resident and moved. This clinic has been by far the most infuriating I’ve dealt with. I’ve been told I was checkin in for an appointment, and was not checked in, sat for 45min wondering why I was not called.. I’ve been told “Someone will call you to set up an appointment”..3 weeks later I called repeatedly to get that appointment I was supposed to have 2 weeks prior. I’ve never left an ultrasound fetal anatomy scan with my belly sore before..the technician was literally ravaging the belly and it took over 2hrs to complete the scan. I’m currently strongly considering switching. Even though I’d like to stick through the remainder of my pregnancy without going through the hassle but I’m just about fed up.

Dominique Edwards: I received 3 calls back to back from Beacon regarding rescheduling an appointment for Dr. Kinney for my stepson's appointment that I missed in the span of 30 minutes. The receptionist that I was finally connected with was absolutely terrible and rude. When I told her that I was returning the office's call, she stated very rudely, "you requested a call back. What is it that I can do for you?" Now, I'm not sure if this receptionist was drunk, stoned, or just didn't want to be at work but the way she spoke to me from start to finish was absolutely awful. According to the Beacon website, Dr. Kinney had a number of available appointments, when I called back, Dr. Kinney doesn't have any appointments, isn't accepting new patients, and I was recommended to set an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. After working to find my stepson resources, I finally found Dr. Kinney and was happy and excited to hopefully be a new patient, but after dealing with reception, and receiving the customer service, I have 0 desire even seeking care from Beacon on Ireland Road. When I asked the receptionist if they would be updating the website, she said rudely again, "We don't even have control over that and I don't know." Ma'am, if you don't know, that's fine, but tone of voice and attitude can go a long way when it comes to putting someone's mind at ease that has a potentially sick child. I can't even imagine panicked parents, with sick children trying to seek care through the Ireland Road branch and can't even get basic questions answered from reception. I would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible.

Well, I just learned that nothing was done and now I have a court order to pay for it.Liars, liars and liars.And, needless to say, it now shows up on my background check and credit report!

Stacey Forrest: Kind doctors, kind returned phone calls from the nurse. My doctor helps me feel empowered. I feel confident of Dr Prins expertise. My prescriptions are always sent to my pharmacy after I have an appointment. No problems at all.
Jane Stevens: worst place ever. don't leave anyone in their care. they only care about $ and not family or patient health. BEWARE.

Kwajalein Dodd: As most people say, "if I could give one star I would". My son's pharmacy called them for 3 days and they never called them back so that his prescription could be filled. The pharmacy reached out to me and told me this. So I called the office and left a message telling them that he was going to be out of medicine and I took care of this in a timely manner.Someone called me back from the office and do you know she actually asked me for the number? Are you kidding me? You have/had 3 voice messages, how don't you have the number! But because of the time it took for all of this to transpire, my son is now going through withdrawal because he hasn't had 2 of his 5 meds in 3 days. Thanks for making him suffer!I have to add this little tidbit. So on Feb 2, 2021 I called to see if my son could have his appointment changed to an early date rather than waiting until March because he hasn't been doing well. I was able to get him in for Feb 4th. I got the email for the appointment because it's virtual. I just went in to get ready for the appointment and it was cancelled??!!! I called and was told there was nothing they can do because someone else has that spot.. Unbelievable. In a time where teenagers are suffering the most because they can't live life, this place can't even keep stuff straight, so now we have to wait 2 more weeks. This is a total nightmare that should've never happened.
Amy Olmstead: Don't expect to get a medication change, or refill, in a timely manner. It seems like they have a "we'll get to it when we get to it" attitude. Example, call, leave a message on the nurse line, don't receive a callback that day (no matter how early you leave the message) They call in the morning on day two, speak with you and say they'll talk to your Dr. and get back to you. They don't call back at all that day. Day three, they finally call back mid-afternoon and relay what your Dr said. God forbid that you miss a call from them, because when you return the call you have to leave a message and wait yet another day to get a call back. It's stupid.
Lynae Stienbarger: Dr Reddy, the check-in staff, the nurses, EVERYONE is so amazing! Thoughtful, punctual, kind, helpful, respectful, and they truly want to help! Dr. Reddy really listens when you talk! He's been such a huge help to my daughter and I'm so grateful our family Dr. referred us to him! This has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this facility and team! I can't figure out why people are leaving hateful negative reviews, but mental illness can be tough for people to cope with without being nasty to others. Please don't read the reviews and decide against this wonderful team, or you'll be missing out on amazing caring people who will truly help better your life!
J Mize: I don't even know where to begin with these people. If I could give ZERO I would. I saw Dr. TEIXEIRA for about a year and he himself was great for me. However I had a run in with the office coordinator, Susan. She is a horrible person, rude, controlling, vindictive, and just all around awful! Well ever since then she had an issue with me. Cut to a few months later. My daughter's doctor there DR. Reddy, who claims to be the expert in the area wasn't listening to me. I had begged him to change my 15yr olds meds and he refused and would only up the dose by 5 mg. After giving the meds 9 months to worker still wasn't willing to switch meds. Even my child's therapist wrote a letter asking him to change the meds. Well bc he wasn't listening I asked to see a a different doctor in the practice since my child was in crisis and had to go to epworth. Well instead of getting her in the office manager lied and said I was rude when she said we couldn't change doctors and then had both myself and my child in crisis terminated from the practice. She also informed me I could never return and to make sure I knew her problem was with me she stated as long as my child was associated with me she could not return either. This woman lied and got two people who NEED psychiatric care terminated especially when one was in crisis. The doctors should not have gone along with it but corrected the course of action of not hearing a parent begging for help! I would not recommend going here as Dr. Reddy and Susan the office coordinator/manager are both terrible people. Dr. TEIXEIRA and I never had any issues to the fact that he agreed with this based solely on someone else interaction and word is also alarming. Also it takes at least a few months to get into a new doctor and they made it very clear they would ONLY provide me and my child with 30 days of meds. These people are dangerous, unkind, and not fit to be in the medical field.
kortney malone: Enjoy the support of Dr. Reddy and his Nurse. They make the appointment and medication management worth the 45 min to 1 hour drive. Excellent Dr. and Nurse!The 2 stars are for the front desk. Office staff are often a disappointment in customer service with thier curt, rude, and impatient behavior towards patients, as well as being rather challenging to work with.
777LCJ: The nurse I saw was very kind my first visit. But, when I called the office to discuss my medication, the woman who answered the phone was very rude.
Jorja Faith: I gave the this a 2 star review because my psychiatrist, Dr.Hay is very rude and talks to me aggressively. As soon as I left her room she said my father and said "It's not working and she doesn't open up." I would highly recommend a different doctor. I open up to my new psychiatrist that is very kind and listens to me when I talk with him. Dr.Hay get's paid too much insurance money to act like this towards me.
Rebecca B: Psychiatric care is in short supply throughout the entire country. This place tries to do the best they can when this field is massively underserved. My doctor almost always is very prompt and has helped with my chronic condition. And they take insurance which many private psychiatrists and psychologists don't anymore.

Corii Siren: **11/29/17 -- still hate this place. They could Care less about your prescriptions or if they are called in correctly. Short staffed and extremely unorganized. I wouldn't want to work there, either!This place is awful. My psychiatrist is extremely judgmental and I dread going here. She seems nice until she tries to tell me how I feel and how I SHOULD be living my life. The only reason I was referred here was to straighten out my medication. It's been over a year, my meds are fine and I can't wait to never have to go to this place ever again.
Cathi Green: Epworth is the best facility of its type and a shining example of how mental health care should be offered in the United States. They provide all around care, tools, and constant monitoring. Their team consists of medical doctors, psychiatric doctors, art and recreational therapists, nurses, and technicians. They monitor diets, medication, intake and output, make sure clothing is clean and personal hygiene is maintained. This is all around care at the highest level. Your progress is discussed daily and many group discussions can lead to self-discovery and healing.
Elizabeth: Hi, my name is Henry. I had a total hip replacement. The Tri West Care of the V.A. sent me to Health south in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It should be called hell south. I went to the bathroom three times on myself and the floor because they were to busy to answer my buzzer. Them feeding me made my diabetes go to the upper two hundreds not giving me the proper food. they twisted my foot in the wrong direction so i had to go back to the hospital for x-rays.They did not manage my pain. They did not care about me. One of the nurses handed the x-ray results to my fiance and said, you read it. The nurse in charge told us that the kitchen help is less educated and she couldn't help it that they had workers who were not intelligent. It was so bad we checked out early. People beware of where you put your loved ones, definitely not hell south. I really do not think they even deserve one star.
Timothy Douglass: This place is horrible. If you call during business hours be prepared to hold for thirty plus minutes. If you call to have a prescription refilled be prepared to call three or four times more times to remind them because they will either forget since they are horribly unorganized or they just do not care. One last thing, your scheduled appointments will be canceled at least fifty percent of the time so don't be surprised if you have to reschedule and told you have to wait another month.
Michele Woody: After being released from Epworth for a suicide attempt, my adult daughter (21) was refereed to a female psychiatrist here. She was diagnosed with BPD/BP. I tried desperately to contact this Dr. to receive help on how to deal with this mental illness. I understand HIPA laws prevented her from discussing my daughters treatment, but she was absolutely non responsive to pleas for help with how to help my child who was living with me and still experiencing symptoms. I begged for joint appointments, separate appointments, support groups anything to "help me help her". Nothing. Nada. Most times couldn't even get a callback from nurse. Elizabeth Hays should be ashamed of herself.

James Kauzlarich: Gertrude Mumba-Kaunda is a horrible Nurse Practitioner. Rude. Asks questions, then keeps talking. Does not listen. Orders tests etc. without talking to you about it, or even telling you.
Judy Spitler: I would not trade my medical care here for anything! My condition can be challenging, and it's being successfully treated here. They are doing with me what Beacon and St. Joseph failed to do. Dr. Mumba is patient, thoughtful, caring and thorough, as well as kind. The staff is always friendly, professional and welcoming. I'm so glad I tried this place!

My son has a skin condition one told me (the younger one) his script was ready for pick up. I said great called Walgreens and that was not the case so now a little frustrated I call back and the older woman told me I needed a request for that ( which I did not know) but nevertheless she was rude and hung up on me abruptly!! Susan Kay: Local, outpatient multi-specialty health clinic, onsite Lab, no X-Ray. Centrally located, great parking, 8 - 5 hours.I've had stellar, caring service from GP's, NP's, and treatment staff. Front office is friendly, helpful and efficient, waiting time is minimal, the facility cleanliness is terrific. Everyone I've met here is professional and caring. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Wish they had extended or weekend hours!

Isaray Rodriguez: I called over a month ago needing a referral sent so that my child could be diagnosed!! & after over a month I found out that they never sent it over!!! So my son was never placed on a waiting list. & When I did call the first time I got hunged up on 3 times!! & Everytime I called back asking if she could stop hanging up on me she lied & said she couldn't hear me but I could hear her perfectly fine & I couldnt even finish saying hello back before she hung up on me again & she kept having an attitude. I now have to call over and over til they feel like picking up & ask for a referral to be sent again bt they'll probably will need him to come in again for an appointment so wait another month in order to do that & this whole thing has just set back my son from starting school & being diagnose & further back on a wait list by months!

I’m currently shaking from the pain hoping this Aleve kicks in soon😢😥 I am giving a low rating because I never experienced a tooth drill and pull and NO PAIN MEDS THIS IS HELLLISH. Update: The director responded to this very review asking me to call about my experience and she NEVER ANSWERED OR RETURNED THE CALL!! Just adding to my horrible experience
