Rebecca Eaves: I am so unhappy with the grooming experience I received for my dog. She had our dog for 5 1/2 hours and did nothing I asked her to do. She was not trimmed at all. she still had huge knots and matting behind her ears and on her feet. Her belly and private area where not touched. I asked for them to trim her close in those areas because she is long haired and when she goes to the bath room it gets on her and she smells bad faster. They did nothing to those areas. They told me my dog had an accident and they had give her another bath. She has NEVER done that before and that she was scared of the dryer and I have never been told that before either. She is always very good when she is groomed. But I could tell when I picked her up she was under distress. I still can’t figure out what they did to have her for 5 1/2 hours. NEVER AGAIN WILL SHE GO THERE.
J. Wilson: The owner was extremely unprofessional with me.Gina called the SB Animal Resource Center on me and made false claims. When I followed up with my vets report showing my dog is completely healthy. I asked the SBARC if they would Investigate her.That’s when I found out she doesn’t have the necessary permit from SB Animal Resource Center to operate a grooming shop.Anyone that has trusted her with their fur baby should feel sickened and betrayed.The fur around my dog’s body was uneven.His fur was shaved down in the back and his testicles were red after leaving this salon.

Robert Beduhn: We adopted a small dog that was neglected and badly in need of grooming. He wouldn't let me even begin to remove the matted fur. We had pampered paws come to help us get this little guy some attention. They were amazing with this pup and also in trimming the nails of our other dog that wouldn't let me even try. I can't say enough about the service they provided and how gentle they were. We will be using this business from now on.

HE was very very very very rough with my.puppy. grabbing his legs and telling him to stop when he tried to.pull.his.leg away!! He never tried to talk nice to him and calm him down. Luckily I was right there telling him it's ok. But he was still fighting and pulling the whole time. He just got attacked by another dog which he had.to.have surgery because of and this was his first time to a groomer since. And the owner of Pampered Paws knew that. It was a terrible experience. Then they wanted to give him a bath. Haha!!! Nope as.soon as he was done we couldn't get out fast enough. Not only.was he rough with my dog he doesn't know what he is doing there are 20 spots he.missed throughout his.body!!!!!! Please please please do not take your fur babies here I can't even imagine if I wasn't there..the owner was outside the building when we showed up.and as soon as my pup.saw him he ran in the other direction. Not one time did this man try to calm him.down or.talk.nice.to.him I've been trying to post a new review and I'm not sure why I am not able to but I wanted to add that my poor little baby has kennel cough now I noticed it the day after he got his haircut but I thought he was just coughing cuz he first woke up in his mouth was dry no absolutely not he has kennel cough please please please I cannot stress this enough do not take your fur baby here. This place needs to be shut down

T. T. H.: We adopted a mattise/dachshund mix dog from the Humaine Society. The Humain Society washed her, but didn't trim her fur. We called Pampered Paws and they fit her into their schedule. The owner's daughter was very courteous and asked how I wanted her trimmed. Never having a Maltise, I wasn't sure and left the trimming up to them. About two hours later, she was trimmed and had a bath. She looked so cute. Pampered Paws did an excellent job! Would highly reccomend.
Erin Brown: The owner was very kind and patient with our elderly dog. Our dog didn't care for the first treat after being such a good boy getting nails clipped and his bath so the owner found other treats and our boy loved them. Cute patriotic bandana which will be fitting for 4th of July coming up. I have a back and neck injury is the reasoning for paying for the service. Well worth it. Great 5 star experience.

We had an appointment with Pet Co, as that is where we normally take her, but they had been closed temporarily by the state due to the Covid crisis. I had called other groomers and they were not accepting new clients. I called Pampered Paws, and he was right away very nice and was able to get me in as soon as he could. I took her yesterday, and I am so happy I did. The gentleman that took care of my Myra, I'm guessing is the owner, was very nice with her and did an amazing job!! She smells clean even still today, her nails look great, and he did a great job cleaning her ears. Sorry Pet Co, you have lost a customer to this great place. Highly recommended!!!! Thank you for your great customer service.

Aimee Rutkowski: Have you ever wondered why it takes 2 to 3 hours for a 1 hour haircut? They sit and talk while the dogs are left in the cage.When I arrived, they instantly put my dog in the kennel. Then they said 2 to 3 hours. Ok... So, I actually stayed outside in my vehicle to do some work I had to do. As I watched others drop their dogs off. They did the same thing. Straight to the cage. Not even starting the grooming, nor working on any other dogs. I went inside to catch the lady cutting my pups hair running towards the back as if she didn't want me to see her sitting and chatting with the other lady. Hmmm.... So, I literally watched the other lady just sitting at the desk for 20 minutes at a time, not attending to the dogs. So, really it only takes a minimum of half an hour to an hour to actually groom a dog, haircut..... When I picked my puppy up, wow!!! Long pieces of hair everywhere. Not even, not straight, awful. The ears are completely uneven. I had to even his hair up. It looks like a 2 year old cut his hair. If I was you, I would stay there and actually watch them with your dog.

Steven Sanders: I have been taking my Golden Doodle and Irish Doodle here since she opened (have had about 4-5 appointments each). She and her staff are always inviting and open to feedback on their cuts each time. Responses are prompt and it is nice you are able to make an appointment and not have to wait all day for your dog to get serviced. My Golden Doodle doesn't freak out like she has at other places which also tells me she is gentle and caring with our four legged friends. I have recommended to several people who also have had positive experiences.

I was so irritated and frustrated, we headed to Pet Supply Plus to try and take care of it ourselves, at the self grooming. In the off chance they’d have room I stopped in and talked to the groomers about what happened & they saved the day & squeezed her in!! They made our day turn around for the better and our Willow looks beautiful!!I can’t say enough about how great they are!

I've used different locations services before and was always happy with the end results but this location has a hose nosel for the big bath that has extremely low water pressure. I'd imagine it would be fine for a short haired dog but any with a double coat will likely struggle just like I did to even get their furry friend wet

Kathy Weddle: My pets name is Penny and she is a 9 year old Cockapoo.We have used shoes small stuff for years off and on and have always been very happy the results. Penny is groomed every 2 months give or take a week. Her last two appointments were Nov 9th and January 23rd. Pennys appointment on the ninth she was assigned a new groomer. The results were OK but I let a few things slide because she was new. Pennies latest appointment on the 23rd. We were asked to drop her off at 10 we pick her up after four. The reasoning for it taking so long was because another dog got bumped up in front of Penny. So my nine year old dog was in a cage for hours. I’m not sure how often they take the animals outside or if they give them water. But Penny came home and drank two bowls of water and peed for three minutes.My final issue is we were charged an extra five dollars for matting on Penny’s ears. We have never in her nine years of being groomed been told she was matted anywhere.

(Even though she hates baths) I’ve taken her elsewhere and didn’t get the kind of treatment and love that I get from Sandi. She always does an amazing job and takes special care of my dog who’s had knee surgery.

My sister’s Lhasa Apso has less anxiety when she has to be groomed since we have been taking her here. They have a nice retail area. The only thing I wish they had was a point of sale booking system-they use the old school paper appointment book which works but online booking and reminders would definitely be a plus.

They are always SO soft when they leave there. The price isn't terrible and always tip because grooming is a service (just like getting your hair cut). Sandi has the best customer service and has notes on how I like them groomed. Also, I appreciate when my Gold Golden might have ear gunk she let's me know how to take care of it. They are the best!

Choppy cut on inner legs, half his sack trimmed to the skin, dirty ears, crooked and short nail cut, had him for 4+ hours….and he hid in his cage for HOURS after getting home…Who knows what they did to my puppy, but he acted like he looked, that’s for sure!Be Warned if you use this groomer!!!Update: Talked to owner, sorta “brushed” it under the rug because the “Card” got misplaced and she didn’t know who did it. She DID offer to fix the problem, but for another 4+ hours on the pup, I couldn’t do it and chose to eat the 60 dollar loss, and find a new groomer.

I have watched first hand as she trained, bathed, totally cared for many dogs at once, ALL very important to their families. These were from 10 week old puppies for weekly Puppy training to Guard Dogs, some Trained for law enforcement, drug search, people (search & rescue) search, and her 24/7 love for dogs.She bathed 100 pound dogs, picked them up into the tub and bathed them without any fear at all.
