Tim Ackerson: Maurer Well Service is a first class business for your water needs. There main goal Is to resolve the issue as soon as possible and keep you satisfied. They go above and beyond no matter what the situation is. This company does not need to be nagged to get the job done. Maurer Well Service employees and Chris are friendly and knowledgeable. And will meet your Covid requirements in your home. How refreshing that is in today's age. Duke, my service dog, also like them.

Tracy J: Most of the employees were friendly in person, but gave me wrong information multiple times. We never knew when they were coming or what to expect. My husband missed out on a day of work and holiday pay because of this. They also didn't warn us that they charge an extra 4% for paying with a card.

Chris “Chris” Hays: We needed a new well, the owner Chris came out gave us an estimate, we agreed to the price. They were scheduled to come out today (Thursday) when I called the office I was informed they didn't even apply for the permit yet to start drilling the well. No heads up, no phone call just bad attitude from his horrible secretary. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. There are other well services to choose from.
