Shanette Higgins: Very very long wait time, short staff. Waited 2 hours just to get a Tb done which only takes 2 mins to do. Front desk lady is really sweet but the wait time is just outrageous. 25$ for a tb when other places are charging 75+ so that was the only positive thing about coming here.

Ryan Olds: Never got a fair assessment. I locked my knee up in the back of a robot to the point I had to push my kneecap back to get my leg back to a straight positions and it makes a decently loud pop. Since the day this has happened my knee has been in nothing but pain. During my visit to this place I'm told that this was not work related. So does this mean I'm a liar? Did this, or is this lady seriously living with my current pain? I had little time of being looked at. I can barely bend my knee. Maybe she should try to understand what a body feels like when crawling around in the back of a robot. To her, constant squatting shouldn't make a knee lock up. Why is my knee all swollen?Never got this answer. Was not impressed.

Katelyn Firestein: Staff were not friendly at all. I had an appointment this year where staff treated me like I was stupid, kept huffing under their breath and making snarky remarks if I asked a question or didn't understand what they were asking. I had gotten a TB, drug test, and physical and they, at first, refused to give me a copy of my results. I then called asking for the copies a different day and the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude, telling me, "Well you'll have to come in for them if you want them." There is no reason to be passive working in healthcare. If you don't like your job, just say that. Flash forward to stopping in for my copies, the front desk lady then claims she can't find my copy of my TB she promised me if I chose to stop in, then proceeds to tell me, "I'm starting to think you didn't get one", after I had repeatedly said I did, pointed out the nurse who did my tests for me as he was walking through, and even had proof of an exact date of my tests being done. Very unprofessional, unnecessarily rude to patients.
eat more cake: Went here to get a drug test, the staff were all very sweet. Only waited 30-40mins before I was able to take the test! Highly recommend! Also it’s only $25 for a rapid test.
William Walters: I had good service until the heavy set lady to pass your DOT physical preaches 6 beers is excessive and i need rehab before she'll pass me. So i guess no 1 can drink alcohol!
Jacob V: Staff was polite and courteous. Lobby was cool and spaced according to guidelines. The worker who did the test was polite and prompt about the test. In and out within 30 mins.
Joe Helle: I was there for a simple drug and TB test. The waiting room was legitimately 80 degrees and the only seat available was directly underneath an incessant flickering light. It was towards the end of their working day and my mind was starting to go numb from the 45 minute wait in these intolerable conditions. Once the nurse called my name I had the most bizzare and unprofessional encounter with her. Every instruction she gave me was surly and vague. She almost never made eye contact with me when giving these instructions and if I so much as took two steps in the wrong direction she would SNAP and accuse me of not listening to her. It was one of the most unpleasant and insulting encounters I've had in a professional setting. Please avoid this location if at all possible.

Talyn G: A nurse practitioner should not be able to override a qualified doctor or specialist in a return to work order, but that is what happens here. They think they know more than a real doctor.

MJ: I worked for OnSite Health screening essential employees for the coronavirus in Auburn, Washington State.What they were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time as far as recruiting, putting together all of the information and supplies I would need while on the job and having it all ready to go when I got to work on my first day was impressive to say the least.Even thought I know Ron (my awesome recruiter) was very busy in the beginning coordinating this last minute assignment with many other employees, he was always available when I needed anything or had any questions. During my 3 month contract, Ron and Connie continued to be available, transparent, super nice, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and caring.I wish they weren't on the other side of the county from me, I would love to work with them more.If you are a business/company interested in using their services, or a potential employee, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them!

They were always receptive to their nurses needs and promptly addressed issues as they arose. I am still very thankful to OnSite that they gave me a position so quickly (I was able to start the same week I was hired) and the pay was good. Additionally all the training material they provided was clear and succinct. It wasn’t difficult to learn covid testing remotely. PPE was always available which seemed miraculous at the time. It was not and was told they were too busy to get to it, but would as soon as they weren't so busy. When I sent a follow up email once the contract was over, there was no response. Basically once the contract was over, it was as though they felt they didn't need to respond. Being a nurse owned agency, I expected more professionalism. Sadly that was not my experience with OnSite. Prior to accepting a position with this agency ask yourself if you would want to experience the same as I did. Most of us Nurses work long hard hours and appreciate communication, accurate and reliable pay, especially from a company owned by a medical professional.

Stacie Jensen: The community health workers are such an amazing resource! Tracina and Jessica were both SO helpful to me during my high risk pregnancy. They connected me to so many resources and helped me figure out what was going on with my Medicaid case, which was much needed as I and baby are facing several months in the hospital!

Isabelle Schalliol: Got there at 1:30 (appointment) and sat there for 30 minutes waiting to be called back when we (my husband and son) waited to get his 6 month shots. We had the privilege of hearing the nurses share recipes in the room next door. Later, these same nurses were the ones to give my son his shots. They didn’t hold his legs and so he moved while the needle was in his leg and started bleeding a lot. Afterwards they told us not to give him Tylenol?? but I couldn’t hear why bc my son was screaming in pain. He’s currently unable to use his legs (10 months so he walks) and has been crying for hours. Never had this problem when my regular pediatrician gave him shots. Also got a parking ticket 4 minutes before we got back to our car. Maybe if they hadn’t been blabbering away about food, I wouldn’t have gotten it so thanks for ruining my day 👍🏼

After numerous unanswered calls and voice mails from the immunization clinic, I contacted Dr. Fox's office to make a complaint and was pleasantly surprised when he called me back personally and assisted me with making an appointment.

They tell me on their VM to call 2-1-1 if you are reporting a CV 19 issue. When I call 211 they say they don't have anything to do with reporting of businesses not following CV19 procedures. Is somebody in charge?

They bring me into a room to ask me what vaccinations I wanted when I made it clear through the door why I was there. Then I was given more paperwork to fill out and put to the back of a line of a dozen people. When I showed up there were only 3 in front of me. With vaccinations being given at the rate of about 3 people an hour I just left. The lack of transparency and professionalism is just shocking. I’d rather pay more and get vaccinated in 10 min at a local pharmacy. I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you have all day and are prepared for a back and forth of paperwork.
Mary Cote: I am new to the area and my grandchild needed an immunization. I called this office and was told that it is a walk in clinic open until 4. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told NO. I left work early, picked up my grandson early from daycare and headed to the office. It took me ten minutes to find a parking spot. I entered the office at 3:40. I was told by an extremely rude office person..." We cut off taking patients at 3:30 so we can leave on time at 4. We have alot of people waiting. I am wearing a orthopedic boot and tried to explain way it took me so long to get into the office. This rude office person didn't care and was very unsympathetic. I know there are rules but if I would have been told 3:30 and not 4 I would understand being told NO. This is an unacceptable way to treat people. Is is because I might have been considered "low income"? The women at the desk needs a lesson on how to properly treat people.
