Debbie Jaquay: Amber's Pampered Pets has really good service. Emily sends me photos and updates from their walks. She also notifies me if there are any health issues.Very reliable.
Debbie Gauger: APP was recommended to me and it was the best thing that's happened for our pets. They are friendly and professional but best of all charm your pets so they are not stressed while you are away. While on vacation we received daily updates and best of all photos so we could see how they looked and were doing. APP will also get your mail,bring in packages and other light chores you may need taken care of. Chynna V took excellent care of our 2 cats and we plan on booking again for our next trip in June. I definitely recommend using them for pet needs.

Madison McMullen: I do not have enough good to say about Amber's Pampered Pets. I tend to be a little controlling when it comes to my cats, but I am always so relaxed now with Emily from APP as their sitter. She has gone above and beyond with my cats. When one of my cats had a fracture she followed up with me regularly to see how he was doing. She genuinely cares.I love that APP provides thorough notes and pictures after visits. The website is super easy to use. If you have a last minute emergency, they seem very willing to work with you so your pet is safe. Also, they try to keep you with the same sitter so your animals don't have a lot of variation which I really appreciate (especially having cats).

Rebecca Eaves: I am so unhappy with the grooming experience I received for my dog. She had our dog for 5 1/2 hours and did nothing I asked her to do. She was not trimmed at all. she still had huge knots and matting behind her ears and on her feet. Her belly and private area where not touched. I asked for them to trim her close in those areas because she is long haired and when she goes to the bath room it gets on her and she smells bad faster. They did nothing to those areas. They told me my dog had an accident and they had give her another bath. She has NEVER done that before and that she was scared of the dryer and I have never been told that before either. She is always very good when she is groomed. But I could tell when I picked her up she was under distress. I still can’t figure out what they did to have her for 5 1/2 hours. NEVER AGAIN WILL SHE GO THERE.
J. Wilson: The owner was extremely unprofessional with me.Gina called the SB Animal Resource Center on me and made false claims. When I followed up with my vets report showing my dog is completely healthy. I asked the SBARC if they would Investigate her.That’s when I found out she doesn’t have the necessary permit from SB Animal Resource Center to operate a grooming shop.Anyone that has trusted her with their fur baby should feel sickened and betrayed.The fur around my dog’s body was uneven.His fur was shaved down in the back and his testicles were red after leaving this salon.

Aimee Rutkowski: Have you ever wondered why it takes 2 to 3 hours for a 1 hour haircut? They sit and talk while the dogs are left in the cage.When I arrived, they instantly put my dog in the kennel. Then they said 2 to 3 hours. Ok... So, I actually stayed outside in my vehicle to do some work I had to do. As I watched others drop their dogs off. They did the same thing. Straight to the cage. Not even starting the grooming, nor working on any other dogs. I went inside to catch the lady cutting my pups hair running towards the back as if she didn't want me to see her sitting and chatting with the other lady. Hmmm.... So, I literally watched the other lady just sitting at the desk for 20 minutes at a time, not attending to the dogs. So, really it only takes a minimum of half an hour to an hour to actually groom a dog, haircut..... When I picked my puppy up, wow!!! Long pieces of hair everywhere. Not even, not straight, awful. The ears are completely uneven. I had to even his hair up. It looks like a 2 year old cut his hair. If I was you, I would stay there and actually watch them with your dog.

Steven Sanders: I have been taking my Golden Doodle and Irish Doodle here since she opened (have had about 4-5 appointments each). She and her staff are always inviting and open to feedback on their cuts each time. Responses are prompt and it is nice you are able to make an appointment and not have to wait all day for your dog to get serviced. My Golden Doodle doesn't freak out like she has at other places which also tells me she is gentle and caring with our four legged friends. I have recommended to several people who also have had positive experiences.
