Jonathan: I went to get my oil change on this pass Saturday. I was told that I had a engine leak. So I thought I sent spots under my car on Sunday. So I called and spoke to Derek the store manager. He told me to bring it in. If I couldn't get it there. He would send someone to me. I got the my car to them. So it was a misunderstanding. They check everything out for me. Had previous work done by another Auto shop that didn't complete the service correctly, came here to Midas and they corrected what was needed. I trust this place for services for now on and will go to them for anything I need done with my vehicle. Don Z. Unger: The car showed a "Low Tir Pressure" warning, and I swung to this Midas Shiop today. I live an hour from this place and only had a little time to wait. The nice lady at the desk told me she would see what she could do for me. After 10-15 minutes, they took my car in! They found a large screw in the tire. The service technician brought the tire to the waiting area to show me the screw in the tire. The technician repaired it quickly, and I was good to go. The person at the front desk told me I did not have to pay for repair!!! I am glad I gave at least the technician a tip before he returned to the shop. What a great group of people. This Midas Shop deserves five stars. This friendliness and fast service are the way to keep your customers coming back.Service:Tires

The little cafe attached is the perfect place to relax with a coffee and snack. My oil change was barely 10 minutes! And they were thorough! Also, true story, I left my purse there. Was I worried? Nope. They said they would keep it safe, and they did. Honest, kind and hardworking staff are here! It was totally worth it to come back for my purse because I did get delicious soup and asandwhich on this trip. Look, trust me, don't sleep on this place! Go there. You will not be sorry. Christina Tembo: Visited Toms car care this morning for an oil change, battery check and new wiper blades. All three were done very quickly but when I tired the blades before leaving, there were spots in the windshield that the blades would miss. I went back in and asked about fixing it. Turns out the blades were the wrong size and they didn’t have the correct size. So the manager (or maybe owner) got in his car and went and bought the right size. Devin Mathews: We took our truck in to replace the alternator and the alternator bracket. They could not find the part, so they said we could bring in our own parts and then they refused to fix it for a days after we brought in the parts. And they only did half the job before saying it was done. All this happened after new management came in.

Kimberly Krebs: I wanted to share our story. While we were coming back from PA (heading to WI) our car threw a fit and decided to shut down on I80. After getting help from the tow truck and State Patrol we ended at Car X. David C was such a down to Earth person. His demeanor made the situation less stressful and promised that he would look at our car first thing in the morning. (It was closing time when we got there). The next morning, he touched base with us, told us the problems and after getting the go a head to fix, had my car up and running again within 2 hours. We joked about seeing each other again and I said if I ever had to break down again, I hope it would be near his location. Thank you to everyone at Car X that got my car up and running so we could make it home safely. (My boys also wanted to thank you for the quarters so they could get gum...that was an added plus to wonderful service). God Bless and thanks again!
mel akz: I went in there today 8/22/22 to ask an estimate of my truck. The guy inside was somewhat busy in front of the computer or maybe his playing? I really don’t know what he was doing????As soon as I entered in there tiny office I greeted this guy and I started talking to him regarding my truck. He was not that happy dude when I started talking to him as if I made his day miserable as I might be disturbed him from what his doing. In short.. he has attitude that maybe because I am not a white guy and looks no money for him. This type of worker should not be in there to deal with customers. I drove myself there early at 8 am to make sure people are on a happy mood but not this dude who is VERY RUDE!!!! I wish I am his name.As we talked, he sounds like knows everything and not getting my explanation to him of what happened to my truck. He just simply say… Where is the truck!! Oh I can get estimate!! If you what, to your truck if you want me to do it!!! With very bad gestures while he’s talking to me.I am not an expert mechanic but I knew a little bit and I am sire I knew it.But he is a very rude person that my day went turn to blue.I should give this review a ZERO but there’s no option.I am nauseous to see this car repair shop when I see there signage going to work.For the guy I met this day 8/22/22, thanks for your rudeness and may you learn some good customer service if you have!

It’s Thursday today I was told ,“tire won’t be ready till Tuesday.” That is 5 days to fix a tire. Dan Southworth: CarX in Roseland is my go to place for car service. My original review is 5 years old but again this week they resolved a serpentine belt that failed and fixed our air conditioner that was damaged by the belt failure. My car dealership service has yet to respond to my call for service. CarX always treats me with respect and cost for services are reasonable.

Gina Edwards: I entered the car service area with my phone holsters on my hip. I requested for an oil change, the worker took care of the paperwork gave me my ticket and told me my phone would vibrate when my car was ready,I went to the front of thr store before I realized I did not have my cellphone, I immediately went back to get my phone and insure I had left it in my vehicle,I realized I didn't have my phone when I was looking to buy hair care products & was going to call my beautician first.I asked the service worker to retrieve my phone he said it was in the air, I asked was it being serviced he said no not yet.I again asked for my phone, i.asked him, if he told me it would vibrate to notify me my car was ready ,He said I would hear a call over the store speaker , I walked around the store well over enough time it takes to drain oil, change filter, at least1 1/2 hour.When I went back again I asked for my phone thinking it was not ready because it was not announced over.the loud speaker it was ready for pick up.I was told it was still up in the air.I told him the model of the car and he said it was done parked outside.I'm feeling really leary about the service so I decided to check to see if the oil was new and full.Before I could lift the hood I see oil splatter on my head light oil in my paint with.a gnat in it.When i raised the hood I could not believe hold filthy my engine cover was I took it back inside and told the service guy , he said he would take care of it.He spoke with the oil Changer and they.stood there looking at the engine cover another employee grab so paper towels, once I realized the individual responsible was not interested in correcting this issue.I cleaned it myself, I left my hood open from the time I took it off until I put it back on...I then go get I'm my vehicle and there's his finger print smudged on my driver door handle.I suggest this returns to WORK DAY APP and be retrained on tHis job description.YES I TOOK PICTURES OF THE OIL MESS HE LEFTService:Oil change

Beverly Sue King: Honestly, I went in with not the greatest expectations and was pleasantly surprised!!! Instead of giving me the runaround and making me just sit around and wait, I was immediately told that they may not have a filter for my vehicle because my engine is a diesel and I would have to go to AutoZone or a part store to get one which was no problem at all!!! BUT INSTEAD OF just hurriedly checking in my vehicle and taking the keys to be put in a line with other keys, the gentleman actually took his time to inform the customer (Me) instead of having me wait two hours and then telling me when it was my turn in line to have my vehicle serviced that they couldn't do it. Ended up having the filter we needed anyways but it was truly appreciated that I was informed prior to sending my vehicle back just to make me leave and get back in line. And the service was so much faster than I had expected!!! My car was serviced and waiting on me before I was even done with the rest of the store!!!Service:Oil change
Andrea _: Walmart's auto care is the only good thing about Walmart. Their oil changes are cheaper than most places, but they still use quality oil.
Ray Owen: Even though they were slammed, they still honored my appointment I made. They broke a valve stem while changing the tires, and offered to fix it at no charge. Quality work. Really great price.

Meli Dawn: Today I hit a pothole pretty bad one coming off of Maryland getting on the 31 and there were no other tire places open the guy at the tire center was super helpful in calming me down because they were no other tire places open today and my roadside assistance for my insurance did not respond I just wanted to give a good review to all the guys in the tire center for helping me out and a Bad situation. Kiana Jackson: The auto center was scheduled to open at 7am. The doors were locked I saw 2 workers talking through the glass I waited 16 minutes and then knocked. The worker came over and showed me a hand written note saying they were waiting on the manager to open. They finally opened at 815. At that time they had 7 people waiting to get in. The staff was not apologetic.

Adam Leazenby: Waited a half hour to be asked what I needed. Then was told they wouldn’t take a rotate and balance. This was 4 hours before they closed. The said they only had 3 technicians and 4 cars in front of me. I used to do this work. One technician can do 3 cars in an hour. What an absolute joke. Take your business elsewhere.
Jon Clemens: Terrible service. Needed a new battery and a tire. Waited an hour then noticed they hadn't touched my car. Their bays were empty except for one vehicle, and one of the mechanics is outside on her phone smoking. Two hours and the car still hasn't moved. Got the keys and left. I won't be back here for auto services.

James Kauzlarich: They were helpful while they were open. But they are closing.I walked through the store today and Automotive was dark, the shelves empty.One thing I didn't like was a bought a jumper-cable that, fresh out of the box, didn't work! I mean there's only 4 connections in total inside the cable! From gripper to cable and from cable to gripper. For both cables! How do you mess that up?

Dominique Anderson: Went in for an oil change and they total destroyed my computer system idk what they did but it's asking me for an admin key and set my settings to teen driving mode. My stero won't go pass volume 10 car won't go over 80mph stero turns off if the seat belt isn't buckled it's in complete over kill safety mode now I have to pay Jordan Ford to fix it...

Lisa Harwood: Went there on a Saturday for an oil change and I was in and out in less than a half hour! And most places you go to they charge you an arm and a leg and you're there for a few hours or more! So it was really nice to be able to get everything I needed to get done on a Saturday all because Walmart was so quick about my oil change and the prices are unbeatable! Very pleased with their customer service and their timely manner! Will definitely continue to go there for my oil changes!

Dave Jaeckel: Purchase 4 new tires for my car. They installed and align the tires. Car drives good. They said installation would take an hour and it did. Price was about 40% less than every other place in town I checked. Any Walmart Auto Care Center will honor the 50K warranty. Good value for the money.
